Cosy country cottage in tranquil setting

Tranquil location in a cul-de-sac with the National Park at your back door. Completely self-contained with full kitchen/laundry and luxury bathroom. Unsuitable for children. Very private with separate driveway and off-street parking. Beautiful garden with many native birds. Five minute drive to the beach which has excellent fishing and swimming. Good bike riding around Lake Preston five minutes from the cottage, and a shady park with tennis court/basket ball hoop and free bbq 2 mins walk away

Eaton Retreat is easy to get to. It is just off the Forrest Highway. Under two hours from Perth and only just over an hour from Margaret River. It is close to everything in the Greater Bunbury region, and you have everything you need at your fingertips.
