We will tell you the history of the vineyard since the arrival of the Romans until today. We introduce you to the art of tasting with simple words and explanations. Making your own cuvée of Bordeaux wine will be a very special moment : you will experience the tasting of 3 different types of wine from the left bank of Garonne river, the right bank and the Graves. Those 3 groups are the most typical ones from Bordeaux vineyard, of international renown. During the first part of this experience, your hosts, Pierre and Geoffroy, cellar men, but also brothers, will introduce you to the main characteristics of Bordeaux vineyard in a fun and accessible way. In the second part of your journey, they will teach you how to become a real Winemaker! You will make your own wine, by mixing your own blend using different grape varieties. Thanks to this atypical class, you will get to discover emblematic grape varieties of Bordeaux vineyard and even the art of blending your own cuvée. You will get help and explanations at every step of your creation so that you get the chance to take your precious nectar home. If you're motivated, you will even get to label and close your bottle yourself!

Being drawn is a unique and rich experience. naked, draped or even dressed, whatever you want! (of course, I'll give you the drawing, so you'll have an artwork of yourself) Before the session, we will discuss a little so that we can find together a pose that suits you. Classic or less conventional, etc. The pose lasts only 2 or 3 times 20 minutes. No experience is required and I will guide you to find a pose (in general, no one has a precise idea of ​​what he wants to do :) You can come alone or accompanied, it will be a pleasure to welcome you. Note that for two-person poses, it will take 20 to 30 minutes more (discount applies for 2 persons). The size of the drawing is usually 60x40cm - I draw in pencil on white paper or toned paper but other options are possible if you wish. I provide a tube for transport, I can also ship the drawing to your place if you want (shipping costs apply, depending on destination). Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : morning (8.30am-1.15pm) & afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) The meeting point is in Bordeaux at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! Photo tour in Bordeaux - the most beautiful spots of "the Port de la Lune" Take a stroll with me through the historic city center of Bordeaux, the southern gem of France, known as "little Paris", "the Port de la Lune", and "the sleeping beauty". I will take a photo of you in the most wonderful architectural and atmospheric locations: on the banks of the ancient Garonne River, near the world's largest reflecting pool, as well as near the port of Cailhau, the Gross Clos, the Cathedral of St. Andre and the Basilica of St. Michel. At Château Haute-Nauve, we offer a visit from the foot of the vine to the bottle by a member of the family, Marie-Anne or Florent ( Mother and Son ) We will start by offering you a tour of the vineyard. Initially, we will explain the history of our family estate for 4 generations, the history of the name Saint Emilion, its specificities, its various varietals. We will show you one of our parcels of Cabernet Franc, planted in 1988 and then at the same time, a plot of Cabernet Franc which is much older. We will explain the differences between a young vine and an elderly vine. We will end the vineyard tour, showing you a UNIQUE device in the area. A windmill with a large bottle of wine 6 meters high. This big bottle actually hides a boiler. During the spring jellies from March to the Mi-Mai, our bourgeons can unfortunately freeze. If the vine is affected, we may lose some or all of the future harvest. We will then go to the winery, we will explain the whole production process to you ( fermentation, climbing, cleaning etc... ). RANDONNEE LEVER DE SOLEIL & PETIT DEJEUNER AU SOMMET DE LA RHUNE Nous vous proposons de vivre une expérience unique, un moment hors du temps, avec un lever de soleil au sommet de " l'Everest Basque " qui, du haut de ses 905m, offre des points de vues à 360° époustouflants sur tout le Golfe de Gascogne d’un côté et la chaîne des Pyrénées de l‘autre. Guillaume, accompagné de Alain, vous accompagneront sur ce parcours de 11km environ pour 800 mètres de D+ La durée à titre indicatif de cette aventure est de 5h environ, mais dépend de l'allure du groupe ainsi que des arrêts. Sur un parcours agrémenté de quelques surprises, et dans ce haut lieu de pâturages, nous croiserons des Pottoks, petit chevaux symboles du Pays Basque ; parfois des Mannex “manèche”, brebis à tête noire ou rousse certainement moins connue que le fromage produit grâce à son lait généreux (l’Ossau-Iraty) ; ou peut-être les Betizu, une espèce bovine sauvage, cas unique en France... ou encore le vautour fauve Saïa qui plane sur les flancs de la Rhune. Au sommet une pause thé-café, jus de fruit, gâteau basque, jambon espagnol vous réchauffera ! Nous entamerons la redescente en franchissant la frontière franco-espagnole. Welcome to Cauterets in front of our offices before moving up to the place of departure of the stroll in 15 minutes of Cauterets. During the 2:30 when lasts this stroll, we shall see marmots in their natural environment and can observe them thanks to the given material of optics. This stroll is decorated with stop to observe, discuss the life of the marmot and its environment. Other things to note It is important to be equipped well with the wanted equipment. The mountain environment can be requiring and the changeable weather conditions. We can modify the route according to the participants.

