Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

This unique place has a style of its own. Larkswood Annex packs a punch with all its brand new modern fixtures and fittings. Fully equipped for 2x persons from the ground up! Not only being on ground floor level it has a large patio area and not forgetting the free private parking. This lovely annex is 1.1 miles to the centre of town where we have local markets twice a week, Or the amazing Jurassic coast line 2.8 miles away to visit West Bay beach and harbour.

Walking distance to West Bay Harbour and into Bridport Market town. Great coastal walks and cycle trails all along the south west coastal path. Bridport Golf club is 1/2 mile away, we also have some highly rated local restaurants, bars and pubs Guests are welcome to use the gardens and our sea view decking.
