Ten minutes by car will get you to a large hypermarket in Argentan. If you can tear yourself away from the property then there’s lots to do in the surrounding area from historic World War II sites to farmer's markets and gastronomic restaurants.
The house was very lovely! It is a typical French cottage. Very cosy en big enough! It was very clean en Deirdre en Peter a very nice people! We even got a glass of (typical French ) wine when we arrived! That's what made us feel very welcome!
Deirdre made us feel very welcome during our stay, and was very helpful providing us with some great tips on the local area. The cottage is lovely with a huge bedroom, great kitchen and a snug sofa with a wood burning stove. Hope to make it back soon!
