The coastal path runs right outside, with a short distance to beaches, walks and beautiful nature. Just 2 km from Nordhasselvika, named one of Europe's most beautiful hidden beaches by The Guardian. With southern idyll and great nature on all sides, it is a perfect place for relaxation and excursions. Fenced garden towards the lake and road, so small children can play freely. Hidra has a lot to offer in terms of attractions, fishing and nature experiences, but is also the starting point for trips to Brufjell, Flekkefjord city, Kjeragbolten, Prekestolen and many other exciting places.

From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. The traditional Longhouse has found new form and function in an impressive modern architecture which makes this place a unique retreat nature loving families, and groups. Right outside there is a sauna with a magic view.

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

(a cot) The house is located in a rural and undisturbed area, within walking distance to Lista Lighthouse, Lista Bird Station, some of Norway's best surf spots and mile-long beaches. In the garden there are several cozy seating areas and lots of sun during the summer months. Exterior sink and bench space for gutting fish. Rack for storing surfboards and hanging wetsuits to dry.
