Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - outside the gates to the Bergisches Land. The property is accessible by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with a one-time change. Very quietly located in a side street in Witzhelden, directly at Gut Bechhausen, a 300-year-old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom, on the first floor is the living room and bedroom with two beds 140*200 and 90*200. The balcony overlooking an old barn and the countryside is ideal for chilling. A change of listing is the Superhost status, and the 5-star review are gone for now.
