Dear guests, We wish you a pleasant time in our newly renovated apartment, enjoy the stay and feel comfortable. The apartment is located in the city center. The house can be reached from the train station on foot in 10 minutes. The nearest tram stop is just around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke bridge. To the university it is 3, to the pedestrian zone 10 min., to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground 3 min. The parking costs €10.00 per day.

Our beloved apartment is now your home. We spent 15 wonderful years. With much love this large apartment with 120m², sauna, garden house, natural swimming pond and large garden was built. 15,000 m2 of meadows surrounded in quiet and sunny secluded location of this formerly agricultural property.
