Quiet studio apartment behind main house. One full bath and Queen-size bed (plus air mattress). Private brick patio, shaded by a beautiful old magnolia tree, for guest use only. Less than half block from Front Street and water. Check in after 3:00pm Check out by 12 noon, please
Our 2-story Bahamian style house was built in 1998 and designed to fit in with other houses in the historic district. The apartment is over the attached garage behind the main house. Studio apt with 1 full bathroom.
We are in the heart of the historic district, with most of the houses dating from the 18th to 19th centuries. The quiet neighborhood is bordered on the south by Front Street, which faces Carrot Island and Beaufort Harbor. Front Street is lined with docks, restaurants, pubs, and shops, and has a beautiful boardwalk. A public access floating dock is available for launching kayaks and canoes, which can be rented locally.
  • We enjoyed our stay very much! Within walking distance to the water, stores, restaurants, etc. Very clean and well appointed. Loved the little sitting area outside. Very private. Loved having small refrigerator with water and Keurig with coffee. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

  • Great room for a quiet and peaceful stay. Actually dined in as opposed to the Front St. scene which we believe is the biggest compliment. Definite recommend with all the amenities needed. Job well done in renovating this room for rent. If arriving at night don't screw u the directions like we did...the us a front gate and arrows /lights on the path leading to the room.

  • This was the perfect location in Beaufort. It's within walking distance of all the little shops and water front. The room was clean and cozy.

  • If you are looking for quiet, conveniently located place to stay than this is it. Nicely decorated and super comfortable.

  • The studio was perfect. Just enough space for my wife and I. He was quick to respond to all my messages. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly go back.

  • Dan's studio apartment was perfect, very spacious and beautifully decorated with simple antiques. We didnt meet Dan, but clear instructions were given for access and the apartment was easy to find. Water had been left in the mini fridge. The house that the apartment is part of is gorgeous. Beaufort itself is a lovely historic town and well worth a visit. We had a fabulous meal overlooking the harbour, to a backdrop of a setting sun.. then a very restful sleep in a beautiful apartment. Overall a great air bnb experience and one we would highly recommend.

    Kathryn2015-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely, clean and convenient. The studio is nicely furnished and our hosts had a nice selection of refreshments to welcome us. The private entrance is great as we could come and go without disturbing our hosts. Would definitely recommend this spot. Perfect for 2 people.

Our place is a newly renovated rooftop condo in the center of downtown Beaufort. There is a rooftop deck that overlooks the harbor. We offer private parking. Multiple restaurants, shops, museums, and day cruises are all within walking distance. Cape Lookout, with it's beautiful beaches is a ferry ride away.
This is a rooftop studio in a historic building in the very center of downtown Beaufort. Beautiful mosaic tile work is in the shower and floors. It has a newly renovated kitchenette. There is a Keurig coffee maker, hot plate, electric skillet, blender, toaster and ample supplies of dishes and utensils. You will need to bring queen sheets, bath towels and beach towels.
  • Tami was very responsive, all communication and administration was a breeze. Location on Front St can't be beat, and we were fortunate to have lovely weather so we could be out and about. Additionally, we were lucky to have the lovely rooftop terrace almost entirely to ourselves, as we were the only renters for most of the week. The apartment is very small, but well-appointed and clean. Everything within the owner's control has been attended to, and we very much enjoyed our stay.

    Jenn2017-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • Pete and Tami had everything you could think of at the home. It was small but so comfortable for my husband and I. My husband cooked dinner 2 nights and breakfast each morning, he had all the utensils he is use to having at home. We enjoyed eat hung the sunsets and sunrises from the roof top deck. It was Beautiful! We will be back to Pete's & Tami.

    Hunt2017-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed the rooftop view /even saw a horse grazing on the banks from the view! The place is small but well organized, comfortable and decor is great! Loved being so close to restaurants, shopping and Taylors Creek!

  • Breathtaking views!

