“Botany Aquatic Centre is a council run complex with 3 open air pools– 50m, 20m, toddlers (not open during winter). Entry is about $6 for adults. It has BBQs, grassy areas, café and take away food, and a big slide. It’s a great place for a few hours, especially with kids. There’s a really lovely café about 20 mins walk from there called Botanix. ”

“Arthur Park is a small public area of open space located at the corner of Botany Road and Chelmsford Avenue, Botany. It is on the Register of War Memorials in New South Wales. The park was dedicated on 25 May 1946 as a living memorial to Botany servicemen who died in the Second World War. The Park is also home to a former baby health centre, for which Council is exploring adaptive re-use.”
