  • What a fantastic place to stay in Sibiltan. Our bungalow was amazing with a great big balcony and 2 hammocks. We often just hung out there and had the dogs keeping us company as well which was the icing on the cake. Its nice to get away from the crowds and find some peace and Dakila offered us this for sure. We also did a fantastic boat trip to neighbouring islands which was brilliant. Can highly recommend!

  • All fine, beautiful place. A bit far form El Nido town, but it is part of the experience of being in nature, more isolated from the crowds.

  • The best welcome we had in our filipino trip in Palawan. The 1st day of the year after a big party on the beach, the staff brought us on a little isla to spend the day all’together with other guests. It was amazing Thank youuuuuu

    Louise2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Marloes & Con’s place is very charming. The view is gorgeous. It’s a haven of peace an hour from El Nido, far from the tumult of the city. I recommend !

Duli Beach Resort is the first and only establishment that offers bungalows on Duli beach. The bungalows are spacious and surrounded by nature. They all have a 12m2 balcony with sea view, big bathroom and big room with a comfortable king-size bed.
  • The road there is a bit difficult but it is so worth it! It is paradise, just a few bungalows, some surf shops and some friendly dogs. If you are looking to relax and disconnect, this is the place for you. The bungalows are comfortable and the hosts Max and Elma are very friendly. The food was very good. What we liked the most was the fact that there were not so many people and it just felt like you have the place to yourself. The beach is wide and very long, you can just take a walk to the end of the beach where there's noting, just palm trees, it is amazing! We woke up every morning with an amazing view and the sound of the waves crushing, it was perfect. We absolutely love this place because it was all we were looking for: relaxing atmosphere, pristine beach, doing absolutely nothing for 2 days, walking around barefoot. We traveled around Philippines for 3 weeks and stayed in many locations, but this place is our favorite! So, Max and Elma, thank you for creating this place and hope to see you again soon :)

    Cristina2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Duli is a remote of thegrid beach where u put your head to rest, mind to recharge and body to relax. All thou Duli is not conected to electricity resort have all the power u need (lights, charging you electronics in reception 2x a day when generator is running-enough time just have to have it in mind) Food that they make is really good - of course without electricity there are some limitations in preparation so don’t expect 2page menu. They still offer you difrent lunch/dinner every day -you are choosing between 3-5 diferent plates. The beer is always cold and the stuff extremly friendly. There’s never really crowdet hours on duli. Even when the weather serves a great surfing waves and many surfer dudes come to the resort theres really nice surfing spot vibe going on:) The plankton that we saw here in the night was like nowere better and in the night star view is awesom. Will come back for shore!

  • Duli Beach Resort is a magical place. This is the perfect spot if you want to escape the busy streets and beaches of El Nido. During your stay, be sure to book a masage, go surfing or just chill on the beach. And if you're lucky, you'll get to witness baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to the sea! The staff were all friendly, helpful and kind.

    Charl2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • The accommodation has one of the best locations in Palawan!!! Right on the beach next to a good surf spot. It was super clean and was even serviced everyday. The view from the rooms was outstanding and waking up to the sound of the ocean and the view of the waves made it a stay that we will never forget. Max and Elma were extremely accommodating, and made us feel completely at home in El Nido, no question was too much for them to answer. We cannot wait to return to the Philipines so we can come and stay at Duli Beach Resort again!!!

    Joe2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • It‘s a wonderful place! Thanks for having us :)

    Helen2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Duli Beach Resort is truly a hidden gem. Close to El Nido but away from the chaos in El Nido and super quiet and relaxed. The bungalows are very comfy and the beach is the very nice (and not touristy at all!) too. We loved all the games and fun equipment they provide. We were super lucky too, the turtles came out of their eggs in the period we stayed at the resort! We can definitely recommend staying here.

    Frida2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • This place is amazing!! Out of everything we saw in El Nido this resort was by far the nicest and Max and Elma are incredible hosts - they make the resort so welcoming and they're kids are adorable!! The road from town is a bit rough but not too bad, once you’re at duli there’s no real reason to leave because it’s so beautiful and relaxing and everything you need is there. Hope to be back soon <3

  • Pictures and words can't describe how incredible this place is. The views are amazing and the location on the beach is perfect. The part that makes the difference is the accommodations Henry and Bash made for us. They arranged transportation for our early ferry trip and the restaurant created food that we craved that wasn't on the menu. I highly recommend staying here.

    Clarissa2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Incredibly great luxury apartment on Nacpan Beach. Great location, great service. Not for people who are sensitive to noise.

    Oliver2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Loved it

    Tara2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • One word 'INCREDIBLE'. Me and my partner loved our stay here from start to finish. In fact, I actually cried when it came to leave. The villa, is certainly the 'one and only' and waking up (not even having to leave the bed) to views that can only be described as paradise, was unforgettable! The staff were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond - ANYTHING we needed, they made sure we had. Breakfast, snorkelling trip and sailing trip were all included. Nacpan Beach itself is idyllic and Sumnai, the restaurant beside the villa, is stunning at sunset with delicious food and live acts. I have travelled around the world and can boldly stay - this was the best stay I ever have had. Do not hesitate - heaven on earth awaits!!

    Michelle2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing pad on a stunning beach. A great space to relax & enjoy Nacpan. You are right next door to the Sunmai Restaurant which is super convenient - the staff there are awesome. The breakfast wasn’t much but they always went over an above to get us something extra if we ordered it. Free sun beds on the beach and laundry if needed was an added bonus. Watching the baby turtles being released was also pretty cool. One thing, the trek to town was a little long and partly on a bumpy road. You can easily 3-5 days here but consider the extra effort if you plan on doing a lot of touring (which commences from El Nido town). We only did one tour as a result but maybe we were just being lazy and didn’t mind soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful water at Nacpan Beach!

    Bree2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Super beautiful sea view, very comfortable to live

    可臻2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Stunning view, love how the place was very well put together, cathedral ceilings, glass doors that brings the outdoors in, bright, spacious and very clean! I am already telling and showing friends photos of the place on FB. Staff very helpful with fresh towels, drinking water. Overall great stay. I highly recommend!

    Irene2020-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to stay in Nacpan. Without a doubt the best spot on the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another night and are so appreciative of the hospitality we received. The best spot to eat is the restaurant located just downstairs and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I got sick one day and the chef made me a special soup and the staff gave me medication. They went above and beyond to make sure you were enjoying your time. Everyone was so happy and helpful. Not to mention nacpan beach is like paradise! Highly recommend.

  • Nacpan Glamping is a great experience that one should not miss when in El Nido. It is worth the trip to El Nido just to experience a few nights at Nacpan Beach. This is an eco friendly experience and we enjoyed releasing hatchling turtles into the ocean. We will definitely return

    Luc2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place is a must....I loved every minute of our stay.....even saw Turtles being released....would definitely go back if we had the opportunity

  • Lovely staff, spacious spotless yurts, amazing beach to walk along. Be prepared for plenty of beach dogs but they are very chilled. Don't be put off by the journey to the camp once at the resort all is good

    diana2019-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • This place was magical. The architecture and layout of this place is fascinating. They have a great restaurant next door where you can even get a private dinner on the beach with your loved one. The bathrooms were always super clean and the beds in the tents were comfy. Glamping guests get to use beach chairs in the designated spot. They have fun activities at night like campfires with roasting marshmallows, fun games and activities during the day and more. I’d recommend staying here just to experience it, even if it’s only a couple days!

  • It was one uf the nicest places we have ever been! It looks like in the pictures! Perfect place to relax and calm down! The stuff is very friendly and cares about you! The rooms are clean and you have very nice aroundings. When we woke up in the morning, we could see the sea and in the evening we had an fantastic sunset! There are also activities (kitesurfing, snorkling etc.) you can do. It‘s a little paradise!

    Seraina2020-03-05T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place!!! Wow, the island is just perfect. Tranquil but great atmosphere. Amazing reef to do snorkelling. Small cottages but you have anything you need. Very much recommended

    Nele2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Very satisfied stay, my favorite trip in Cologne. Although the food is not cheap, it tastes good. Without any mosquito bites, it felt great to wake up to see the sea. The price of the island on your own charter is more cost-effective.

    Lu2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • I loved the location, the barrier reef intact, the water sports easy to access and free, the rest areas on the ground, the amount of people on the island perfect, the friendly and accessible staff, Hadrien un non snob Parisian, super generous with an experience of life in the field ... Thank you also for the attention to the holiday cake to my friends. Heavenly place !!!

    Steven2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely beautiful island with top quality food and perfect location as it only takes about two hours from Coron by boat, highly recommend to couples.

    Niclas2020-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • Small Bamboo island is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Real Robinson Crusoe experience. The cottages and amenities are beautifully blended into the local surrounds. The concept has minimal impact on the island life which is fantastic. And keeping the place running the way they do is an excellent achievement. Wonderful snorkeling and couches and hammocks for lazy days! Delightful.

