Victoria Park is the place where the "Super-Cafe Strip" stretches a long way from the River to St James, alive and humming with its own unique energy. Where the local business owners offer fantastic service and a surreal "this is what shops used to be like" retail experience. Where you can catch up for a meal, a beer or wine and wander home afterwards. With open space, parks, river foreshore and a healthy mix of nationalities.   • Julian's place is what I was expecting. Very clean and tidy home. Excellent communication. Very quick responses. He has everything you need. Fast Internet, Netflix, games console, washing mashine, ironing among other things. Air-conditioning was running upon our arrival which was very thoughtful.

    This unit is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and amenities. It's quiet, 10 minutes walk from the train station and buses, and 5 minutes walk from restaurants and takeaways in Carlisle. Kathy, the host, lives in the main house and will provide information about the area as needed. Carlisle is only 10 minutes from central Perth and is close to shopping centres and freeways. It's a lovely place to live and all are welcome.
    Modern decor set up to provide you with a quiet base to rest before your next adventure in Perth. Close to the airports, public transport, shopping centres, parks, the Crown casino and the central city, this home away from home is ideally suited to you!
    Perth is generally warm-hot and sunny, with wonderful wildflowers in the spring! It's a small city with some great attractions such as Swan Valley wineries, hot air ballooning in the Avon Valley, the Crown casino and shows, the new Optus Stadium, etc. Carlisle is very close to the central city but is quiet and has a picturesque main street with shady trees, a pharmacy, BP service station, and ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Thai, Italian, Turkish). There are a couple of parks nearby and the beautiful Tomato Lake has 2 lakes, native bush and birds, walking and fitness facilities, a children's playground and a cafe. Nearby in Belmont and East Victoria Park there are supermarkets, clothing shops and many more eating places.

    Wonderful Swan riverside location in the best area of the city. Set in a location with a 10 minute stroll to the city center or catch the free Cat bus from the front door. A couple of minutes walk to the supermarket and just go to the ground floor for many cafes, restaurants and bars over looking the Swan River. Easy access to many tourist attractions, the new Optus stadium, WACA, and Perth central Tafe. Walk to see the local Kangaroos for free or watch the Dolphins hunt in the river. Pool.
    This is also a great place for a business stay. Great for couples or singles. Very Private and quiet. We will accept 1 to 3 month stays at a good rate.
    A very safe area to walk and enjoy the many walking paths and parks around the river.
  • Good value for money It was really comfortable and good because it was right in front of Yellow Cat. If you go directly to the Swan River after night view, you don't have to go anywhere else.

  • Rose’s place is situated at the highest floor in a secured complex. Good location in east perth, right next to the river. During check-in Rose took the trouble to give a short tour, and tips on the surroundings (food, Cat bus services, what to see in the surrounding areas, etc), and how to access the unit. Unit is clean, large bathroom, washing machine n dryer available. Nice place to stay when exploring Perth city area.

  • Great affordable place close to the airport and public transport. Kathy goes out of her way to make the guests feel at home! There were loads of leftover vietnamese food from her cafe that were free to take, she let me stay after check out as there was no new guest coming and my flight wasn’t until late that night. She even gave me a ride to the airport!

  • Our family happened to stay at Kathy's place for a night during our house deep cleaning as her place is very near to us. She is a wonderful host with generous heart and make our stay feel like home. Our daughter enjoyed sitting on her lap and playing around her, eating fruits together with her. We remained to keep in touch as friends and still catch up for dinner, evening walk as her place is less then 1km away from us. She is our new friend now! 💚 I would recommand Kathy to everyone who is looking for a place with great value with heart warming place. 💞

Our wonderful, cool ground floor apartment offers central and convenient location in Victoria Park where you are close to everything Perth has to offer - best of which is a quick stroll across the road, the Swan River!  Where you can enjoy a sunset walk, perhaps a BBQ dinner on one of the many free barbeques on the foreshore or even a game of basketball!  There are also parks and seating galore!
    This lovely neat as a pin apartment is fully equipped and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with spacious open plan living and dining area off the large kitchen, 1 car bay. The main bedroom sleeps 2 with a standard Queen bed and the second bedrooom also sleeps 2 with a standard Queen bed with all linen supplied for your stay. There is a a fold out single bed available if required. The kitchen offers all you might need on a short stay, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, bowls and a few staples – best of all it comes with a Nespresso Coffee pod Machine with some pods to keep you going on your stay!  It is a full-sized kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove and microwave The apartment has its own, brand new bathroom with walk in shower (towels provided) and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer available for use during your stay, complimentary washing supplies provided. The living room offers large TV with Chromecast so you can watch your favourite YouTube or Netflix shows on your down time, super-fast, FREE WiFi to all guests. 
    The place has a 'good feel' and is in a fantastic location for a delicious bite to eat in the Vic Park restaurant district or a relaxing walk around the river/city.     Guests could dine in the outdoor balcony. Gourmet style kitchen, fully equipped for your perfect meals. Washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
    Crown casino is less than a kilometre away. Airport is about 8km away. Perth city is about 4km away. Optus stadium is about a kilometre away.
  • Clean and nice Room with private bathroom. The location was also perfect, very near to the city and have a good access with the buses and metros. Good for long term stay, Mohan is a really nice and helpful host. Everything was perfect :)

