American Restaurant
“Great atmosphere, loud but a bustling fun atmosphere for groups or solo travelers. Great big menu. We think they have the greatest chicken sandwich on the west coast. ; )) Their salads are decent and their Shepard’s pie, enchiladas and pot roast (sometimes a winter special) are delicious. Bison pot stickers are another favorite. French onion soup is delicious. Their local beers are plentiful. Great margaritas especially their own jalapeño infused margaritas. Can be busy so make reservation if more than two people. Sitting at bar for drinks and dinner watching game is so satisfying especially if Soli.”

Italian Restaurant
“For Dinner only*...Love sitting at the counter* near the wood fired brick oven—especially great for single travelers/diners. The first courses and salads ARE AMAZING and local ingredients always. I love their wines by the glass and their desserts are excellent all made in house. Favorites: salads especially Burrata salad and Chopped salad. Their Moustarda handmade pizza is to die for, also their Salcichia pizza is excellent and their handmade Pastas are excellent. The red meat entrees aren’t my favorite but everything else they do very well.”

“Nova Café is located in the heart of historic downtown Bozeman and proudly serves up the best breakfast in Bozeman. Our unique breakfast and lunch menus offer local ingredients deliciously prepared and served in a colorful and bustling cafe. The coffee and espresso are roasted right down the street by Rockford Coffee, the breads are baked by sister restaurant Feed Café and the gluten free pastries are baked by sister business Daily Coffee & Eatery. Meats are raised humanely and locally when possible. Produce is sourced as regionally as our climate allows.