    Linda2020-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • Couldn't sleep 😉 There where newborn turtle babies everywhere outside our cabin going in wrong direction. Had to save them from crabs, ants and carry them to the sea. Best place, and night ever ❤👍

    Peter2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed for 3 days at Bamboo Island. The island is like the definition of paradise, cristal waters white sand and one of the most outstanding reefs we’ve ever seen. Service was great people were friendly and helpful. *Be aware of the transportation cost: $190 each way if you can’t share it with more people - this adds up a lot to the final bill. *Apparently they have changed the chef recently and previous reviews talking about the great food don’t match current reality. We were pretty disappointed with the food experience and there’s no more options rather than eating what’s offered. Better to come with the right expectations in terms of food otherwise you’ll be disappointed.. there’s a lot of room for improvement but it seems that they’re already working on that.

Thank you to Philippine Airlines for mentioning us as the Philippine Robinson Crusoe in your Philippine Airlines In-Flight Magazine :) Here on Brother Island we are most appreciated for our exclusive private island experience. No other guests during your stay, and maybe the best way to get away from the rat race. We have a huge white beach that changes shape every season. The ancestral house designed by Lolo Fermin in 1991 has 7 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 2 extra toilets and 2 extra showers. It is ideal for some quality time with your closest friends and family, but we also host honeymoons, weddings and yoga retreats on the island. Also nice to discover is our preserved jungle and bamboo forest. As well is the coral reef that surrounds the whole island. You can snorkel or kayak around the island within half an hour. Ideal for beginners and intermediate snorklers and kayakers. The 7 rooms we have are ideal for groups of up to 16 guests. We can also arrange for bigger groups (i.e. wedding parties). If you like to inquire for a bigger group, please message us before hand. If you are unsure on how big your group might become, please consider to make a booking reservation for just a few guests first. We can always change the number of guests at a later time, but you might want to secure the dates, especially during high season.
Brother Island, also known as Small Darocoton, is an island in the El Nido Province of Palawan, Philippines. It is sited roughly 400km south-west from Manila and can be reached via the El Nido Airport. El Nido, is in the province of Palawan and is handled as one of the most unspoilt areas of the Philippines. Islands, jungle and sea as you know it from movies and commercials. The province of El Nido is known as one of the last frontiers known to the seemingly unstoppable developments of commercial tourism everywhere else. On the neighboring islands, there are some small towns and villages. The nearest village is Ligad and can be reached by boat in 10 minutes. This is where the SAMA-SAMA charity pilot project started out by building the first highly sustainable watertank in the region, of which 8 more have been made in the last 2 years. Then there is Teneguiban, the next bigger village, around 25 minutes away from the island. There you can find an est 80ha Mangrove Forest which is also ideal for birdwatching. Big Daracoton Island and Cabuli Island are ideal sights for island hopping tours, both just 20 minutes away. Small Brother Island, aka Nalbot, can be seen from the spectacular view from our Hilltop Banyan House, where the largest anchor in the world is known to be sunken, merely 5-10 minutes away. Also there is a tiny 12 meter wide beach where you can go snorkeling and have a picknick during the day. If you are into hiking, there are also some interesting pathways from Ligad village to Djapila village or to Teneguiban. A hike to Djapila takes about 2-3 hours back and forth, and the hike to Teneguiban, around 4-5 hours. Vis a vis on the main island of Palawan and as well on surrounding islands we can find small villages such as Ligad, Teneguiban and San Fernando. These places can be reached within 5 to 30 minutes from the island, ideal for daytrips and picknicks. Daytrips last 6 hours and cost P700/person. Daytrips include a picknick meal.

  • Very friendly staff, amazing atmosphere, and responsive host.

    Donna2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • The island is simply amazing. We stayed there just for the two of us. Communication was great from the beginning. Alfred picked us up in El Nido and we had a super relaxed ride. Boat trip to the island was also really cool and easy. Arriving at the island we really were overwhelmed. Beautiful beach, blue water, giant house and cozy little corners everywhere where you can relax and spend some easy time. The staff was almost invisible but when we needed them we could ask for everything. Food was great, too! 3 different things at a time and nothing we missed. And it was really tasty! (And they even bought Chardonnay for us because I mentioned it in advance.) If you think about the money - forget it. It is totally worth it. Even if you are just 2 persons. Go there and enjoy!

    Dennis2020-01-10T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Brother's Island is an experience of a lifetime. Thank you Alfred and Allie for allowing us to visit your amazing paradise. It's a privilege ;)

    Maria2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • Most of all, it was heart-warming and relaxing time for my family in Brother island. The host (Mr. and Mrs. Hofer) and all the staffs welcomed and treated us like a family so that we spent wonderful new years holiday for three nights. The beauty of island itself cannot be described. The picture cannot explain the beautiful scenery. Also, Mrs.Hofer arranged a van for us back to Puerto Princesa and its condition was impeccable. We will never forget the time we spent there and we are already missing meal time with dogs. :) Thank you, Brother Island!!

  • A unique getaway in a beautiful area!!

    Nic2019-12-30T00:00:00Z
  • The location is absolutely incredible. The island is a lost paradise that we shared with Alfred, his family and a group of very kind waiters. The villa is not a posh Miami-style place, but a rustic house. Alfred helped us with many tips around the rest of our trip to the Philippines. It was very helpful!

"Bahay Kubo" is the Filipino word for a traditional Filipino house. Our well-loved 2-bedroom home is fashioned with native materials from the sawali walls to our bamboo floor. Enjoy and relax at our peaceful home in Concepcion Town, only 36km from the very touristy Coron Town. Less touristy, more local, more natural, more personal... and every bit as beautiful as only the Philippines can be! :-) See you soon!
A private bedroom is rented out for every 2 guests who stay with us. There is also the option to rent out the entire house for up to 4 guests. But don't worry about your privacy! We don't rent out the other room for guests looking to book just 1 room. :-) Our house is inspired by the traditional Filipino home. Situated on the forest hillside beside Busuanga's Dipuyai River, we want to create a relaxed and laid back atmosphere that is completely in tune with Mother Nature. At the end of the day, we want you to have the best possible trip, whether it includes just chilling out with a book or having some good fun with a few drinks!
Our place overlooks Busuanga Bay and is the perfect gateway to the best island hopping and diving on the island. Although we are 36km from the touristy Coron Town, we are actually closer to some of the best destinations -- we are a mere 5 minutes away from the nearest wreck dive (Okikawa Maru, a 200-meter Japanese oil tanker) and a 10 minute boat ride away from the best powdery-white sand beaches. So our home is the perfect place to stay for those who want to avoid the crowds! Recommended activities that we can arrange for you: - island hopping and snorkeling (remote white sand beaches, stunning reefs and a shallow Japanese WW2 shipwreck) - overnight beach camping -- OUR SPECIALTY! ;-) either in huts for rent on the beach or in tents, depends on you! - SCUBA diving and courses (Luke is a tech diving instructor and Danica is a divemaster) - visit Concepcion water falls - kayaking through mangroves - bird and bat watching - Social Impact experiences on environment conservation projects and community immersions (Airbnb doesn't offer this yet in the Philippines, but Danica works for a non-profit environmental conservation organization in the area called Community Centered Conservation) Please send us a message so we can give you more information on activities we can arrange for you! :-)
  • We had a great and relaxing stay! The kitchen is perfect if you want to cook something and the owners and staff are very helpfull and friendly. I can only recommend this place.

  • Perfect retreat after 2 weeks of roadtrip in backpack. We have appreciated the peacefulness of the spot, and of course the quality of service provided by the staff.

    Marina2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful house in the middle of the trees overlooking the bay. The bed is very comfortable, the food is great and the owners are really welcoming and lovely people that can give you great recommendations for tours and activities. Would definitely stay there again!

    Judith2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • This treehouse was the perfect getaway from fast paced Coron Town! The staff were wonderful and the trip that Jo organized for us to Black Island went wonderfully as well! To set the expectations: everything is open air, there are two large lizards living in the space, there is no hot water and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We didn't mind and found the place absolutely charming and will be back. The wifi works perfectly and the food served in the kitchen is delicious as well. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to other adventurous couples who want a bit of an elevated glamping experience! You won't regret booking this spot.

  • Treat yourself, wonderful place to stay. Organised island tour and diving superb, can’t recommend enough!

  • Honestly this place was heaven for us. 4 people for 1 week. The food at the hostel restaurant is incredible and they can deliver to your table. Staff was impeccable. Diving was the best we've ever done and the dive shop picked us up directly from the house by boat. The house is immaculate, super clean and comfortable. They even put up a Christmas tree! Plan on coming back.

