Learn How to Bake an Apple Strudel
Together we will bake 2 apple strudels! First, I will teach you how to prepare the dough. During the resting time of the dough we will peel the apples and prepare the filling of the Strudel. I believe it is always important to observe firstly! This is why I will show you how to pull, fill and roll the dough and place the apple strudel on the baking tray. And then it is your turn: you will try yourself and create your own apple strudel! Once our strudels will be ready, we will enjoy the fresh and warm apple strudel with a cup of coffee or tea. Of course you will get a paper copy of the recipe. Depending on the season we will use our own apples grown in our big garden. Other things to note 2.5 hours should be reserved for this experience as the strudel will be freshly prepared, baked and eaten.
Munich Discovery-Tour
How much information do you remember from your last city tour? Let's experience the history of Munich together. But we won't start at the time the city was founded, but 400 years earlier and I will actively involve you in the discovery tour. You can contribute your own knowledge to the tour and due to the very small group size no wish will be neglected. We will walk together to the most beautiful sights in the Old Town and you will then understand how the city changed from the 8th to the 21st century. Experiencing history means that in addition to the exciting stories, you will also hear many well-known legends. You will clearly feel the special atmosphere in many places. This will be underlined by my requisites during the tour. We will walk to the best spots so that in the end you not only have an understanding of Munich, but also great photos.   Among other things you will see the following sights: St. Peter, Frauenkirche, Old & New Town Hall, Alter Hof, Hofbräuhaus Tour duration: 1h 45min Other things to note Tour duration: 1h 45min (+/- 10min) depending on how many questions will be asked Group size: max. 10 persons Write me if I do not offer a tour at your desired time - I will try to fulfill your wish!
Tour with Beers, Beer tasting, Museum and Dinner

Munich's famous beer garden culture and styles of beer will be detailed and lots of other beery places for you to explore on your own at a later point will be highlighted. Then to the beatifully, newly refurbished Beer and Oktoberfest Museum Stubl for a beer tasting and dinner of a mixed meaty platter,(veg/vegan upon request)followed by a private tour through the museum itself. Looking forward to showing you around!
Munich - A History of War and Peace
Meet me for a world history walk in Munich and dive into a past of war and peace. We will stand, where the celebrations of the breakout of World War I - the "great seminal catastrophe" of the 20th century - took place and where Hitler's Beer Hall Putsch ended in gunfire. We will learn, why the Nazis called Munich "the capital of the movement" and why the era between 1914-1945 is rightly considered the 2nd Thirty Years War. We will talk about Napoleon and his huge impact on German identity and unification and learn, how these disastrous wars of the past defined our new today and times of peace. This will be a high level lecture from a real expert and I promise you that these two hours will still leave you confused at the end - but on a much higher level. Because I always want to encourage dialogue and the exchange of views, knowledge and philosophical thoughts about history and mankind, our groups are always small and non-touristy. PLEASE NOTE: The length of the tour sometimes depends on the size of the group and the amount of questions - so maybe count in +/- 15-20 minutes. Please feel free to ask me about a private or unscheduled tour.

Munich In & Out
We’ll explore Munich’s “Altstadt” (Old Town) by foot. This place is considered the true heart of Munich and where so much of today's hustle and bustle takes place. Along the way we'll wind past old streets, plush shops, local farmers’ markets, iconic churches and, of course, Munich's beer gardens! All of this while exploring the history of landmarks both striking and indistinct; the fun, the dark, and even the outright strange!
Fine magic and illusions
Welcome! Spectator on big stage, big gestures, light and sound effects, smoke and mirror. You will find all of this with me - unfortunately not. I invite you to experience real wonders immediately and "close up"; without net and double floor. We will have an exciting evening together that will tell you for a long time. We find ourselves at a maximum of seven at a table and I leave playing cards in front of your eyes - sometimes in your hands - the strangest things that could bring your basic assumptions of reality, from space and time to wave. And who knows!? Maybe even you conjure up!? So in short: map magic, pure and direct!
