The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village Unschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 min., the city center 15 min. and the Festspielhaus 20 min. away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment in the way we like it to travel ourselves. House is right next to the little Margrave Castle Schreez. 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

Dear guest, this apartment is ultra-modernly decorated and very comfortably equipped. It offers about 97m2 of living space and is ideal for every festival guest. The walk to the Festspielhaus is about 7-8 minutes. The apartment is in a very quiet and posh area. Washing machine is available. The center can also be reached by car in about 7-8 minutes. The apartment is very cozily furnished and in a good location . The stop "Leibnizstraße" is located 5 minutes with connection to downtown and ZOH, bus line 306 to campus is 5-7 minutes walking.