This small room (now with a new small private bathroom) is on Paolyn Houseboat that is located in the pristine, clear and clean water of Laknisan Lagoon also called Blue Lagoon just 500 mtrs from the famous Twin Lagoons and 100 mtrs from Hidden Lagoon, not far from Kayangan Lake. The Lagoon (where we have two houseboats) is 360 degrees sheltered that makes the water perfectly calm. Our Houseboats are the only accommodation and restaurant in Coron island and they are totally Off The Grid
The Nemo Room is on Paolyn Houseboat that started operating last December 2017. In our lagoon we have now two Houseboats: Paolyn Houseboat and Bamboo Houseboat (that started operating last April 2018 after a little delay) and they are around 100 meters one from the other (how you can see from the pictures taken from the drone). These Houseboats (that have also an onboard restaurant) are the first in their kind in Philippines and they are located in a pristine lagoon in the limestone island of Coron: National Park, Marine Reserve and Unesco Biosphere site (Coron Island is different from Coron town that is located in another island named Busuanga). We will pick you up at the Coron/Busuanga airport (or in Coron Town) and bring you to our Houseboats (30 minutes Van plus 30 minutes boat). No pollution, no trafic, no noise. Amazing landscape with breathless landscape with steep cliffs and Karst rock formations made of Permian Limestone of Jurassic origin (that you can almost touch from the Houseboat! and that you can also see from your bedroom and from the tables at the restaurant), it offers superb snorkeling and it is totally quite except birds chirping and splashes of fish. Clean and clear water. It is the only place where to sleep and eat in all Coron Island. You can just jump in the water from the platforms and go snorkelling or you can go with the kayak or the paddleboard (the use of kayak, paddleboard and snorkeling gears if free) to visit twin lagoons that is just the next lagoon. The houseboats are totally indipendent (OFF THE GRID) with 7kw solar panels, 2800 ah of batteries, 4 kw Inverters, 24 h electricity, 24h fresh water, kitchen etc. The Houseboats DO NOT DISCHARGE ANYTHING IN THE SEA. KITCHEN, TOILETS, SINKS AND SHOWERS DISCHARGE IN HOLDING TANKS AND THE CONTENT IS TRANSFERRED DAILY (SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY) BY TWO DEDICATED SERVICE BOATS TO A THREE STAGES SEPTIC TANK BUILT ON PURPOSE ON ANOTHER ISLAND. This is why our sea is not polluted. DNR from Manila and Coron, PCSD from Puerto Princesa and Coron, Coron Municipal Officers have duly inspected our Houseboats. You can relax reading a book in the hammocks or take a sunbath alternated with a swim, have a nice meal or a nice drink on the terrace for sunset. From the Houseboats you can also start and end the islands hopping tours or the indigenous cultural tour to the Tagbanua tribe villages. We have our own speedboats that can bring you privately anywhere! starting from the famous Kayangan and Barracuda lakes where we will bring you when you will be alone without tourists!! Or to amazing Coral Gardens where to experience stunning snorkeling (Twin Peaks, Seven Picados, Smith Coral Garden, Malwaway Coral Garden, Secret Coral Garden) or to white beaches (Vivian Beach, Awaway Beach, Malcapuia Beach, Banana Beach, Bulog Dos Beach, Ditaiatan beach etc) or to snorkel to shallow IIWW wrecks (Luson Gunboat, Skeleton wreck). The Paolyn houseboat has three levels. The ground floor has a common aerea with the bar, the kitchen and two bathrooms with shower. All around 360 degrees there is a platform from where you can access to the sea trough two ladders and where you can relax and take the sun. we have just added two floating decks where more long chairs are located. The first floor has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a balcony. The top floor has a top roof terrrace with lonch chairs where to lay down and watch the also the stars. The view is 360 degrees. Paolyn Houseboat has three rooms. The JUNIOR SUITE, the UNICORN ROOM and the NEMO room. All located at the first floor. The Junior Suite has a internal private bathroom and a balcony. The unicorn room has a balcony as well and from september 2019 also a private internal bathroom. The Nemo room is the smallest and now has a small private bathroom just outside of the door of the room. If you book the juniorsuite you will have free transportation from and to the airport or Coron Town (30 min common van ride and 30 min boat trip). The transfer for the guests of the Unicorn room and of the Nemo Room from Coron Town to the houseboat and viceversa requires a contribute of 8 usd per way per person (total 10 usd total per way per person if from the airport). IN ORDER TO MAKE IT EASIER AND MORE TRANSPARENT, FROM THE 1ST OF MAY 2019 THE TRANSFERS WILL BE BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR THE GUESTS OF ALL THE ROOMS. SO ALSO FOR THE GUESTS OF THE UNICORN ROOM AND THE NEMO ROOM. BUT NEMO AND UNICORN ROOM HAVE A CLEANING FEE OF 2000 PESOS THAT IS CALCULATED ONLY ONE TIME INDIPENDENTLY OF HOW MANY NIGHTS ARE BOOKED. THIS AMOUNT IS TO COVER THE TRANSPORTATION OF THE GUESTS. THE JUNIOR SUITE AND THE BAMBOO SUITES DO NOT HAVE ANY CLEANING FEE. Please consider that the Nemo Room is the smallest room we have and, like you can see from the pictures, is very small. It is like a sailboat room. It is the ideal for one young couple or for kids of a family. The small Bathroom is now private and it is at the same level just out of the room. If you are looking for more comfort please check the Junior Suite, the Unicorn room or one of the Bamboo Suites, they all have internal private bathroom and bigger spaces! Bamboo Houseboat have four suites that offer you more comfort and privacy. If you book one of the Bamboo Suite you will have free transportation from and to the airport or Coron Town. You can read on AIRBNB already around 700 amazing reviews of our guests! These are the links to see the review or to book one of the room: Junior Suite on Paolyn Houseboat, https://it.airbnb.com/rooms/19060024 Unicorn Room on Paolyn Houseboat, https://it.airbnb.com/rooms/19041633 Nemo Room on Paolyn Houseboat or https://it.airbnb.com/rooms/22275932 First Suite on Bamboo Houseboat https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/23077576 Second Suite on Bamboo Houseboat https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/23531150 Third Suite on Bamboo Houseboat https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/24394266 Forth Suite on Bamboo Houseboat https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/24386242 We have also a new amazing GLASS HOUSEBOAT that can be all private for you! https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/37567287 It has an amazing view since the walls on three sides are entirely made in folding tempered glass panels (33!!) without any frame. This means stunning view over 180 degrees around in both cases when the glass walls are opened (since they fold on the sides so the wall is all open!) or when they are closed (since no frame! so you have three glass walls!). The four Bamboo Suites have eachone a big private internal bathroom (with two sinks, a marine electric toilet and big fresh water shower), a private relaxing sitting aerea (in the shade. it is called Open Cottage) where it is possible to eat or just to rest (may be reading your book with an amazing landscape view) and a private platform where to lay down to take a sunbath or from where to jump in the water and go snorkeling. On the platform you also have a fresh water shower so rinse the salt from your body after a swim! Each of this suites has a full time free kayak available so you can also freely move to the main houseboat where the restaurant is located (or you can call the staff by a provided and dedicated radio and they will come to pick you up by electric or paddle speedboat!). So guests sleeping in these new suites can eat in the main houseboat (Paolyn Houseboat) where the restaurant is located at the ground floor or they can ask to eat in their private dining/sitting aerea. It is a nice private open bamboo cottage (of course with roof!!) from where you have an amazing view. Guests just need to advise the staff so they can prepare all! Guests of the new suites of the Bamboo Houseboat can also enjoy the roof terrace of the Paolyn Houseboat where long chairs are located and the front platform where two nice round sofas are located (have a look at the pictures!). How you can imagine the privacy of these Suites is little higher than the rooms of the main Houseboat (Paolyn Houseboat). The walls of the different rooms are not touching each other so the insulation is higher. All the suite has airconditioning installed (also the Junior suite and the glass houseboat). If you really want it please specifiy it at the booking time but consider that there is an extracharge of 50 usd to use AC from 8 pm to 7 am. All our rooms (three on Paolyn Houseboat and four on the Bamboo Houseboat) are private in the meaning that you will not share your room with anybody else and have electric fans.
  • Everything was great. Booked the cheapest room for one night. But on arrival I was pleasantly surprised - we were provided with an extra deluxe room much larger in size, with a balcony, costing twice as much as I booked, and allowed to stay in it until the evening of the next day. That is, in fact, I spent there two days instead of one in a beautiful room! This is rarely seen. Thanks Paolo. Hope to see you someday. What can be improved? It seems to me that music in the common area during the day and evening would not hurt. Lightweight, quiet. But it is for my taste. Thanks again!