    When you enter my place you will instantly feel luxury and know you have chosen the right place to stay. A beautifully furnished bedroom with its own private bathroom and huge balcony, tea and coffee making facilities sumptuous linen and a fridge along with many extras. The city is only a 15 minute walk or catch the free bus from the corner. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, some on the edge of the Swan River.Free Wi-Fi and free parking.
    The guest does have a separate sitting room on the top floor.
    This is a very safe well lit area for an evening outdoors. The area is the most sort after city location for living and tourists. walking distance to all other city locations.

And if you didn’t want a car, her place was walking distance to CBD. The place was very clean and Wendy was quick to respond. The air-con worked great for those hot summer days.   • The accomodation is really close to Perth itself, you need about ~ 15 mins to walk into the city centre, the train takes 2 stops from central station. The check in was very easy (& so the communication with the lovely hosts). The room (which you have for your own) is not too huge, but it includes all stuff and furniture you might need (especially the kitchen), the wifi worked very well. we stayed two nights, therefore it was absolutely nice!

  • We had a wonderful stay at Susie’s place. The apartment was sparklingly clean and all the necessities were available and worked perfectly. We had a slight problem with the wifi initially, but was sorted out quickly by Susie. The apartment was only 15 minutes drive from the airport and easily located with google map. We arrived at 3am and the check-in was smooth as the key was left in a secured lock box. The location was great.. shops and halal restaurants were within walking distance and the city was just 5-10 minutes drive. Parking was conveniently located right infront of the apartment.

    Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket.

In this studio you will find everything necessary to enjoy your stay: queen size comfortable bed with silky sheets and sofa bed that will sleep one adult (two adults if it is a short stay) or two children (please be mindful that it is a sofa bed and will not be as comfortable as a full size mattress - the measurements are: 184cm x 134cm). The location is really strategic, right in the city, within the Free Transit Zone. Close to shops, restaurants, and Red CAT bus stop is within 1 minute walk. She is also really responsible and kind. We unfortunately forgot to take out some things after we had checked out and she gave us good response and came to the apartment soon after we made the call, giving us chance to enter the room. I would definitely recommend Kyle’s place to everyone who’s looking for a clean, tidy and comfy place in the city. We did really enjoy staying there. Thank you

  • This apartment is a really good place for a couple. It is a about a 10 minute walk to the shops and the very delightful restaurants. The apartment has all you need for self catering, which we did most nights after our days out exploring. A full size fridge/freezer which allows you store your supplies, instead of purchasing daily. The apartment is bright, roomy, and has all the home comforts you require. We found it easy to contact the host, and arrival and departure arrangements were made easy. The Windsor hotel is a great place for a well priced meal. The supermarket has 24/7 sign out the front, and is licenced. Down the street there is the Mend Street Jetty that runs a service every 10 minutes across to Elizabeth Quay Perth, which is at the bottom of the Perth CBD. The boats that take you on cruises from the Barrack St Jetties are just a short walk across when you get off the ferry from South Perth. This Elizabeth Quay area is very new and is still having improvements made. If you need a train, the railway station is here as well. We did not hire a car, and it was about $8-$10 for an Uber into Perth within 15 minutes. The apartment certainly ticks all the boxes, and we would recommend staying here.

    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

    A bright and airy room close with your own bathroom and use of the kitchen and tv area. Five minute walk to train and bus stops, supermarket, public swimming pool and gymnasium. Fifteen minutes by train and bus to the city and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. .
    If you are arriving by plane my home is minutes away from both domestic and international airports. As most arrivals do not seem to have arranged roaming before they arrive, I just suggest you search my address on google maps before departing, its not difficult to find but may make life easier.
    Close to the vibrant Victoria Park restaurant strip. All cuisines to choose from and plenty of bars to quench your thirst.

    My apartment is on the top floor of small complex of 15. It is up two flights of stairs and there is not a lift. We can arrange to give you assistance moving luggage up and down on arrival and departure. However, if climbing stairs is difficult my apartment probably isn't going to be suitable for you.
    Victoria Park is a lively suburb close to the CBD and Crown Casino. My apartment is a 10 minute walk from a supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, cafes and licensed premises.

The apartment has almost everything you will Probably need; towels, toiletries, adaptors, cutlery etc. You may wish to bring/buy a box of tissue, and paper towels if you intend to cook. It is centrally located and accessible to all the places we were going. Only problem was climbing up 3 flights of steps with 3 heavy luggage.

