Holiday rentals with lake access in Rutherford County

Loved our stay here. We were planning a weekend in the sun, but it ended up raining the whole time, only meaning we got to enjoy so much of the house and property. The hot tub being covered is clutch, lots of space for a big group, and really convenient amenities! The kitchen was great for cooking meals and the covered porch has so much seating. All the trees and birds and privacy was truly so peaceful especially in the rain. It was better than we even planned for!

Such a cute space. Very well stocked and decorated. Lots of room inside and out! And so peaceful. We especially loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the fire pit. Beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets if needed. Great stay!

This place is a hidden gem! It is a little off the beaten path- but it’s worth the drive out. The camper itself was so very spacious, (our family of 6 slept comfortably), clean, had everything you would need, and so cute! The hostess, Yatzeli was the best! She’s very warm and welcoming! She was very helpful and met us at check in to help us and go over instructions. She even had a cute little gift basket full of treats for us! When we texted her a question she can right over- at night- to help us with a smile on her face! Skip the hotel, and stay here! Thanks so much for Yatzeli!

It was the perfect place to stay in Nashville! Close to DT and was very spacious with a lot of nice features! Definitely worth it!

The home was absolutely beautiful and so spacious! The back lawn was beautiful and plenty of room for our puppies. So much extra that came with the home that we didn’t expect. The neighbor was so respectful and kind! Made the stay so much better. We would definitely come back to this home anytime we’re back in Tennessee!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

Nessy’s house was the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend getaway! Everyone loved the massage chair!!