  • This is not a 5-star hotel but it truly gives you a 5-star experience. It was incredible to stay in the middle of all the beauty that Coron has to offer. We stayed 4 days and did not want to leave! Why we loved it: - Paolo was a great host. Great communicator and he provided a ton of information and what to expect. - We were taken care of from the moment we landed and left. They arranged for airport transfers by van and speedboat. It was pretty easy. - Obviously the best thing is BEING IN THE LAGOON. It was so beautiful to sleep and wake up in the middle of such beauty. The surroundings were all torquoise waters, green nature and blue skies! - The room was actually very comfortable. We had a private bathroom with organic/biodegradeable shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everything was spotless clean and comfortable! - There’s a floating restaurant in the houseboat which is amazing to dine at day or night - both for the view / ambiance AND the food. - The food was incredible. You’d expect very few options since you’re in a houseboat, but no - they’ve got a full menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner - with appetizers, desserts and drinks. I obsessed over eggs and tocino for breakfast, grilled fish and vegetables for lunch, and grilled chicken for dinner. There’s a good selection of wine, beer and cocktails. I had fresh coconuts and mango smoothies daily, and also had leche flan for dessert. My partner said the pasta was amazing. - in case you’re bored at dinner (which is never, especially with the view), they have a ton or board games for guests. - All kayaking, standup paddle boards, snorkeling gear are free to use for guests. And they give you tips on where to go exploring on your own. Even the kayaking and snorkeling around the boat is gorgeous - we saw beautiful fish and a turtle! - you can also book a tour / rent their speedboat to check out the top attractions with a guide. THE BEST PART IS THEY CAN TAKE YOU BEFORE ALL THE TOURISTS COME IN FROM TOWN!!! We had every gorgeous spot to ourselves for a couple of hours and left before boat loads of people came. THIS MADE OUR STAY VERY WORTH IT!!! - The boat is also set up very nicely with lounge beds in case you just want to stick around and enjoy the view and some cocktails. - At night you can lie on the rooftop lounge and enjoy the stars - Last but not least, Paolo and the staff are the most hospitable people you’ll ever meet. Members of the local tribe work at the house boat so it’s extra special to be welcomed by the locals who own the beauty that was around us. Everything was done with so much care - from our breakfast to our tours, to our coconut drinks, and our bed and towels. You are surrounded by people who care about giving you a 5-star stay. I honestly could keep going about how beautiful this place is and how incredible the staff were. Tips to future travelers: - Book this houseboat if you want to experience Coron to the fullest! - Stay more than one night if you can. That way you get to do a tour one day and just enjoy the houseboat the next day. Over several days, we saw people come in to stay only 1 night and regret it. - Take advantage of the free activities - kayaking, SUP boards and snorkeling. - I highly recommend doing one of the tours - we did the half day morning tour to Kayangan Lake, Barracuda Lake, some snorkeling spots and a beach. These are some of the most photographed spots in the Philippines AND you get the privilege of enjoying these places BEFORE the crowds come in. So take their suggestion to get up early for 6:15am breakfast and head out by 7am to avoid the boat loads of tourists who come in and are screaming and jumping. - at the time we did this, The tour included the price of the speed boat, tour guide, your gear and fuel. Heads up that it doesn’t include the entry fees to the different places (if any). These fees go to the local tribe. - There’s unlimited drinking water. Do not bring single use plastic bottles. They’ll provide you drinking water! - Respect the houseboat rules - they’re pretty good about setting up solar panels, setting up good bathroom systems, eco friendly bathroom products and informing guests on how to keep our stay harmless on nature and keep our surroundings pristine. Use water sparingly. - This stay is great for families, couples and even groups of friends. - Keep this gem a secret. I am doing this review only because i had an incredible experience but I wish this hidden gem remains a secret so I can come back again!

  • Staying at the Paolyn houseboat is a magical experience for adventurous souls. Paolo sent us all the information we needed. The location is spectacular, nothing beats waking up and jumping straight in the water. We took the private speedboat tour offered and it was so amazing! Best way to appreciate the lagoons full of coral and turtles! We will return! Also , our meals were wonderful. Tips: Load up a globe SIM card before your stay if internet is important to you. Bring a dry bag for kayaking and boating around the area.

  • Paolyn Houseboats are in an amazing location, right in the middle of several lakes and good points of snorkeling. The restaurant and amenities were outstanding and the staff was really welcoming. Fully recommend!

  • Enjoyed my stay on the Houseboat. Staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome once I had arrived. Minor hiccup day one as WIFI on Houseboat had gone down and Paolo was away for business in Italy and my pickup at the docks didn’t arrive. I was able to charter a private boat to the houseboat and Paolo and his lovely wife reimbursed me. I had been offered an early check in that day which was very kind. Snorkeling at the coral reef and paddling to the Twin Lagoons was one of the best experiences I’ve had to date. Would definitely book again.

  • Amazing place and unique! My gf and I enjoy it a lot. You can literally jump in to kayak, paddle board, and snorkel whenever you want to! Because it just right there. The staffs are all so nice and helpful! 5 stars services! If you want to do the island without a crowds, Paola offer a private tour to go when there are no crowds. The only complain I have is our neighbor boat house, I know everyone is having fun but this couple in the different boat house was blasting there music all night. There should be rule with loud speaker music. Other than that, this was a 5 stars experience for us.

  • Amazing Houseboat. Everything is perfect. The view all around the boat is unbelievable. The crew is really friendly and helpful. You can book all the tours for Coron island with the crew, you have a private speedboat so you are on your own to all the attractions. Incredible experience. I hope I will can come back again. Thank you Paolo.

  • A great experience if travelling to Coron. I would recommend staying at this stunning location

  • I dont know what I can say that hasn't already been said about this place so all I can do is tell anyone reading this just to BOOK. My husband and I stayed for 1 night (because that was all that was available we would have stayed longer) on our honeymoon and it was also my birthday and Paolo and April just went above and beyond for us. We so enjoyed hearing about the history of the houseboat from Paolo and reccomendations he gave didn't disappoint. The food was gorgeous but of course the most amazing part was the scenery all around you. Crystal clear water and cliffs surround the place and you really feel like you've stepped into paradise. HIGHLY reccomend

  • If you’re hesitating at all, don’t. Book this place right now!! We stayed in the Junior Suite and it was absolutely perfect for us. The entire experience from before we even arrived to the day we left was amazing. Paolo helped arrange a private van to the correct boat dock since our ferry came in a different one. We had the Paolo boat crew help get us out to the boat with zero confusion or time waiting, and then we had such a lovely staff on board that thought of all the little things and were so kind and genuine. The lagoon itself is honestly better than the Twins Lagoon and any other lagoon around it. Lounging on the roof deck at night with the view of millions of stars was awe inspiring and romantic. The room itself was perfect. Private, large enough that it was comfortable for two people, and even a waterfall showerhead in the bathroom. This is the most luxurious boat living I’ve ever seen- they’ve thought of every little comfort. Last, I had a mango allergy that I was worried about with eating on board (and the Philippines in general) but everyone was really accommodating and I felt safe the entire time with my food. Thank you guys!! We can’t wait to come back.

  • Absolutely amazing. Even the amazing pictures don’t do the facility justice. Everyone who works on the boat is amazing, and the location naturally attracts some adventurous guests! It certainly won’t be our last time here.

  • A+ experience. Paolo’s house boat is by far the best Airbnb my girlfriend and I have ever stayed at. So well run, and the communication was excellent. Words and pictures don’t even do it justice. We would stay at Paolo’s houseboat again in a heartbeat!

  • If I could give 1000 stars I would! I highly recommend this property. You will have an unforgettable experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive to any of your needs. The food was great and the atmosphere Paolo and his team have created is unparalleled to any other experience I’ve ever had. Just book now and thank me later!

  • Awesome place to stay in Coron, where the place is far enough from town noise but close enough to the main drag. Hosts are fantastic and very accommodating. The home itself is well-appointed, the beds are comfortable. Great to be able to hire a cook every now and then and relax with meals at your home base. Will definitely stay here again next trip!

  • Really enjoyed our stay at Nanay Vacation Home. Loved the patio area, great place to relax after a day of island activities. Very friendly and helpful staff with booking tours as well as getting little things here and there for us to cook. Assisted with airport pick up/drop off. Road leading up the house is unpaved which can be cumbersome for some to carry their luggage but again, helpful staff. There is a McDonald’s down the hill, plenty of trikes in front to take you around for cheap (~60 pesos).

  • The house is clean and spacious, although there are many chickens nearby, but the sound insulation of the house is very good. The location is excellent, it is convenient to go to the market, the dock, and go to the street to eat. It is worth recommending.

  • NVH is a beautiful spot to stay at in Coron. Theres a is a bit of an uphill rough road walk going to the house but it’s all worth it when you reach the place. The place is clean, we had the house all to ourselves and they arranged the tour for us the next day. It was an overall positive experience.

  • This home is beautiful. Very large accommodations with a well laid out floor plan. Kitchen is big and the dining table can seat at least 10. The beds are enormous and could sleep at least three adults or two adults and two smaller children. The staff are always friendly, helpful and always smiling. We have stayed in the smaller unit before and the place is always beautiful and the staff always kind. If we come back to Coron we will definitely stay with Nanay again.

A quiet, esthetically-enchanting place to stay and explore the bay from, the Bali Huts (Airbnb pioneers in Coron!) now have 3 beautiful, almost-identical designer villas with great views, bathrooms, kitchen and amenities, each good for 4 pax. Our friendly staff will pick you up on our house boat and take you across the bay (7mns!) to your dream hut. Kayaks/SUPs available, tours to Coron Is., organic farm tours... Arguably the best kitchen in the bay, can arrange meals/drinks ordered in advance.
We're back! The hut has just been fully renovated and improved thanks to our great guests feedback. Nested just above the mangrove, it has great views of the bay and has been built with love, good taste and quality materials, with garden walkways and a private pier with easy access to all the activities and establishments of the trending Puerto del Sol bay. It has its own fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, bluetooth sound system, espresso machine, 2 beautiful rooms. Now WIFI has been provide, 4G, super fast! You can work and holiday in the same time enjoying beautiful & inspiring view on the Bay.
Our place can only be accessed from the water, so you get total privacy in the trees with 24-hour security, yet with easy access to the many activities and famous establishments of the bay!
  • The space was accurately described, very private and incredibly beautiful! Ideal place to disconnect from the mainland for a short while. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The host was superb and provided excellent meals! Much appreciated! Mahalo!

