“This is an authentic wooden shack on the beach surrounded by piles of conch. shells. Pack every time! Conch salad is fresh and amazing. You can also have lobster in it. They'll make it spicy or not. This is the home of the Bimini Knockout Punch (BKO) a deliciously flavored rum punch. They also sell beer and only accept cash. To get to Stuarts you must drive outside the resort for about 10 minutes. You will find him on the left.”

“Edith's is known for her Lobster pizza made with Bimini bread crust. But don't let the name fool you. She also makes delicious local Bahamian food like peas and rice and cracked lobster, cracked conch & fried fish. I recently tried her grouper fingers which were soooo delicious. A guest recently told me they tried their ribs and they were outstanding . Edith is located about a 2 minute drive outside the resort. You will find her behind the pink wall on the left side. Be patient because food is good but it does take a while. Only cash accepted.”
