Welcome to our sweet home in Port Charlotte! Enjoy our updated home with a nice Florida room that overlooks our fresh water canal. Grab a chair and head down to the canal to relax or try fishing! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 30 min to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach or only 50 min to Siesta Key Beach. Or enjoy Port Charlotte Beach Park with a small beach, pier, boat launch and playground. It is only 5 miles from our house. Enjoy some R&R at our home!

The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Unwind on four wooded acres for a relaxing rural getaway. Brownville Park on the Peace River is about 5 minutes away, and Morgan Park on the Peace River is about 10 minutes away. If you're going through Arcadia try Martin's Country market for a delicious Cuban sandwich or head down to Joshua Creek Citrus for orange flavored soft serve ice cream . This house does not have TVs at this time.

A lil country, A lil beach time

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed as well. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock.