  • We had an extraordinary stay in the fantastic accommodation offered by Alexia. The decor is fantastic, the view of the splendid bay and the arrival by boat immediately sets the tone for the rest of the stay. We are immediately very welcome and the explanations of the detail of the stay follow the warm welcome. The prices of the meals are a little higher than on other places of the Island but considering the difficulty of accessibility of the Airbnb this is understandable very well and these meals are excellent !!! The activities offered are numerous and everything is facilitated so that we can perform them in the best of comfort (the boat arrives directly in the bay for the departure of Island Hopping for example). In short, a great, relaxing stay that will stand out from the rest of your vacation! Thank you to the whole Bali Huts team and in particular to Alexia who was a very friendly and helpful host!

    Sylvain2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic Airbnb experience! From arrival to departure we enjoyed every moment. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The Bali Hut #1 is very confortable and the view is breathtaking. The homemade food was healthy and very tasty! We also loved the remote and peaceful location! You must try it.

  • We stayed at Bali huts for two nights at the end of our visit to the Philippines - and it offered the prefect relaxing ending that we wanted. The accommodation is beautiful and the scenery even better. We had an absolutely fantastic stay, and Alexia was a wonderful host! We opted for the full board option and the food was always incredibly tasty and fresh. We also went diving with ‘D’ divers across the bay who were excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough if you want to experience peace and tranquility in Busuanga. Thanks again! Maddy and Alex.

This room (with view and balcony and a new private bathroom from september 2019) is on Paolyn Houseboat that is located in the pristine, clear and clean water of Laknisan Lagoon, in Coron island, just 500 mtrs from the famous Twin Lagoons and 100 mtrs from Hidden Lagoon, not far from Kayangan Lake. The Lagoon is 360 degrees sheltered that makes the water perfectly calm. Our Houseboats are the only accommodation and restaurant in Coron island and they are totally Off The Grid.
The Unicorn Room has now also a private bathroom accessible from inside the room (till early september 2019 it had a shared bathroom) is on Paolyn Houseboat that started operating last December 2017. In our lagoon we have now three Houseboats: Paolyn Houseboat, Bamboo Houseboat (that started operating last April 2018 after a little delay) and the entire Glass Houseboat (August 2019). They are around 100 meters one from the other (how you can see from the pictures taken from the drone). The houseboats are totally indipendent (OFF THE GRID) with 10kw solar panels, 4000 ah of batteries, 6 kw Inverters, 24 h electricity, 24h fresh water, kitchen etc. The ground floor has a common aerea with the bar, the kitchen and one bathroom with shower. All around 360 degrees there is a platform from where you can access to the sea trough two ladders and where you can relax and take the sun. The first floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a balcony. The top floor has a terrrace with hammocks. The view is 360 degrees. Paolyn Houseboat has three rooms. The JUNIOR SUITE, the UNICORN ROOM and the NEMO room. All located at the first floor. The Junior Suite has a private bathroom and a balcony. The unicorn room (little smaller than the Junior suite) has a balcony and a new private bathroom. The guests of the Junior suite will walk trough the balcony side of the Unicorn room to enter their room. The balcony side of the Junior suite is private for the guests staying it. The guests of the Nemo room can use a shared bathroom located at the lower level in the restaurant at the ground floor. THE JUNIOR SUITE, THE BAMBOO SUITES AND THE ENTIRE GLASS HOUSEBOAT DO NOT HAVE ANY CLEANING FEE. Please consider that the Unicorn Room is perfect for a couple, even with one or two kids, but it is not very big. It has a very nice double bed and one single bed with the possibility to have a second single bed. The Batrhoom is now private and accessible from inside the room. If you are looking for a bigger room please check the Junior Suite or one of the Bamboo Suites, they all have internal private bathroom and bigger spaces! The Bamboo Houseboat have four suites that offer you more comfort and privacy. If you book one of the Bamboo Suite you will have free transportation from and to the airport or Coron Town. The Entire Glass Houseboat can be rented privately from couples or small families that really want privacy. You can read on AIRBNB already around 500 amazing reviews of our guests! Two private bathroom, one bedroom, one living room, a mezzanine/mansarde, a private deck. Each of this suites has a full time free kayak available so you can also freely move to the main houseboat where the restaurant is located (or you can call the staff by a provided and dedicated radio and they will come to pick you up by speedboat!). If the Main houseboat is not rented privately, guests of the new suites of the Bamboo Houseboat can also enjoy the roof terrace of the Paolyn Houseboat where nice hammocks are located and the front platform where two nice round sofas are located (have a look at the pictures!). How you can imagine the privacy of these Suites is little higher than the rooms of the main Houseboat (Paolyn Houseboat). The walls of the different rooms are not touching each other so the insulation is higher. One of the suite has airconditioning installed. if you really want it please specifiy it at the booking time but consider that there is an extracharge of 50 usd to use AC from 8 pm to 7 am. All our rooms (three on Paolyn Houseboat and four on the Bamboo Houseboat) are private in the meaning that you will not share your room with anybody else and have electric fans.
  • A great stay. The place is magnificent. Very functional accommodation. The team on board takes great care. The meal very good! We appreciated being able to take the kayaks or paddles to go visit the surroundings before the arrival of tourists. I recommend it Thanks to Paolo and the whole team

  • Paolyn houseboat is a great and unique experience that you’ll not forget. The team, the service and above all the location is second to none. We greatly enjoyed and hope to be able to return!

  • As soon as we arrived we knew this place was special. The water was incredible, the location fantastic and the staff wonderful. We have never booked a more amazing air bnb, the price is worth it.

  • Absolutely stunning place to stay. Probably one of the most unique hotel / bnb experiences we've ever had. Looking forward to coming back here!

  • The most beautiful place to sleep in the Philippines. The place is exceptional even better than in the photos. The team is adorable, cheerful and attentive. The restaurant is super good and very reasonably priced. A magical stay in an exceptional place

    Josephine2019-12-25T00:00:00Z
  • You must book on the Paolyn Houseboat! We booked two rooms (Junior Suite and Unicorn room) on the main boat and we have nothing but wonderful things to say. Paolo is very honest about what to expect (he always says it may not be a 5 star resort, but it is a 5 star experience) and every room on each boat has something different to offer. The food is fresh each day and the bartender is amazing, loves what he does, and makes some of the best drinks (and that’s coming from a NY girl). The staff is mostly from the local tribes and they are so eager to help and accommodate the guests. The location is amazing. Minutes away from some of the most beautiful lakes and reefs and with the ability to explore without all the crowds. Paolo could not be more accommodating, from needing an extra bed, to flowers for our anniversary, to helping us extend our stay by an extra day (because we couldn’t move ourselves to leave). Paolo and April are constantly improving the houseboats, working to ensure the environment stays healthy and protected, and most importantly treats his local workers well by providing good pay & valuable training. All of this contributed to an exceptional stay and we cannot wait to return.

  • What a once in a lifetime experience! I was on a solo trip and decided to splurge by staying at the houseboat and I'm so glad I did. The veggie food options were delicious, the kayaking was amazing, and taking a private half day boat tour was incredible. I was worried about not having some creature comforts but everything was great. Sleeping with fans kept me comfortable and the shower facilities were completely fine, especially considering you are on a boat in the middle of a lagoon. What a great experience!

My place is a private island. This is the perfect place for you to appreciate the wonders of the world that you could experience the magnificence living in one of the best island in Coron Palawan. You’ll love my place because of God's gift a real virgin nature with its natural sounds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids), and even in a group.
A typical Filipino kind of bungalow house you will be expected, it has two air conditioned or fan bed rooms, to accommodate three person per room . It has kitchen and a dining where facing the sea at its great view. we also have tents for rent. Our place is also good for backpackers. Mountain climbing at the area is one of the best, our coral reef will make your day, you may swim and do your snorkeling all you want.
  • Beautiful stay. Great snorkeling just off the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Hot afternoons. I'd recommend doing the shopping with the host.

    Daniella2020-02-06T00:00:00Z
  • In the northeast of Clone Island, not far from the shore, you need to take a car to a nearby pier and take a boat for half an hour to reach the boat. The boat will pass by the famous El Rouma Island Hotel. An isolated island is a very unique experience. There are two houses on the island, one is a accommodation, there are two rooms, a bathroom and a sofa foyer. The other room is the kitchen and dining room and a small staff accommodation at the back, where they sleep in a small space. In fact, on the island, I ordered items in the morning and evening, and went out to play during the day. Here to see the manatees and the safari are relatively close, but you have to take a boat to the pier before taking a car to another pier before taking a boat. There is a famous sunken ship nearby for diving and watching corals. The sunken ship is a Japanese merchant ship over 100 meters long that sank in World War II. The cabin can be dived in. The long mast or chimney stretches from the bottom to the sea. It is very shocking. The steward aunt is a magical existence. The people in the nearby village docks seem to be her relatives. We have seen her son (diver guide), daughter (housewife in the seaside chalet), grandchildren (running around), sister (near the dock Family), brother (see the family we have lunch temporarily next to Manatee Pier). What you need to do, just tell her, she will arrange, and will finally check out with you. They have a van, and the driver is a big Han. The chef on the island is good. It is estimated that there are many Chinese guests, and he will also cook quickly. If he wants to cook by himself, he will also be very nice to help. Filipinos are fine.