  • What a sweet place to stay when visiting Beaufort. You absolutely cannot beat the location. You have an assigned parking place vehind the building so you never have to worry about parking and you can easily walk to all shops, restaurants, bars and some tourist attractions like the ferries, the Old Burying Ground and the Maritime Museum. The condo is on the second floor of the building and has two entrances that lead to its' front door (it only has one door) which is convenient. It is on the back of the building so the view is of the parking lot but the condo gets plenty of light. It is a small space, perfect for someone traveling alone or a couple. It is nicely decorated will all the common conveniences (wifi, big flat screen TV). The kitchen is tiny so not really convenient for preparing meals although we cooked breakfast each morning using their toaster, electric skillet and microwave. There is a small Dorm size fridge so we kept some of our cold stuff on ice in our cooler. The bed was fine. You do need to supply your own sheets and towels and I would suggest bringing your own pillow if you are picky about your pillow. There is a wall (under window) heat and air unit that kept the place plenty cool. The roof top deck is awesome. It is a community deck shared by the other 6 or so units. However, most of the time we spent up there each evening we had it to ourselves. It overlooks Front Street and the water. There is a picnic table and chairs up there , some of which are rockers. I hope we can come back soon. And if we do, I would love to be able to stay here again!

    Barbara2017-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cute, cozy condo with a perfect location! It was our first trip to Beaufort and we will definitely be back. Spending the day at Cape Lookout was a highlight of our trip.

    Megan2017-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! What a lovely room! Tami and Pete have thought of everything to make their guest's stay comfortable. The room is small but so well decorated and light that the size was perfect for my husband and I are our dogs. The location is awesome and the rooftop is the absolute best! We saw wild horses across the water in Carrot Island every time we were on the deck. It's also surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which we didn't expect since it's right downtown Beaufort. Walk out your door to explore Beaufort. No car needed! (...horses on Carrot Island...typo and can't select to correct!)

  • Perfect spot to "do" Beaufort. This is a private bungalow detached from any other residence and it is specifically designed for guests. Lots of great touches and a neat garden area outside the door. Easy five minute walk to downtown Beaufort. Had dinner one night at Tracy's restaurant, The Front Street Grill. Outstanding and we had a table on the water on a beautiful night. Again, Hope Town is perfect for a couple doing a stay on the Crystal Coast.

    Bob2017-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved this cozy bungalow! It was just the right size, still felt private, and was in perfect walking distance to downtown Beaufort! The place was also so well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. We had looked at several bed and breakfasts and inns in the area, and I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead!

  • What a great place to stay for a getaway! We were there to celebrate our anniversary. The location was walking distance to fun activities (the sunset cruise is a must!), delicious restaurants and shops. The bungalow was quaint and clean with thoughtful touches, like a stocked fridge and snacks. We had everything we needed. The coffee was delicious! Don and Tracey were very welcoming and answered every question we had. Our 4 legged babies loved playing with their dog, Finley. He's a sweetie! We would recommend the bungalow to anyone looking for a fun place to relax and get away!!

  • Such an awesome place! Wanted to plan a trip for my girlfriend's birthday and this was such a great find. Originally, she did not want to stay in an Air Bnb but, once we got there, she admitted the place was perfect! On top of being in a prime location and being super clean, The hosts had stocked everything so nicely! You can tell that they genuinely enjoy hosting!! They gave great recommendation- making it a perfect trip. Their restaurant was awesome, too! This stay inspired us to want to go back!

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat from which to explore downtown Beaufort and surrounding areas you will find this light filled studio apartment a convenient spot. Situated behind our home among lovely old trees, it is one block from Front Street's wonderful restaurants and shops as well as being in the heart of our historic district. Just right for a couple's getaway or someone in town on business. We think you will find the space to be comfortable and cozy.
Deck by which you will enter includes gas and charcoal grills and outdoor sink, and is available for your use. Patio on rear side is just right for morning coffee. Step inside to a living area with pull down wall bed built especially for us and with a comfy queen size memory foam mattress. When bed is up there is access to a pull down desk. Around the corner from the living/bed room is a small kitchen (no dishwasher though) and off the kitchen is the bathroom.
Our neighborhood consists of historic homes and other buildings such as lodges and churches. Beaufort's historic site, our fascinating and well maintained Burying Ground and retail district are all close by. On the waterfront you will find ferries for exploring nearby islands.
  • Lucia's place was wonderful. Spacious and light, and well-equipped. The location was perfect right near downtown and walking distance to restaurants, and the boardwalk. Lucia was welcoming and helpful. We'd stay there again!

  • Great place in the historic district. Lucia and Richard were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

  • The Backyard Studio apartment in the historic district of Beaufort is a comfortable and cozy space from which one can enjoy a number of things. Access to Beaufort's Front Street could not be much better. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking to cook gourmet meals this is not the place, but otherwise is very functional for providing the ability to prepare simple meals.

