Very nice!!! There is no ac in home and was hot during the day when we were there.

A lovely hidden gem in the city. You are surrounded by 1 acre of land with chickens and beautiful fruit trees. Parking is on the property what’s very convenient. We were a bit surprised that all properties in Shkoder are having high concrete walls, which doesn’t give a very appealing atmosphere. But to experience this area of Albania I really recommend staying at this location.

Very nice host, the place was very nice, tidy and clean. I always got a quick response to my questions and anything I needed, I could count on the host to help. I can only recommend it!🥰

Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful, and the house itself is very functional. From the bed you can see the sea, in close proximity there are 2 major cities and very close to the market with all the necessary products. The host is a very friendly and open minded man who is happy to provide any information and help in any situation. I heartily recommend for shorter as well as longer trips.

Artur, thanks for the stay. You were an extremely kind host and was always helpful. We were a family of 12 and the house was spacious for all of us. Artur also helped us with local recommendations and was very accommodative with our requests. Always with a smile, his wife cooked us an amazing dinner on the day of our arrival. Couldn’t have been a better stay. We will definitely come back.

Comfortable big house, beautiful views, super rooftop terrace, backyard. All amenities, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very close to the beach, quite crowded beach, private and public area. The host is very friendly and helpful, and responds immediately if needed. One note - drinking water (2.5E for 6l) should be purchased at the store, the one in the house is not drinkable. Overall, a very successful stay. Recommended

The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor area and stunning views. Olta was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Latif was super helpful from the start - helpful with advance communication / arrival and super informative about the house / amenities and local area with great recommendations Latif went out of his way to always be on hand to offer any information or help during our stay The house was fab - both inside and out and fabulous pool and jacuzzi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our favourite part was the privite jetty/beach looking out across the sea. Zade provided paddle boards and kayaks and we all enjoyed exploring around a near-by island. Zade was a great host and was always on hand if we needed to ask any questions. We hired cars which was very useful to get to local supermarkets and places of interest.

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week in Montenegro. The house is well equipped with everything you need. There are even pool towels and bathrobes. The kitchen is quite small, there are only two cooktops but is otherwise well equipped. Overall, the cleanliness was fine. The location is very quiet and secluded, there is a large terrace and a great pool. Sladjana gives great tips and the boat tour with her was well worth it! It takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest beach, generally a car is needed for activities, etc. Shopping is available in the village.

My family and I, 8 of us, had a fantastic stay in villa Dolaca/ Leona. The most attentive housekeepers, the pool was cleaned throughout the week and we were made to feel welcome. There is a need for a car unless you’re very fit as the vertical hill up to the apartment is probably the highest I’ve driven but we did walk it a couple of times. It was a great location to base yourself to explore the beautiful surrounds of Montenegro. We were very sad to leave. Thanks Amra and team.

Been here for a week with 6 people. We enjoyed the peace, space and an incredibly beautiful view, which we already miss. It's very private so you can be there 100% yourself. Communication was fantastic. Always the same response and extremely helpful. They do everything they can to make everyone feel at home. Instructions are clear and complete. Lots of info about what to do. From the villa you walk down in 6min, where there are several restaurants with good, affordable food(€70 for 6p). Also a cozy supermarket of 2 brothers who were also our taxi drivers during our vacation. North taxi is not to be missed if you are staying here. They make a party every affordable ride and are always there for you with fun ideas to make your vacation complete. Shkodër is a cozy town, a 20 min drive. Albania was the 1st time, but we will definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

We had a great week at Erisa's house. The pool was very clean, sunny for a good part of the day Fully equipped kitchen, clean We slept great in the beds, the sheets smelled like laundry Very quiet residence, with caretaker at the entrance Direct beach access on foot! I would recommned this property.

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

The place is very close to the beach and very clean. Value for money is very good