  • This place is perfect for a couples getaway or a group of friends and family looking for a low-key stay. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating, and the space was super clean. Highly recommend for anyone traveling near Coron looking for a peaceful stay!

  • Wow, what a find. This place is a gem... 2 bedrooms with double bunk beds that comfortably sleep 4 people (bottom bunks are doubles so can sleep an additional 2 for total of 6 people). Our stay was met with amazing hospitality, Evelyn brought us to the market on our first day and picked out all the good to make us the most amazing meals throughout our stay. Anything we needed was met with open smiles, even the extra beer run requests. Being castaways on Pamelas Island, playing frisbee with the kids, chasing dogs and puppies, island hopping, sunsets with beer and sunrises with coffee.. we couldnt of asked for anymore! The location is about 1.5hr (50min drive and 30min boat) from the main island hopping attractions so I would recommend staying here for your peacful getaway and a night in Coron proper if you want to get a full day or two of Island hopping in. Evelyn organised local island hopping for us though and Pamela organised island hopping for us from Coron proper another day. If its available for your dates... Book quickly, it really is a gem!!

  • Going to one of the untouched places of the world and stay on your own island! We had the best time. You litteraly stay on the beach. Swimming and snorkling on your doorstep. We stayed for five nights and could easily have stayed for five more. Its all in the details. The sunset is right in front of you. The Bay gives a little shelter for wind. You have a small reef for snorkeling. The views are stunning and the staff is friendly. Only 30 min van and 30 mins of boatride from the AirPort. We sent a detailed list of groceries, fruits and drinks and the staff cooked for us. Simple and yummy food. There is no Wi-Fi but using a global SIM card We had internet connection all the time. Dont be fooled by the photos. Its way better than displayed. Accommodation is simple but clean and has all you need. We enjoyed the simplicity of life on the island. If you are picky about food or have special needs do pay attention to your grocery list and tell the staff what you need as they will go to lenght to accomodate you. Highly reccomend to anyone who is looking for a secluded holiday away from the busy touristy beaches.

The apartment is in the middle of a friendly local Filipino community with many sari sari stores nearby for your needs and the street sounds of children playing outside, locals singing karaoke and street dogs barking.
  • The place is exactly what is described but the warm hospitality from the hosts made our stay extra special. They went all out in making our stay as comfortable as it can be. We had an early morning flight so they let us do an early check-in which we appreciate so much. Peter even offered us free popcorn when we arrived which was so awesome since my 3-year-old son loves popcorn a lot. The free drinking water (which is so useful during the tours; just bring your own water bottle), free use of washing machine, and the in-house booking of our tours made our stay so much hassle-free. What I really love about the place is that you can cook your own food which saved us money especially for our breakfast before the tours. Crystelle even accommodated my wife's special request which caught me by surprise on my birthday. Location is very accessible to town proper where you can buy everything you need for your stay. I would really recommend this place while staying at Coron for so many reasons I could possibly enumerate.

    Ron2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Exceeded expectations! Had everything you possible need and is super close to town (5-10 min walk). Hosts were extremely helpful and gave the best advice! Hope to be back

  • Great place!! The location is superb. Few block away from one of the main streets with plenty of Restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and general shopping. The port can be reached in less that 15 minutes walk. The apartment is very spacious with a large bedroom and a separate dining and living room. They have 1 queen size bed, 2 floor mattresses and a small couch in the living room that can also be used as a bed for a child. A laundry machine is available on the premises free of charge. Outside the apartment is a small patio with a table and chairs for those who like smoking. I am traveling solo and looking for a budget place so I was not expecting this huge place for myself. I found the price very economical and fair. Peter and his wife were great and friendly. They arrange transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable price and also have a long list of tours and activities that they can book perhaps for a lower price than the ones offered at Travel Agencies. Just a little note. I stay few days in Coron and in one of them I decide not to go out as I was not feeling well. In the afternoon Peter knock in my door to check if everything was okay and few minutes after, his wife brought me a drink with some medicine. What a nice people!! Thank you both again for the great hospitality!!

    Alvaro2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • So nice of them to let us check in before the check in time. We were able to cook on our own and saved some pennies. It was very cozy and really a home away from home . Perfect for couples/Fam . My bf loved the place a lot and just a 2min ride going to the busy streets of Coron . Highly recommended . Kudos to te Crystelle who was very helpful .

  • When in Coron you basically go early in the morning for the tours and arrive around 6..have dinner and then sleep so Id say you don’t really need a “wow place” to stay..This makes the job at great value for what you pay

  • Peter and Cheyne were great hosts. They were friendly, helpful and hospitable and always promptly responding to our inquiries. We really enjoyed being their guests and we sincerely recommend their listing.

  • Very cosy clean little house, at the centre of Coron. The bed was really comfortable. I strongly appreciated the fact that they provide free water, in an attempt to cut down on plastic waste /bottles. Overall it was the room I enjoyed most in the Philippines! One note for future customers: The island hopping tour company suggested was not good at all, so better search reviews on the Internet before booking. I will not write more about this here, since it's irrelevant to my stay at the room, which was awesome :) Thank you Cheyne and Peter!

  • Great place and affordable

  • My family occupied two family rooms and one deluxe room for 9 adults. We enjoyed our stay. Jam and his family plus their staff were very welcoming, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts are simple but delicious. Just relax on the deck by the water and you can catch beautiful sunset. We went to eat dinner at the Restaurant next door, Santino’s serve delicious food for everyone in our group to enjoy. We will definitely stay again at this lodge. Thanks to Jaycee / Jam and his family.

  • We had a great time in Coron. Thank you for organising the tours and transfers for us. The restaurant next door was superb. We had all our dinners there. Your family were all really lovely and very helpful :)

  • We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s conveniently located near the port (but look for birang guest house on google) and has lovely views of the port. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts were very helpful in arranging any excursions we were interested in. (Hot showers were also a welcome feature!) A charming spot with friendly staff— definitely recommend staying here!

  • Great spot on the water, was really worth the money

  • This place is simple but is amazing at the same time. The bathroom is always clean and the crews are always smiling and so accommodating.

  • The place is great except for the noise in the morning which is understandable since there's an ongoing extension of the pier near the hostel.

Gorgeous Sun Bedroom 1 includes the share of a large open terrace, lounge and kitchen, with your own private bathroom. In the heart of Nature. Just under a 10 minute scooter ride to the famous Nacpan Beach with local restaurants and shops 35 minutes drive to El Nido town, 20 minutes to Lio Resort
Eden has 2 beautifully crafted houses, powered by Solar. In the heart of nature. There are mango, cashew and banana trees around the land, along with many pineapple plants. Permaculture gardens have been started too. Just under a 10 minutes from the divine Nacpan beach and it’s twin beach Calitang.
Eden is in the heart of nature, on the edge of rice fields Under 10 minutes to the famous Nacpan Beach 35 minutes from El Nido town Bars and Restaurants are on Calitang and Nacpan beach. There are a few local shops near by where you can pick up supplies. Lio resort and the Airport is 20 minutes away, and consists of many restaurants and a few bars, on the beach and an ATM. Lio also has very good WiFi.
  • Eden is adventure. "Lost" in the North of El Nido City (about 45 minutes by scooter), this place will delight people looking for peace and nature lovers. Located just 10 minutes from Nacpan Beach and 25 minutes from Lio Beach, you can vary your days without getting bored. For those who wish, Duli Beach is accessible further north at about twenty minutes and you can from time to time return to El Nido Ville to organize a boat tour, have a bite to eat or do some shopping. However, be aware that it will be impossible to do all of this without a scooter. Eden allows you to use theirs or rent one, but this will be essential for getting around. We highly recommend the Moon House, spacious and very pleasant

  • How to discribe our stay in Eden? If you are looking for a quite, relax and peacefull place to spend time near El Nido, do not hesitate to book at Eden. We meet the most lovely, perfect and carefully host ever. Arnette and her family welcomed us as we never be welcoming since we booked on Airbnb. She does the best to help you to make the most of your stay in El Nido area. Free scooter is really usefull to discover Nacpan and El Nido area. Definitely our stay was not enough.

    Tarik2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • Eden's team are very friendly and responsive. The Sun house is close to the Nacpan beach and not so far from El Nido. It is very quit and cozy place with peaceful and unique nature around. The Sun house is clean, cozy and has all necessary equipments.

  • I stayed here with my boyfriend for four nights towards the end of a 2-week trip in the Philippines. The place was just what we were looking for; a bit of peace and quiet at the end of a busy trip. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living space is as beautiful as the photos show. These spaces are open plan and in the open air but covered by a good roof. The bedroom was large, equipped with a safe, fan and mosquito net. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Previous reviews mentioned issues with WiFi and electricity. We found no such issues (there is a fridge and a fan for use at any time) as we understand the property has been recently renovated to address these. The use of a scooter was a real bonus, as although it’s only a 25 min walk to Nacpan beach, it’s a hot walk during the day. Arnette was attentive and friendly, and was more than happy to organise laundry, island hopping tours (inc. snorkels and transfer from the property) and trikes for other trips. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back/recommend to others.

