Home is located on the banks of the Daugava River with a beautiful panoramic view of it. Directly opposite the house in the Daugava are islands with untouched natural habitats and a variety of waterfowl. The holiday home has a terrace area with a beautiful view of the river. The Daugava is a few minutes walk away. No pets, parties or smoking allowed in the accommodation.

Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
