Things to do in ABC islands

Top recommendations from locals

From sightseeing to hidden gems, find out what makes the city unique with the help of the locals who know it best.
“Located on the northernmost part of the island. There's plenty of parking. The turquoise water is calm, the white sand is soft, the snorkeling is excellent and the beach is shaded with many palapa huts. On windy days, Arashi turns out to be the perfect bodyboarding and surfing beach, with decent waves to ride. Shell collectors can find peculiar pieces here. If you want a little bit more exercise, you can take a stroll to the California Lighthouse. The splendid coastal and island views are worth every drop of sweat. 8.6 miles – 20 minutes by car Our insiders tip: Beach loungers are available for a small fee at Arashi Beach. So lay back and relax.”

“Sometimes you feel like you want to have toast for breakfast, or as the Dutch say it: "A Toasty". For this we go to Zansi where they als serve a good coffee. They have more breakfast options, not a lot, but what they have is good. Only negative might be that they only start serving as of 09.00.”
