From the kitchen you can reach a balcony on the upper floor and a glassed patio with infrared heating is underneath it. 2 bathrooms and laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and drying cabinet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Here at Enebacken, you live on a secluded plot with a couple of minutes' walk to the nice beach. The house consists of one double bedroom, one loft with two single beds and a combined living room and hall with sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped and it is nice to eat both indoors, on the patio or in the sunroom. There is both a wood stove and a fireplace if it is not bathing weather. There is plenty of play space and a child-friendly beach just around the corner.

We have a house of 70 sqm located 20 minutes from Nyköping and 20 minutes from Katrineholm. 1.30 minutes from Stockholm. As you are welcome to rent long or short time. It is lake view and they take 3min to walk down to the beach. Good fishing water and a good walking path for those who like to exercise. There are nice places to find mushrooms around. Can be reached by public transport. (Bed sheets/linens/towels not included)
