Vietnamese Restaurant
“The best Vietnamese in Longmont is in Boulder.. seriously I wish there were one here I could recommend but there just isn’t! Chez Thuey is AlWAYS worth the drive... except possibly in blizzard conditions ;) Be prepared to have a hard time choosing though! The menu is really more of a book, but so far I haven’t made a poor choice yet. Expect a wait on weekend evenings. Really big portions!”
