Italian Restaurant

“This is our very favorite restaurant in all of Arizona and it offers fabulous choices, beautifully presented and professionally served. You have to make advance reservations or you won't get in as locals who love good food know to call well ahead to book a table. Julie is our favorite server when she's not acting as mixologist during the week.”

“Our local greasy spoon also invites you to explore Lowell, the strip of businesses that once abutted the railroad, and now peer over the striking abyss of the long-dormant Lavender Pit copper mine. Fill up on biscuits and gravy, then take a walk where every step forward takes you two steps back. ”

“A wood-fired pie at this local favorite is worth the wait. Be forewarned, being a local favorite, there often is one ;) ”

Café
“This Main Street market is our go-to for basic provisions (if you can call goat cheese, prosciutto and a bottle of wine basic), and for lifting us out of an afternoon slump with a fresh green juice and a bite from their menu of light, satisfying sandwiches and salads. ”

Bar
“Sit next to the serving tanks or at the stainless steel bar in the Tap Room or journey up to the elevated patio and enjoy the views over Brewery Gulch to the mountains beyond. Our savoury, beer simmered barbequed bratwurst and famous Roka's chilli is served all open hours plus there is always free popcorn to complete the enjoyable experience at Old Bisbee Brewing Company. If interested, request a tour of the brewhouse. And, yes, the beer is pumped under the street between the brewhouse and Tap Room buildings! Location: Brewery Gulch Old Bisbee Bisbee, AZ 85603”

Museum
“Don’t miss spending some time here for a dive into Bisbee’s history and a great educational context for the rest of your around-town exploring. A Smithsonian affiliate, the displays are excellent and the docents are well-informed and happy to answer any questions! Be sure to also take the underground mine tour before or afterwards!”

“Time-tested hangout with live music & dancing on weekends, a pool table & a neighborhood vibe.”

Restaurant
“Though you likely didn’t arrive in Bisbee with the expectation of an incredible Vietnamese meal, we’ll say with no small amount of conviction that Thuy’s is among the best in Southern Arizona. Small and unassuming, you’ll enter and see Thuy herself in the open kitchen as she prepares a selection of deeply satisfying dishes that includes pho, noodles, curry, and spring rolls.”

Café
“Open the door to this cozy lunch spot, and the antique mosaic tile, brick walls, and scattered bentwood bistro chairs might make you feel as if you’ve entered a portal into another place, at another time. It is, however, the 21st century in Bisbee, Arizona, and you can walk right up to the counter and order a sandwich and the soup of the day, and even a slice of cake if it so strikes your fancy. ”

“If you need groceries, check out Safeway. It's the closest place to get all your grocery needs.”

Hotel
“On the ground floor of the historic, possibly haunted Copper Queen Hotel (what isn’t historic and possibly haunted here, after all?), you’ll find the red-lit, vaguely Lynch-ian Spirit Room bar. They obviously deal in puns, and also employ barkeeps who fix a fine cocktail. Sip on a gin martini and soak up the ambience, which often includes live music. ”

“Our favorite watering hole in Bisbee! Great bartenders, full bar, extensive draft and bottle selection. Grab a bite to eat from Nosh when the kitchen is open. Live music Thursday - Sunday. Karaoke the first Monday of each month!”

Restaurant
“All the food is delicious, but our favorite is the molcajete! Delicious and fun to eat, and plenty enough to share. Get the tableside guacamole while you wait and enjoy the fantastic margaritas and extensive tequila selection! The patio is perfect for people-watching.”

Other Great Outdoors
“Its so cool to don a miners camp and go underground with retired miners as your guide. The first time I went was in 1980 and it is still a vivd memory.”

Grocery or Supermarket
“Make your way down Brewery Gulch, and you’ll find the oldest continuously operating grocery store in Bisbee, which still does business much as it did 100 years ago (though in more recent years they did step it up with a selection of VHS tapes for rent). In addition to such modern forms of entertainment and dry provisions, they also have a deli counter and coolers stocked with craft beers. *Note that, in keeping with their many charming anachronistic tendencies, Mimosa Market only accepts cash. ”
