“I like the location, beautiful drive from Lake City. It gives us a feeling of "going out" but we don't get home at midnight from a dinner date. I like the atmosphere, lots of things to look at. Sometimes when you've been married for a while you need inspiration for conversation. The food is good, the service is consistently great. They craft their own beer, me I like crafty things. They are right on the river, it is beautiful. ”

“Travel can often lead to weird hours. Perkins is open 24/7 and can accommodate a nice meal even when you are dead tired in the middle of the night. Plus, it's one of the closest restaurants to Winona Nook.”
