Café
“Amazing vegan and gluten-free cafe with the kind of healthy superfood chocolate, etc. desserts ya just don't see in many places. Sometimes service can be slow and the waitstaff seems stoned, but hey… this is Vermont, after all. BYOB. Tip: Any of the “Bowls” like the Ferment Bowl, Macro Bowl, and soups, tend to be served pretty fast as they are easy to prepare. One of my favorites is the Baked Burrito with kimchi.”