    Dave2017-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • We had an outstanding experience staying at Lucia's studio in Beaufort. It was the perfect place to base ourselves to have a fun weekend exploring the area. It is very close to restaurants, we just rode our bikes around. Lucia was very hospitable and helped us choose restaurants and other activities to do around town. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Beaufort!

  • Beautiful room just blocks from downtown Beaufort. Couldn't have asked for a more gracious host and a great place to start our vacation. Thanks David.

  • Beautiful cottage suite located in an ideal location to walk to downtown Beaufort and for easy access to Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. David was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the Conch House.; you won't regret your choice!

    Trish2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • I can't say enough great things about David and Summer! Their knowledge and true southern hospitality made my stay even better than anticipated. They love where they live and were able to make many recommendations outside of the typical tourist outings. I was even treated to the perfect table on the waterfront, at Front Street Grill (delicious food and laid back atmosphere), with an amazing sunset. Many laughs were shared during my short visit. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

    Heather2017-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Let me start by saying, without David our trip would not have been the same. He was everything you could ever want in a host...and more. My wife and I were on our first trip to NC and he made it the most special few days we could have had. The amenities he provided; great living space, clean area, bikes for use, tv for relaxing, etc etc, were amazing as well but don't hold a flame to the host. We would stay here 10x over and honestly were very sad to leave his hospitable nature. It's not every day that you go on a trip expecting to stay in a strangers house and let it be what it is, but to walk away great friends is something we will always cherish. I almost want to say "nah, don't stay here" to selfishly keep this gem for ourselves!!!! We will undoubtedly be back!!! We can't wait for the next trip!!! Best trip we have ever taken hands down!!

    Ryan2016-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Dave's and Summer's Air Bnb suite has raised the bar on charm, convenience and welcoming warmth. They welcome you...and your furries...and accommodate themselves to your Social needs.. left alone or lots of fun conversations. Easy walking distance to any attractions and Beaufort is friendly and helpful. You will see wild horses, you will see boats of all sizes, you will enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants and you will leave, wishing you could stay.

    chet2017-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • I cannot imagine a nicer stay. David and his wife have set up the place to perfection, are friendly and just great people! They also have pitch-perfect intuition for when you would like to be on your own, and when you'd like to swap stories or perhaps some advice on a restaurant or sightseeing. Everything in the suite (bedding/furnishings/etc) feel and look wonderful. We really felt at home. It's casual and sophisticated at the same time. Love the sea creatures. They've put in all nice infrastructure touches too: lots of towels, great lighting, excellent temperature control, fast internet. The patio in in the backyard is magical. We hope to visit again!

    Margaret2017-05-24T00:00:00Z

______________________________ Fantastic location for an intimate visit to Beaufort. Very private, spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities that matter. Full kitchen, well stocked. Beaufort is great to explore on bikes, and this apartment made it easy to wheel the bikes inside when walking to dinners or taking a boat trip. Marlena was a joy to work with, and very accommodating. • A girlfriend and I met in Beaufort for a girl's weekend. We had never been to Beaufort before and this was really just a whim that turned out to be such a great choice. Marlena is on top of her stuff. Communication was above and beyond. She sent links to local attractions and made sure that we knew she was available at any time. We had an issue with the wifi very early on Saturday morning and within a few minutes of sending it Marlena was on the phone with Spectrum and it was fixed! The Sea Witch is literally in the middle of everything and neither of us had to use our cars the whole weekend. Everything was within walking distance. We beached, saw wild horses, boated, shopped and ate all within a stone's throw of Marlena's place. We even bumped into another couple at Finz (which is literally across the street) that had stayed at the Sea Witch several times before moving to Beaufort and they raved about Marlena! She has thought of every amenity so don't stress if you forgot your shampoo. And even though it's right in the middle of everything noise was not an issue. There was so much to do in this little town that we're actually talking about going back again before the end of the summer! I recommend that you check out the historic burial ground, the Friends of the Library book mobile, Bird Shoal island and Backstreet Pub.

