“The Rózsák (“Roses”) Square has a beautiful building, the St Elizabeth Church (1893–1901). It was the last work of the famous Hungarian architect Imre Steindl who was the designer of Budapest Parliament. Today, it is one of the finest ecclesiastical buildings of Budapest and the sacral pair of the Parliament, as its French Gothic style. The rose windows and stained glass praise were also designed by the architect. Mass is held every day of the week, and on Saturdays, the space in front of the church gives place to a farmers’ market.”

“Epreskert Art Colony was an artists' colony in Budapest in the last decades of the 19th and the first half of the 20th century. Most of the biggest figures of hungarian art had at least once a corner here. Now a wild garden and a gallery owned by Hungarian University of Arts, showing both works of the old masters and the new generation. A beautiful hidden spot for art lovers and seekers of uniqueness. ”