    Catrina2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • Much better on the pictures and definitely overpriced for this area. There was no hot water and because of no AC we had to open the doors, so insects, dogs and reptiles came into the room in the middle of the night. Arnette was a very hospitable host though and to have a scooter was a fun thing but necessary cause the place is remote. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    K2019-12-20T00:00:00Z
  • Not bad for 30 minutes by bike from El Nido town. We rode to the pier in the morning and went to the sea. We returned at six o'clock in the evening and got dark at six o'clock. The ride was a bit scary. A lot of street lights were behind. Be careful. I have 8 years. Motorcycle driving age is okay less than ten minutes drive from nacpan beach The host family is very enthusiastic

    Gabby2019-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • The host Dodoy was very accommodating and picked us up from the port and delivered us to the airport when we left. He was available for us to ask questions during the stay. The scooter was a nice touch to get around the place but the roads are not particularly easy to ride. The villa was nice and in a great location. The amenities were fairly basic but it’s good value and very nice to feel so isolated. Worth a visit for sure!

    Tom2019-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • i recommend this villa, Dodoy will pick you uo at the bus terminal in el nido- but be prepared to ride a motorbike :) when we came the place was very clean Dodoy has explained and shown us everything and advised us where we should go... be prepared for the lits of spiders and insects in the bathroom because its “garden type” bathroom but dont worry Dodoy and his friend lived nearby and always helped us with insects:) he also rents motorbike for free and with renting his villa you are also renting 3 amazing dogs and one very annoying cat :D

Sanctuaria Treehouses is an eco-friendly native tree house resort that allows travelers to experience the Palawan lifestyle. Situated on top of a hill and secluded within a lush jungle, guests can enjoy a peaceful and quiet retreat in nature. During the day, guests may go down to the ocean-access pier for swimming and kayaking through the mangroves. Or take a 20-minute walk to the famous Concepcion waterfalls. Diving and island hopping can also be conveniently arranged as the dive sites and islands are in close proximity. Beach camping can also be arranged! You may relax at the full restaurant featuring Pilipino, Western, and Thai dishes. At night, staff can arrange BBQs and campfires under the stars where you can expect to mingle and make friends with the locals and local expats who also frequent the Sanctuaria Treehouses.
We are in the jungle and part Of the local community! Walking distance to beautiful Place And islands you will have just to yourself!!!!!
  • An excellent location, that affords a relaxing or more activity based holiday. The staff provide an excellent service; from cooking really good meals, booking tours and transport and providing advice. The views from the treehouse are stunning and we will remember for a longtime.

  • Amazing place in the middle of the forest and friendly atmosphere. The treehouses have a breathtaking view and are sorrounded by common places where you can meet other guests. Moreover, they recently built a new wonderful kitchen!! Bryan and its stuff were very kind and helpful. The place il located in a very quiet part of the island, from which is possible to reach a lot of beautiful places, like Black Island. I definitely recommend it.

    Flora2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at sanctuaria treehouse! The whole complex is built up with so much love for detail and the crew was very friendly and accommodating. It was a very familiar atmosphere and an always cozy get-together! We can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

  • Look, this is a place for people who want an authentic experience in a beautiful setting. Anyone stupid enough to expect The Marriott should just go elsewhere but you’ll miss out on awesome hospitality, sunsets you can’t buy at posh resorts, great food, local tips and advice, a real sense of adventure and relaxation combined. No hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending this place. Full marks

    Shane2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place was beautiful! The views from the treehouses are breath taking. The food is great, the staff are lovely and the local tips and activities were incredible. We went on a boat tour and had the best time. We had the beaches to ourselves and witnessed the most beautiful sunset on our way back. We also rented the kayaks and went around the mangroves which was quite cool. Saw some monkeys jumping around:) we spent a day chilling by the pool and walked to some cool waterfalls too. Had the best time, definitely recommend:)

    Alizee2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • This was the most amazing stay on our Philippines trip. Easily accessed with a public van from coron and located in the jungle overlooking the ocean. The welcome of the staff was great and the service they over is amazing. Best food in the Philippines! The treehouses are comfy and the pool on the side of the mountain is genius. We had coffee and breakfast in the pool in the mornings. This was an absolute dream and I can highly recommend coming here! Thank you so much!

    Marie2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • The place is amazing and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The tour to Black Island was great and much quieter than the tours offered from Coron Town. The food was delicious and the resort has everything you might need. Highly recommend!

  • If you are thinking about staying at the treehouses, I can recommend you to book right now. It's definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Brian and his crew were totally friendly, the view from the room was just stunning and the food was awesome. You get many tips about activities like kayaking or island hopping tours and the crew assists you with the booking. So glad we had the chance to experience that! Thank you!

  • We've stayed in moon house and we've absolutely loved every minute spent there. Great things: - house itself, porch, garden, being close to nature, open air shower - amazing Arnette and her family. Helpful, always smiling, true diamond - dogs The houses are in the middle of woods so you would have to ride a scooter to the Nacpan or Twin beach. The roads are rough so be careful on that scooter. Well recommended

  • The place was very clean, the location is the best is in the center of town where the best restaurants are, the can that goes from the airport to the hotel takes only 30 min, there they sell meals and you have the best terrace of coron you can see the sunset, drink and eat in one place, the rooms are noise-proof, very clean and towels are changed daily, sometimes woe to tell you but in general the staff is very friendly. Definitely the best is the location. Other places are on the outskirts and you have to pay run run that charges 400 0 500 pesos (local currency). I highly recommend it

Off the beaten path, 1 hour from El Nido. The ocean, beach and islands are part of your days here. Enjoy great holiday activities such as island hopping, kayaking, snorkeling and much more. We are located on a hill, surrounded by nature and offer accommodation & have a Restobar. Our bay view and mountain view are one of a kind. Our rooms are built with native, local materials. The cold water bathroom with special open-air shower is shared. Electricity is limited. Paid internet is available.
  • The place is just amazing. The location is quite remote and gives one unique experience of privacy - ideal for a city retreat. You will get welcome l by a couple of friendly and playful dogs and some cats. We enjoyed home made cuisine and availability of scooter for the exploration. The place is tidy and clean and the sound of surrounded fauna reminds the visitor of a National Geographic. Con is an amazing host. The facility manager Jeff is an introvert and so do not expect much proactive interaction. In overall we would love to come back. Tip: Consider to find alternatives to Katar Transport. Their bus was packed by 13 people and driver pushed the car to an unnecessary risk.

    Paul2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • I love this place, definitely going back here. It allows you to have this amazing and one of a kind view of both the forest and the sea. Great view of sunrise. Allows you to experience a magnificent view of mother natures gift to humankind while enjoying a lay back and simple way of living. Recommended for people who loves nature, tranquility and life away from the city.

    Matthias2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We are received with a welcome juice, located a little far from El Nido Town, these cabins are really worth it. An incredible view, 5 minutes from the beach, a peaceful place to disconnect from the world, the staff are impeccable and recommend that we test their massage. Remember to take cash for expenses (food, massage, drink, because there is no atm nearby)

    Isa2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • The best way to experience El Nido is to spend time with nature and experience all the beautiful islands and delicious foods. Dakila Cabins is the perfect place to stay to experience this. It is tucked up on the hillside overlooking the Sulu Sea on the Sibaltan side of El Nido. We stayed in one of the sea view cabins and loved every second. The view from our cabin was amazing, Dakila’s staff are the best, and the food is delicious (serving breakfast and dinner only). Dakila is a 5min walk to the beach and other great little restobars. There are a few super friendly dogs and cats that live on the property as well. We made great friends with them. Dakila is great for people who are adventurous and love nature. If you are afraid of bugs and other small creatures, maybe you should look elsewhere. As for us... we will be back! Thank you so much to Jeff, Conrad, Judy Ann and Leizl for making our stay so great!

  • My fiancee is from the Ph, so we often take small side trips around the country when we come to visit her family. That said, this was my favorite of all the places we've ever stayed. It really is better than the photos, not to mention the legitimate serenity that's difficult to understand through a screen. It's a ten minute walk to the nearest town, where you can hire a boat for island hopping/snorkeling/etc. There are also kayaks available as well as a diving center. But really that's not what this place is about. No wifi, little cell signal (only on one network), and power only from 6pm-6am. If you've been mumbling about "disconnecting" and "getting away from it all," then this is your place. It offers a genuine chance to step outside the world for a moment.

