We really enjoyed our stay at Albert's house. It was super clean, comfortable, spacious and easy accessible. Great location, close to the airport and also a private parking place for the car. Great hosts!

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

Very nice host, the place was very nice, tidy and clean. I always got a quick response to my questions and anything I needed, I could count on the host to help. I can only recommend it!🥰

Artur, thanks for the stay. You were an extremely kind host and was always helpful. We were a family of 12 and the house was spacious for all of us. Artur also helped us with local recommendations and was very accommodative with our requests. Always with a smile, his wife cooked us an amazing dinner on the day of our arrival. Couldn’t have been a better stay. We will definitely come back.

Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended

We had a lovely time here. The property is very modern, well equipped and very clean. With the existing kayak, you can explore the area very well from the sea directly from the house's own sea access. The hosts were accommodating and helpful... gladly again.

Wonderful place especially for a large group. We had a group size of 14 people and everybody fit in very comfortably. Lots of beds and restrooms with two full living room areas. Pool was amazing. The place was very clean, but we did have to deal with ants the entire time. I’m not sure if that was left over from the previous guests or just an issue with the area, but with a very clean kitchen ants were constantly finding our food.

The place was very nice, clean, spacious, we were 15 people and there was enough space for everyone. The owner is very friendly and nice, even though he lived with us he didn't bother us at all. 5 stars in all respects, our stay was beyond our Expectations.

Miroslav is an amazing host! very friendly and helpful! if we're ever in Montenegro again Iope we can stay at his again. the place is nice and modern and very short walk to the beach.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Been here for a week with 6 people. We enjoyed the peace, space and an incredibly beautiful view, which we already miss. It's very private so you can be there 100% yourself. Communication was fantastic. Always the same response and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to make everyone feel at home. Instructions are clear and complete. Lots of info about what to do. From the villa you walk down in 6min, where there are several restaurants with good, affordable food(€70 for 6p). Also a cozy supermarket of 2 brothers who were also our taxi drivers during our vacation. North taxi is not to be missed if you are staying here. They make a party every affordable ride and are always there for you with fun ideas to make your vacation complete. Shkodër is a cozy town, a 20 min drive. Albania was the 1st time, but we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We had a great week at Erisa's house. The pool was very clean, sunny for a good part of the day Fully equipped kitchen, clean We slept great in the beds, the sheets smelled like laundry Very quiet residence, with caretaker at the entrance Direct beach access on foot! I would recommned this property.

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.
