“Onno's Altos de Chavon is part of the highly successful chain of Onno's restaurants across the Dominican Republic. Our motto is "Eat. Drink. Party!" and that sums us up perfectly. This is where people come and eat a wide variety of plates, drink great cocktails, and/or party into the wee hours of the morning. Located in front of the amphitheater in the beautiful artisanal village of Altos De Chavon, the ambiance reflects why this is a hot spot in the exclusive resort of Casa De Campo.”

“The French-Canadian owners of this excellent Bayahibe local point surely scoured the coast to see what everyone else wasn't serving, then put it on their menu – bagels, French toast, excellent fries, fried chicken burgers, veggie stir-fries with tofu, lionfish and much more”

“Famous for the natural beauty of its beaches, Saona Island is a popular setting for filmmakers searching for the perfect “deserted island”. Part of the government protected Parque National del Este, the seas around the island are rich in sea life with numerous species of tropical fish and birds to see. But the real draw is Palmilla Beach, essentially a natural offshore sandbar perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and marveling at the numerous starfish found in the waist-deep waters.”

“Let’s talk numbers: 27 holes; 7,740 yards long; 7 scenic cliff-side holes dropping 300 feet to the Chavón River below; and breathtaking 360 views. By our calculations Pete Dye’s masterpiece, Dye Fore golf course, has a winning formula. Characterized by spectacular views of the Dominican mountains, the Chavón River, the Marina, and Altos de Chavón, this challenging cliff-side course is a delight for players of all levels. Now some more numbers for you: 12 and 15 – two of the greatest par three holes in the world; 5 – the amount of holes on the Lagos course with lakes in play; and 1 – the number of strokes it takes to get started on the round of a lifetime.”