We are located a half block from Front Street, and two blocks from the town docks. Guests arriving by boat are welcome. Vendors for kayaks and ferries to nature preserve -Carrot Island and Shackelford Banks - nearby. Shackelford Banks has some of the finest empty breaches in the US. Safe swimming area for young children on Radio Island, 5 minutes by car from house. Atlantic Beach is about 15 minutes away. Excellent restaurants are within 2-4 blocks. Beaufort was voted the coolest small town in America last year and this is the best place to be in Beaufort!
  • Charles and Deborah were the most generous, lovely, gracious hosts we could have possibly asked for. We had a wonderful honeymoon in Beaufort. We loved using the bikes and kayaks. The apartment and surrounding yard are beautiful and cozy. Charles and Deborah are a wealth of information on what to do in Beaufort, and have some amazing stories to share about their life experiences. We highly recommend a stay here!

  • We had a wonderful time in Beaufort. The apartment was lovely and clean and has everything a guest could need. We especially enjoyed riding the bikes and the bed was super comfortable and luxurious. We even were treated to a tour of their lovely home.

  • We very much enjoyed our stay and would want to revisit on our next trip back to Beaufort. The accommodations were better that described and the apartment was furnished in a very appealing and well laid our manner. There were even Fisher Price toys as well as sand toys made available for our 5 year old to enjoy. Arriving was exciting as it was a historic house of 1778 and in outstanding condition. You will be amazed at the view of the yard and the unique Oak tree that resembles he Angle Tree in South Carolina. My complements to our hosts Charles & Deborah.

    Francis2015-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Great people, perfect for what we needed. Clean and funky.

    Ted2015-12-14T00:00:00Z
  • Deborah and Charles were great hosts, offering helpful suggestions about the beaches, ferries, and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our three-night stay. They thought of everything you might need (beach towels, chairs, toiletries, snacks, bikes) so you don't have to think--just relax. I would highly recommend this apartment for location, price, design, and the kindness shown by the hosts.

  • We had the best time with Charles and Deborah. We arrived in Beaufort while they were hosting a backyard cookout, which they promptly invited us to join. Their friends are fantastic and were also very helpful in steering us toward the best local attractions. The neighborhood is unbeatable--just a few blocks from the center of town. And the houses, including Charles's and Deborah's, are all beautifully maintained historic homes with great porches and landscaping. The apartment had everything we needed--a comfy bed, full kitchen, ample porch space, wifi, TV, and an outdoor shower. Who doesn't like to stare up at a century-old live oak when they shower?! Our hosts also outfitted us with chairs, towels and a cooler for a trip to the beach. We would recommend this apartment to any couple looking to have a nice getaway in Beaufort. The location, amenities, and hosts cannot be beat! We just hope the apartment is available for our next trip!

  • My wife and I spent the last part of our honeymoon at Deborah and Charles place. We could not have had a better end to our honeymoon! The house is at a great location with plenty to do without the frustration of getting through crowds of people. Our host were phenominal! They provided us information that was more than adequate, were available as necessary but not in our way, and were very hospitable in every aspect. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who desires a quite getaway in a clean environment with restaurants and attractions at your fingertips.

  • Deborah and Charles made us feel welcomed and at home throughout our entire stay. Our hosts provided us with everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach or to sit on the back deck with snacks and cocktails overlooking their magnificent garden. Located in Beaufort's beautiful historical district, it was a short stroll to the waterfront with its delightful variety of shops and eateries. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy a fun, outdoorsy and relaxing holiday!

  • This house is beautiful! It was super clean! It easily slept all 10 of the members of our family. Bill was an exceptional host and accommodated us in every way possible. He answered every question I had with in five minutes! He came by to check on us and make sure everything was ok when we arrived and let us know he was available if we needed anything! He is definitely dog lover which is a huge plus! The house was super clean and had everything you needed! I would definitely recommend and would come back myself! Our weekend family vacation was great! Thanks!

  • Yacht House was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend in Beaufort. Three families enjoyed a spacious place, with plenty of room to retreat, and plenty of room to hang out together. Photos and description are accurate. The house was well equipped and clean. Walk a couple blocks into the heart of super cute Beaufort. We all IMMEDIATELY started talking about booking the house again for another friends weekend away next year! Thank you Yacht House for a wonderful weekend!

