It has two bathrooms and bedrooms in addition to a living room and kitchen. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

Outside on the deck you have a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

The property has been ready for rental since January 2022. This attractive home is equipped with every comfort. It is a 70 m² cottage suitable for up to 4 people. The house is on its own plot and adjoins the other holiday home with a shared garden. Comfortable beds, a rain shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal location for visiting the beach, which is 4 km away. Centrally located of cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague or Delft. (House is not suitable for groups of friends)

Het Bospolderhuisje biedt een oase van rust en groen, perfect voor natuurliefhebbers en wandelaars. Vanuit onze B&B kunt u gemakkelijk de prachtige omgeving verkennen, waaronder de nabijgelegen Westlandse kassen, het strand van o.a. Monster en Scheveningen en de historische stad Delft. It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and you can also walk to parks in 20 minutes where you can enjoy nature.
