Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Ubud Apartment is ideal for couples, located on a very central avenue of Cala Blanca and less than 100 meters from the beach. Cala Blanca is a development with an urban beach (100 meters walk) and all the services, you can go to dinner in restaurants, have a cocktail overlooking the sea, or visit the caves of sa cala blanca (1 minute walk). It is also a 7-8 minute drive from Ciutadella. Out of respect for the neighbors, no parties or events are allowed.