    Stephanie2016-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic family reunion amid strong storms. Charlsie was a great host and even called to see if we had settled in well. Neighborhood was quaint with many historical houses. The Beaufort grocery was a short walk away with great gumbo for lunch and the Blue Moon Cafe had very well executed dinner. Even with poor weather the Yacht House itself is well worth the stay. Brilliantly clean with a multitude of extras, including a TV in nearly every room, and wonderful veranda. Our family would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Christina2015-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • If you're vacationing in Beaufort, this is the place to stay! The home is located right around the corner from shops and restaurants. It's perfect for families or groups of friends. Each couple has their own bathroom! We would love to stay here again!

  • Beaufort is a great little town for a getaway and this home is perfect for a family looking to experience the town and surrounding areas. It is centrally located, has all modern amenities (including bathrooms for all bedrooms) and an abundance of space. Angie, the property manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. It was a great experience for all and I would recommend it hands down.

Our vacation home has all the necessary amenities with coffee maker, kitchen-wares, kitchen appliances, laundry units, charcoal grill and linens. • Perfect place in the perfect location! Just far enough away from all the action that you can walk to it, but you can also get away to the quiet. It was super clean and perfect for our weekend get away, will definitely be returning!!

  • Palm Suite was an awsome place! Me and my girlfriend had a great time, very clean and just a short drive to all the hot spots, we will definitely be back. Thanks Joe for letting us enjoy your wonderful house!

    Blake2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • The home was well-appointed and comfortable. It definitely did the trick for a quick visit and I could see settling in there comfortably for a longer stay where we could have used the kitchen a bit more. The bed is definitely on the smaller side of full, but it was plush and comfy. The shower had perfect water pressure and a nice updated shower head. Keurig fully stocked. We didn’t get to meet Joe, but check in and check out couldn’t have been easier with the keys in a lockbox on the porch. The home is PERFECT walking distance to downtown in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. It was four blocks to the front street dock, shops, restaurants, etc. The bikes were definitely some value added. The bedroom does share a wall with the neighbor, who wasn’t the least bit bothersome, just the expected noise of a shared wall, so I needed earplugs — just a heads-up to sensitive sleepers like me. All in all we were very pleased!

    Rebecca2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Joe's. The apartment was clean and a perfect size for the two of us. We had some issues with the A/C and Joe got a maintenance man out within a half hour to fix the problem. Very pleased with how that situation was handled.

    Sara2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy spot in a quiet town close to the beach! Great place to stay and relax for a few days.

    Molly2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Palm Suite was a fantastic place to stay for a couple looking to partake in all Beaufort has to offer. The charming accommodations are perfect for 2, and are only made better by the hospitality shown by our hosts, Joe and Sharon. Our only concern before going was that it is a duplex, but there was privacy and no disturbances at all, and (having the opportunity to speak with Joe) we even got some local knowledge about kayaking adventures! Clean, cozy, full of mermaids, and set in walking distance to restaurants, galleries, and boardwalk views of wild-horse-inhabited islands, you're bound to find your own little paradise with Pine Street as your home base. Excited to go back!

  • Sea Witch1 was the most perfect location. Central to everything in historic Beaufort. We walked everywhere, ate too much good food, walked along the creek, saw ponies at the Rachel Carson Reserve, walked to the farmers market and old burying place. The amenities in the apartment were more than we ever expected including bathrobes and creamer in the fridge. Games, movies, books and magazines were plentiful and unexpected. Marlena paid attention to every detail. So happy to have stayed here for my first Air BNB experience. Beaufort with my bestie was a wonderful weekend in part to our great experience at Sea Witch 1

    Amy2017-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very well appointed 2 bedroom and one bath rental. There is a full eat in kitchen and a laundry. Both are well equipped as is the bath. All appliances are new and work well. The furniture paint and flooring are all recent. Supplies for a trip to the beach are included. The entrance is steps away from great eating and shopping in downtown Beaufort. This great but the private parking makes this even better as the waterfront area can get congested for parking in season. There is an uncovered balcony also. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There are no closets in the bedroom but ample hanging storage in an office across from the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

  • We stayed at the Beaufort Suites early June. The unit met our needs and was as advertised. It is located in small nondiscript hotel. The unit was clean, the mini kitchen consisted of a full refregerator with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and dishwasher. All were operational and in good condition. The large room was adequately furnished with a comfortable queen bed. We did not use (need) the pullout sofa which appeared old with worn appostery. The unit is located on a busy road on the "outskirts" of town. Our room was quite and did not have any street noise. Beaufort is quite small. We had a pleasant 5 minute walk to one of our "downtown" restaurants and a 10 minute walk to another. Walks to most of the activities would do be less than 15 minutes. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The suite-efficiency unit-allows one to spread out, sit comfortably, enjoy coffee and a drink, eat breafast, make lunches, etc. The Beaufort Suites fulfilled our needs and met our expectations.

