After our welcome we’ll offer you a no alcoholic drink with fresh fruit if you prefer and you will also enjoy our pool waiting for the beginning. As soon as we’ll be ready, we’ll begin with our traditional cooking lesson where our mothers and grandmothers will show you all the techniques for making Focaccia, handmade pasta and cheese. They will teach you all the techniques of the past and you will have to prepare everything with them. When every dishes will be ready, the focaccia will be baked in the wood-fired oven and you will have dinner with the products of yourselves made (Focacce, Orecchiette and Formaggio) and also other traditional dishes we will prepare for you. Obviously water, beer and wine are included. If at the end of the experience you will have satisfied yourself we will have reached our goal and before leaving we will give you a small souvenir of Puglia Other things to note All experience phases will be translated in English. A fantastic and unforgettable boat trip to discover the breathtaking sea caves and the famous cliff of Polignano a Mare, visiting the whole coastline from North-West to South-East, enjoying especially the view of the sea cave with a restaurant inside "Grotta Palazzese", the islet "Scoglio dell'Eremita" and the beautiful sea cave "Grotta Stampagnata". A unique informal experience taking about 1 hour, with an experienced driver-guide, who will reveal some secrets and legends hidden behind such unique natural beauties. Enjoying the point of view of Polignano from the sea is a wonderful experience not to miss :) Also ideal for groups and teams: please send a message if you have a large group. NB: - YOU WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE WITH CONFIRMATION ABOUT THE STARTING POINT. Welcome to our home! We will welcome you in our laboratory, the place where we keep, label and ship our extra virgin olive oil. After the countryside and the oil mill, this is where our thoughts, our lives, and where we meet gourmet friends from all over the world! You will participate in a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil to learn how to recognize its quality, flavors and aromas through tasting with the classic blue glasses of a professional taster. We will offer you a taste of different extra virgin olive oils (depending on the availability of the harvest) and of the range of natural flavored products of our production, made with essential oils extracted in a natural way. After a first taste in purity, we will offer you tasty bruschetta of local durum wheat bread, to be seasoned with the tasted oils, typical friselline dressed with our olive patè, a taste of dried tomatoes and vegetables in oil, local honey, our almonds and a glass of local rosé wine. We will spend a pleasant and tasty hour together!

We'll meet at the Castello Tramontano and we'll start getting to know to each other. I'll explain you the rules of the game, I'll give you a map with places that you need to visit as well as riddles to solve for each one. You'll need to keep both your legs and head active to solve them in 1 hour and 45 min, but the reward will be worth the effort. Not to mention that, in the research, you will have the opportunity to discover what are, in my opinion, the true gems of the city. While you go searching, I'll stay at the starting point in case you need more hints. Un incredibile tour in barca alla scoperta di tutte le più suggestive grotte e insenature di Polignano a Mare, inclusa la rinomata Grotta Palazzese, Lama Monachile, Grotta Ardito, Grotta degli Innamorati, Grotta Azzurra, Grotta delle rondinelle, lo Scoglio dell'Eremita e Portalga. Durante il tour è prevista una sosta bagno ed incluso un aperitivo a bordo a base di Prosecco e taralli tipici pugliesi.

Non si tratta di una cena ma di un viaggio! Cinque antipasti saranno accompagnati dai primi due vini, seguiti dalle orecchiette fatte a mano poche ore prima. Infine le tipiche bombette cotte al fornello come da tradizione.
