Talviranta - Lakefront Cottage 2x Skipass Included

Two lift tickets are included for the duration of the stay. Talviranta offers a peaceful cottage experience by the water. The terrace opens up to a lake view and the dock is accessible for swimming. In winter, the maintained ski trail runs on the ice, connecting to a large ski trail network, and you can walk over the ice to the nearest ski lift. The loft and downstairs provide large double beds and a sofa bed in the living room for more space for families and small groups. A sauna, washing machine and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to stay after outdoor activities.

Cozy log cabin semi-detached house near the center of Ruka. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave) and comprehensive dishes. Downstairs in the cottage, the living room-kitchen is an open space and there is one bedroom with a double bed. Attic upstairs with separate sleeping areas at the ends. One with a sofa bed and the other with two separate beds. Wi-Fi connection, air heat pump, 11kw charger with type2 connector (electricity is charged separately). A short distance to the ski trail from the yard of the cottage!

Fell apartment in Ruka

This special place is close to everything, which makes it easier to plan your visit. Talvijärvi ski lift 250 m and Rukakylä services, e.g. restaurants, shops, taxi station... within walking distance. The ski trail is next door, from where you can access all the ski trails in the Ruka area. There are ski trails for active and fitness skiers. View of Talvijärvi from the balcony. The common ski maintenance area is in the F-house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. Linen and cleaning are included in the price.

Quiet and well-equipped cottage in Ruka

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

In the summertime there is a cooling air conditioning machine in the apartment. This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Full size cabinet dryer. More info in the photo captions! NOTE! You need to bring your own bed linen etc, and clean the apartment to same level it was on your arrival. A holiday home located near the shore of Lake Kesäjärvi. The windows of the apartment open onto a spacious view of Lake Kesäjärvi. The kitchen window also overlooks the open marshland. In winter, you can go skiing directly from the yard of the cottage. The maintained ski trail is about 200 m away. You can also take a snowmobile directly from the yard. In summer, you can start your hike directly from the yard. There is a dock and a rowing boat on the beach.