  • Close to historic district with shops, restaurants and the Beaufort marina. This was a nice bonus to find out for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this town. This airbnb is a hotel which only has 16 available rooms so it is not like staying in a home. Most of the parking is ground level under the hotel so it is semi protected from the elements. A nice bonus to have the car out of the sun when getting into on a hot day. The common area on each floor was nice and there was a breeze each night we went to enjoy it. Seemed to be a popular spot to start the morning with a cup of coffee. Room was clean upon entry but we reserved for 4 people and only two towel sets were available. They brought an additional 2 sets promptly but these are the details I look for when someone knows how many are staying. The staff was always very nice but know that there are none on the premises with the exception of the cleaning staff in the mornings. We got a place that had a kitchenette because we knew we were going to be cooking meals in the room. The kitchenette appliances were as described but the cookware and utensils were less than desirable. I had to eat about half my meals with what I consider a baby fork. There was service for 4 (plates, cups, spoons and forks) but beyond that it was one small knife, a cutting board, one pot, one skillet, one colander, a spatula and a stirring spoon, both of which had no stiffness in the handle to make them usable. We rolled with the punches and made due with what we had. I wouldn't book this room again with the intention of cooking meals. Killed a cockroach in the room and saw others (2) outside in different locations during our stay. Yeah, not happy about that. The queen bed was an average sleep and performed well. The pullout sofa bed on the other hand was well past it's life expectancy. After the first night it was deemed that a better sleep was to be had by just putting the pullout mattress on the floor. Even then, it was a rough sleep. Overall this place had its ups and downs. I've laid out our experience with all honesty. Take each part and decide how important each issue is to you. Happy travelling.

  • All was as expected. We were happy to have accommodations that included our dog. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

  • This place allowed us to bring our dog, and was a super easy walk to all the restaurants, shops and waterfront. Very convenient.

  • The location is fine. A short walking distance to restaurants. But in our case the room did not resemble the picture at all. Sleeping sofa was filthy and we had to cover it because our kids did not want to sleep on it. In my opinion they charge too much for what you get.

We are 2 blocks away from front street, accommodating up to 15 people in our lodge. With a great patio in the front of the house and a small one to the side, enjoy the day at 'home' or go out on the town! Taxes are included in the rate. We are PET friendly, there will be a $22.55 charge for pet cleaning fee. We take extra time and care to clean after we have a furry guest stay!
Our dive lodge is perfect for groups that aren't looking for anything super fancy! We have 3 bedrooms, 2 on the main floor as well as the attic. The smaller of the two bedrooms has a bathroom connected to it, the other is just off of the living room space. The attic area has 2 double beds and 1 single bed and a bathroom. On the main floor there is a nice porch area in the front of the house, and one off of the side of the building on ground level. Please use the OUTSIDE shower to clean up after the beach! Thank you for your help with this.
We are close to the water, an 8 minute drive to the beach. You can walk downtown to get something to eat, shop for unique gifts or take a boat cruise out to our smaller islands, go for a dinner cruise, a fishing charter or dolphin excursion!
  • The overall location was nice. We enjoyed visiting Atlantic Beach a couple times which was about a 7 minute drive. The only minor complaint would be the street the house was on. It was super busy and sometimes hard to get in and out of the driveway. If the driveway could extend out the back side of the house that would help. Other than that we had a great time!

  • Enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance of downtown Beaufort and 5 miles from Atlantic Beach access. Very cute house just a little dated.

  • West Lodge is in the perfect location for a stay in Beaufort - less than a 10 minute walk to Front St. and the waterfront. It is a great value especially for a large group who doesn't want anything super nice. Be advised there is a $10 cash deposit for the key.

  • This is an old school dive lodge. If you don't mind bugs, window air conditioners and cramped sleeping quarters, this place is for you. It's a bit run down, but it's also cheap so you get what you pay for.

  • My family and I booked this stay a couple weeks before our trip. Good price and great location for a late notice. This place is good for the price you pay. The house is not really kept up too great, stains on the carpet and furniture, but from the description and photos I got what I was expecting. We had a great time in Beaufort and Atlantic Beach. Great vacation!
