“Such a lovely space - the cinema screen and hot tub bath make it really special. Incredibly clean and has a luxury feel. Theresa even sorted balloons, chocolates and petals making it extra special. Just take note there is no microwave- a fridge, kettle and toaster are all there but not a “kitchen” as such. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to some friends!”

“Sally and Gavin were exceptional hosts who went above and beyond for us during our 3 night stay. They’re a lovely couple who were warm and inviting, and they couldn’t do enough for us! The place was incredibly clean and had many lovely little extras like gorgeous brownies, chocolates on the pillows and some extra little snacks plus some lovely jam. The fire was set for us upon arrival and there was a comprehensive list of instructions for all of the mod cons the place had. The outside space was wonderful, and Gavin and Sally even put out the sun lounger cushions for us on a particularly sunny day. Being able to play with Mrs Wiggles in the garden was a bonus, she’s an absolute gem! I couldn’t fault this place or it’s hosts at all - if you want a lovely place to stay in a beautiful setting look no further. We will be staying again!”
Make yourselves at home in this warm cosy cottage with a log burning stove, just a stones throw from the village and shops of Ticehurst, The Bell Pub and Dale Hill Golf Course. Recently refurbished, it offers clean modern living whilst retaining a lovely cottage feel.
“Everything about the stay was perfect, I couldn't fault a thing. The house had all the amenities needed, with wood for the fire and some basics in the fridge all provided and ready when we arrived. The house was as clean as it possibly could be, the environment comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook and feed ourselves well. The bed was comfy and the living space very welcoming. Allie really shone as a host. Her communication was brilliant, and she was great when our timings were being changed quite a lot because of travel arrangements. Allie even gave us a lift back to the train station after our stay, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch. I couldn't recommend this house highly enough if you are looking to stay in the Ticehurt area.”
