“Bophut Beach This beach in Samui has a distinct Mediterranean flair but is less pricey. Known for the Fisherman Village, the Bop hut Beach is another exciting place where you can spend your Thailand vacation. Here you can lounge along the shoreline, check out its nightlife, and pig out on great tasting local cuisine. One of the hit activities here is the Go- Kart since it's a lot of fun and can be enjoyed by the whole family. ”

“Bophut is really two places: Bophut beach, which sweeps down several kilometres between Big Buddha and Maenam beaches and perhaps one of the oldest places on the island, the charming Fisherman's Village, which takes up the middle section of the beach ”

“Happy Elephant Some of the best local Thai Restaurants in Bophut Beach are found among the huge selection of fine dining restaurants along the seafront in Fisherman’s Village. While these tend to be on the expensive side, the quality of their food is undeniable, making them as popular with Thais as they are with visiting tourists, though more as a special treat than an everyday meal. If you venture away from the tourist hotspots, you are rewarded with the finest flavors and truest taste of genuine Thai food. Many of the dining options – particularly those along Koh Samui's main ring road – are very simple in appearance, but more than makeup for this deficiency by serving up casual food, well prepared. Best of all, such places are usually significantly cheaper than the classy restaurants by the beach, making them ideal for those traveling on a tight budget. ”

“Samui Go-kart is located on Samui Ring Road opposite the soi leading to Hansar Samui Resort. Opened since 1993, Samui Go-kart features a 500m-long well-designed track marked out with red and white painted old tyres that keeps even the most hapless drivers on the road. ”
