“It’s a beautiful place to get away and be in the countryside but just in town.”

“These guys don't sell many pastries but what they do is awesome. By far the best croissant style cinnamon swirl bun i've ever eaten. They only sell them Thursday to Saturday and you'll have to get there early before they sell out! The bakery is found on St Mark's Road in Easton which is well worth a visit - great food shops, cafe's, friendly pub and restaurants.”

“Bristol Parkway is the nearest mainline station. Abbey Wood station is nearby and has regular trains to Bath and the South West.”

Park
“Our nearest large park, about five minutes walk away past the cemetery, BS5 6XA. There's not much in the way of sights, although the lakes at the bottom and the old lido are worth a look, and there is a decent playground. There are occasional festivals held there in the summer, but the park is most popular with runners because there is a one mile route marked around it. It's also possible to walk all the way out to the countryside by going from the bottom of Eastville park and following the Frome River through Snuff Mills up to Frenchay Common and on into the countryside. Alternatively you can turn off before Snuff Mills and explore Stoke Park instead, with nice views over the M32 and beyond.”

Cemetery
“Our nearest nice green space, right by us at the end of the road. The main entrance is 141 Greenbank Rd BS5 6HL, the opposite end of the road to the Greenbank pub. The Cemetery is a lot bigger than it looks, its size easiest to appreciate from up on the viaduct, accessible from Greenbank View. It makes for a pleasant wander any time of year and even a picnic in the summer. Open daylight hours.”

Park
“Its a nice place to go for a quiet walk, lots of nature here and not so many people, just a few dog walkers. There is also a pedestrian tunnel under the nearby M32, it leads to the entrance to Snuff Mills - another popular nature reserve with a river running through it (River Frome). Eastville Park is in that area too. A long walk though :). Stoke Park estate can be reached via Narrowways which is also a nature path not far from here that'll lead you up to Fairfield school, which is across the road from Stoke Park estate. Please check Google for Narrowways because its not listed here on Airbnb.”