    This is a cozy two storey house , the room is located on the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. It’s close the airport. There is a forum where you can find markets shop cinema and food. It’s close to DFO!
    You are allowed to use the kitchen, but you have to tell us first and try to use you own ingredients. We’ll hand you the pans and pots. :)

    Welcome to Maylands ! This cosy unit with a nice balcony is my home and I open it for you when I'm travelling for work. I'm a circus performer and a musician, and there is a piano and a guitar that you're welcome to use. There is free parking onsite and 24hr self check-in and you're a walking distance to the shops and the Maylands coffee strip as well as the river. The apartment is very close to public transport to the city, and about a 10min drive to Northbridge and 15min to the CBD.
    The living room is big and filled with light, you can relax and listen to some vinyls, play some music on the piano or go to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air. The bedroom has a big king size bed, a few drawers and hanging space for guests belongings and a little working corner with a printer that you're welcome to use. The bathroom has just been renovated (May 2019) with a beautiful walk-in shower.
    Next to shops and fast foods, about 10min walk to Maylands' coffee strip 10min walk to the river

  • The home decors are awesome! To be honest, self check in is a little bit complicated but the instructions are very clear and helpful. Supermarket, restaurants and gas station nearby. Free parking. Room is clean and comfort. Worth the money! If you're having road trip with a car. The house of the owner is very beautiful, the decoration is very attentive, and the feeling of home. Self-staying is a bit more complicated, but it is not a big problem if you follow the guidelines. Parking is free. There are many restaurants around, supermarket gas stations, there is a wing bo Chinese restaurant at the intersection is very good, cheap and large!

  • We stayed at Stacey’s apartment for four nights. We enjoyed our stay, everything is as described with bedroom and bathroom bigger than expected/pictured. Shower has the best water pressure of the many places we had stayed around WA, it does get the floor rather wet in the absence of a shower curtain but we got the hang of this after the first night and it does dry up pretty quickly. Location is fairly quiet and located within easy walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, etc. and Stacey left a book of great tips for the area and Perth. One other reviewer mentioned that the shared laundry requires an access code - this is provided by Stacey ahead of check-in together with all other relevant information. Stacey was super responsive with any communication.

    Restored room in a older style rustic 1940s house. Double brick walls and block out blind will ensure you sleep soundly here. Comfortable double bed with country style hospitality. Walk to pub or train, minutes from the city, airport and casino. We also have a little dog Chaz who is super friendly.
    The bathroom is very dated by modern standards. Can't be helped just yet, I'm saving to fix this up. Please be aware it is not an en-suite but it is right next door to the room. Also note the toilet is located in the laundry area not the bathroom. Huge backyard all enclosed. Well behaved pets are welcome - they just need to stay out of my veggie garden and get along with our dog but other than that your welcome to bring them.
    Lathlain is a wealthy leafy suburb that is very conveniently located for travellers. The café strip of East Victoria Park, the Crown Casino, the Swan River and the airport are all very close and easy.

The apartment is on a top floor - you can tell by the photo off your balcony. Northbridge is THE BEST of Perth! There is no TV or radio in this apartment because we like to be out and about enjoying the people and culture of what is the best of Australia, especially the gay and lesbian scene as this household is!
    The place is nearly brand new. You can use everything in the common areas. Just please return the electronic key we give you or you forfeit the deposit (that’s really how much that dang key costs!) ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

  • We loved our stay at Carol's! Beforehand the communication was really fast and she was so flexible with our travelling schedule, since we came from Kalbarri to Perth. The apartment is much bigger than the photos showed when we booked. Extremely well equipped (washing machine, dryer and even detergent, cooking utensils, there was fruit and cookies, oil pepper salt, herbs etc) which made it feel even more like home. The apartment was very clean and I always say that being able to walk barefoot makes you feel more at home! Location is great. Near a (free) CAT bus stop, plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend.

This room is suitable for a single person, couple or FIFO workers.
    It's a furnished 3 beds x1 bath house with a kitchen, lounge room and laundry. Undercover car park. Nice and spacey backyard. You will have your private bedroom. other common space are share with other guests Clean linen and towels provided with spare sets available for longer stay guests. Open space for lounge and dining area with a tv. The fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needed. Collection of complimentary breakfast, inc tea and coffee. Belmont shopping center is within walking distance has all the major supermarket for your choice e.g Aldi, Coles, Woolworth etc plus small Asian good grocery shop surrounds. Beautiful and spacey backyard that you can set out to have a meal or simply enjoy the outdoor atmosphere. also the Tomato lake nearby that is lovely with lots of wild birds and natures and exercise equipment in the park.
    Our neighbors are quite friendly yet respectful so please respect our neighbors, especially with noise after 10pm.
  • Great place to just sleep, if you don’t want to get disturbed by other guests I would recommend not to choose here. Otherwise it was perfect.