Départ du petit hameau de Héas où vous aurez rendez-vous en début de matinée. Nous démarrerons à pied de Héas pour grimper vers une vallée en altitude où nous aurons avec un peu de chance l'occasion d'observer des marmottes. Par un itinéraire sauvage, à l'écart des foules, nous approcherons du cirque de Troumouse pour une pause repas avant de plonger dans le cirque. Nous circulerons dans le cirque gigantesque de Troumouse, l'oeil aux aguets de toutes les curiosités naturelles comme les vautours planant dans le ciel. Randonner accompagné, c'est découvrir les petits coins secrets et sauvages, c'est s'ouvrir à une autre montagne riche en découverte, se dépasser, aller où on ne serait pas allé seuls. Mon idée de la montagne, c'est vous accueillir en amis et vous faire découvrir mon pays au cours d'une journée. Cette randonnée est accessible à toutes personnes en bonne forme physique ayant une petite habitude de la randonnée en montagne. Retour en fin d'après-midi au point de départ. Autres remarques Il est important d'être bien équipé du matériel demandé. L'environnement montagnard peut être exigeant et les conditions météo changeantes. Nous pouvons modifier l'itinéraire selon les participants.

Nous vous accueillerons à la proximité du village de Barèges en début de matinée où nous pourrons échanger sur votre expérience de la montagne avant de partir directement à pied dans la vallée dets Coubous. Si la toute première partie de l'itinéraire est quelque peu fréquenté en été, à partir du premier lac d'Ets Coubous, nous devrions être seuls en montagne. La Réserve Naturelle livre un élixir des merveilles pyrénéennes. La formule de ce lieu magique est exhaustive entre lacs, pics et végétation exceptionnelle. Pins à crochets centenaires et sifflement des marmottes imprègnent ce lieu d’escapades fabuleuses. Un majestueux paysage lacustre de haute montagne qui semble un jardin où s'entremêlent les roches granitiques, les rhododendrons et les pins à crochets qui poussent ici à des altitudes records. Nous vous invitons à ce somptueux voyage de lac en lac. Au programme de cette randonnée, nous vous emmènerons entre les chapelets de lac d'Ets Coubous et de Madamète, un point de vue fantastique sur les grands lac de l'Oule et d'Aumar et une multitude d'autres lacs qui jalonnent  notre parcours. Une grande partie du parcours se déroule sur des sentiers de montagne sans grosses difficultés. Votre guide vous fera découvrir ou redécouvrir les richesses de ce massif. Une grande découverte à respirer à plein poumon. Autres remarques Nous vous proposons une randonnée en montagne qui va demander un effort physique. Il convient de s'assurer de sa bonne condition physique tout comme de bien avoir l'équipement demandé.car l'environnement montagnard peut être exigeant et la météo changeante.

We will only use leather from offcuts from French leather goods houses, thus participating in the circular economy. First of all, you have the choice between different models of bag, the first is a pouch, the second is a purse type bag and the third is a seasonal bag. Then choose between different leathers and colors of the pre-cut pieces, and finally we will assemble them using the "saddle stitch" technique. I will explain each step to you! Everything will be done by hand. At the end you will take your unique and personalized bag according to your taste, having spent a pleasant time, for yourself or with friends !!!