*** update as of 10/2019. To all future guest! Our neighbor on the left side are constructing an extension of their house which may create some noises. In addition, BVL #2 is currently being constructed right in front of Buena Vista Lodging #1. It may blocked the view of the Cabana from the second floor unit, BUT not the view of Culion Bay. Isla Culion is about 45 minutes or 1 hr boat ride via Fastcraft from Coron Port. The island is centrally located to all island hopping destination.
Isla Culion is about 1hr and 1/2 ride from Coron Port. Isla Culion is centrally located to all the island hopping/snorkeling adventures such as Malcapuya, Banana Is, Pass Is, Ditaytayan, Coral reef, sunken ships, Etc. It is far more safer to travel from Culion for island hopping during Amihan (NE winds) and Habagat (West winds), which may cause big waves that may restrict travelers from Coron to the above mentioned islands. Check out our place at Culion Tour Heritage for further tour ideas. You will still enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset from the patio. As soon as the house is completed, all future guest will be using the new house with a roof top to hang out with friends and family. The house is located at the city center within walking distance to Culion municipal and Culion port. You’ll love this house because it is directly on the water with great views of Culion Bay. The house includes a pier leading out to the cabana/casita where you can relax, swim, eat, and enjoy the ocean breeze. The people of Culion are friendly and hospitable, the place will make you appreciate nature and relax at the cabana by the water. You may fish or use the kayak for free. The living room is an open space with Kitchen overlooking Culion Bay. Guest can swim by the cabana, eat with friends, and have fun times with your family and friends. Just a heads-up, Filipinos loves Karaoke, hence you might hear people singing karaoke at the neighboring restaurant. The place is also at the City Center therefore, you might hear people laughing, TV noise, etc. Don't hesitate to play music as well and listen to it loudly, no neighbors will complaint. Enjoy immersing to the Filipino way of life especially the island way. Salamat!
Culion is the most safest place on Earth. People are very friendly and hospitable. You can walk and do your early morning exercise, visit the oldest church in Culion located on the hill top and the Agila which symbolizes Culion Historical Spanish/American Ventures.
  • The apartment is near the port, clean and local in color! The island is to discover, but little tourist infrastructure, so you have to take a little trouble to discover the island, scooter rental at locals and unforgettable beach safari!

  • We had a great stay in Rachelle's house !! The island of Culion is a unique, beautiful and unspoiled destination. • It's only about 75 yards from the pier. It's pretty much located right in the middle of the town. You're on the ocean. Beautiful view. Plenty of room, We stay there with 7 people. Air conditioning work fine and they're plenty of fans. It seemed the Wi-Fi work Well during certain parts of the day, but not during other.but I didn't go there for Wi-Fi. Culion is an amazing place to visit, We stayed there 5 days. The people are so friendly, probably the friendliest place I've ever been. Hermie was amazing. He set up some amazing tours to some of the other islands around there. We will return there someday.

  • A rare gem: the place has a gorgeous view! The house is very comfortable and we enjoyed buying fresh fish from the market and cooking it while looking at that view. They even provide purified water and condiments for cooking. Wifi though is intermittent but that is normal, I suppose, even in Coron. We only went to Malcapuya on a last minute whim and Pastor Hermie was able to arrange it pronto. The historical tour is also a must to fully appreciate Culion. We will definitely be back!

  • ..The place itself is as seen on the pictures. Please make sure to read the owners comments because it’s clear and updated. The place is very near the port, bakery and stores. Pastor Hermie, his wife, kuya erol and kuya butch are all very helpful. Everything was arranged for us from transportation, town tour, island hopping and even arranging our food. The people and the place itself are highly recommended for travellers. Thank you so much!😊

  • Great place for those who prefer quieter off-the-beaten Culion than busy touristy Coron. Rachelle was great at responding pre-trip questions, Pastor Hermie was great with booking private boat for island hopping and other arrangements, while Butch was very helpful with the accommodation issues. Note that since this is a remote island, food availability is very limited (mostly only Filipino food), and there is no bar/nightlife, so don't expect a night out. But if that is what you are looking for, then BVL is highly recommended. Thanks to Rachelle, Pastor Hermie and Butch for the great stay.

  • We had a lovely stay at Rachelle’s apartment in Culion. First of all, if you are looking to avoid the crowds of Coron then Culion is a wonderful alternative. There are no island hopping tours but you can rent a private boat to take you anywhere in the surrounding area, plus Culion is well located to the various WWII ship wrecks that make Coron such a famous diving destination. We took the discovery diving course at a local dive shop and it was great! The apartment is clean, spacious and well located. “Pastor” was our go-to guy for everything Culion- he was a wonderful asset for helping us set up all of our activities and even brought food to us on NYE! There are a couple of good restaurants offering local cuisine within a 2 minute walk from the front entrance. We were very happy with our stay at Rachelle’s apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a more authentic travel experience than what is offered in Coron.

    Jessica2020-01-04T00:00:00Z
  • Rachelle's place was in a great location right in the middle of the town, close to everything. The karaoke next door kept us entertained. BVL was comfortable and we'll equipped with everything we needed. We loved being able to go kayaking from the Cabana out front and enjoyed watching the boats and enjoying the views from the balcony. We highly recommend Pastor Hermie's heritage town tour which was very insightful and straight from the heart. Pastor Hermie also showed us around the island and really looked after us. The people of Culion Island were the most welcoming, caring, friendly people we have met. We hope to return some day and would definitely stay here again.

  • Food is great! Spot is beautiful. No signal but there's plenty to do so we didn't care.

  • The owners were super friendly and provide a unique experience. Felt like beeing Part of the family. The Sibaltan Tour was just breathtaking and the view from our cotrage was the All time best on the Philippines. The dogs and Cats were also just super nice. We have seen also the baby's turtle. For eat ist also very top! Visit and see for yourself!

  • The cottage was super cute. Small but totally enough and the bathroom was clean. The location is perfect! When I opened my door I looked right at the ocean which was only a couple meters away from me. In the morning you can even see the beautiful sunrise while you relax in a hammock. There are only a few accommodations and people on this side of the island which makes it the perfect place to relax. Even during the island hopping tour we were the only boat on the islands. Very special! The staff is really really cute and the food is very delicious. I will definitely come back one day!

    Kira2020-01-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great escape from busy el nido proper town, only a few tourist discover this amazing spot. During my stay I relaxed at the beach right in front of the cottage, kayaked out to a small island (you’ll be the only one there) tried kite surfing (popular spot) and saw the most amazing sunsets out of the hamock on the beach. Once you leave the place you will leave your new philippino family, extremly welcoming hosts that are always down for a talk or a glass of rum at night. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience the real philippines. There will be no connection so the perfect place to relax. While I was there the water pipes were broken in the village and they had to bring fresh water everyday, so do not expect your 5 star luxury hotel treatment. Thanks for an amazing stay i will definitely be back!

  • How lucky we were to find Myra’s cottages on the beach. First of all, the hospitality was the best we’ve had in the Philippines. They went out of their way several times to accommodate us- shipping a package of our belongings that we forgot in the room and driving us to the port at 4:30 am when our van didn’t show up. We stayed over Christmas and were invited to share food and celebrate with their family. They quickly and efficiently arrange anything you ask for. We went on an amazing island hopping tour where there were no other tourists unlike the tours leaving from El Nido. They helped us rent a motorbike which allowed us to tour the island independently. The trip to Myra’s will take a bit of time but it is well worth it to be out of touristy El Nido. We took a shared van from El Nido and it was very straightforward as Myra told us where and what time to meet the van. If you don’t mind spending more money there is also the option of a private transport, which would be much faster. The cottage itself is very and small and rustic but it has everything you need- just big enough for a bed and a small space to keep luggage. A big plus is that it is right on the beach and you can go to sleep listening to the waves and wake up to a gorgeous sunrise. The outdoor common area has plenty of room with beds and chairs to lounge around. Kayaks are available for rent as well as other water sport equipment. The food is phenomenal- especially the fish curry! There are a few more small “resorts” along the strip of beach that we enjoyed trying their restaurants and socializing with other tourists. Sibaltan is truly a hidden gem and we enjoyed the week we spent at Myra’s cottage.

    Jessica2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing our stay was in Sibaltan at Floresita’s Beach Resort. The entire family welcomed us and treated us like they have known us for years. They shared food with us, taught us all about the local area, and their adorable children played games with us and even taught us some Filipino words! When we accidentally left a bag in the van that we rode in to our next destination, they came to our rescue and contacted the van company for us, found the bag and arranged for it to be brought to us. The hospitality of this entire family is outstanding. The beach cottage is as described in the listing and matches the photos provided. We were right on the beach and could hear the waves from inside our room. The room provides basic accommodations- a bed (with mosquito net), table and chair and private bath. As the listing states, there is no electricity during the day. The water pressure in the bathroom is low but the bathroom worked well for us during our time there. The little dining area/restaurant is right outside the room, where you will have your complimentary breakfast. We also chose to have dinner there each night (and you should too because it was the best Filipino food we’ve had so far)! The village of Sibaltan is a short walk down the beach, where you will find little shops to restock on things. There is also a beach bar down the beach in the other direction that has WiFi and a good food/beverage selection if you need to connect to WiFi. At Floresita’s, they will arrange tours for you to see the islands. The tours are great and much less crowded than the ones from El Nido town, so I highly recommend. Basically, this place is paradise and you should absolutely go and stay here!!!

    Hannah2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Stay was absolutely amazing! We loved the place, the vibe, the whole family was so friendly and helpful! Great and quiet location away from el nido to relax and spend time on the beach with locals. The cootage was nice and with private bathroom. They cooked very well and also had a lot of facilities to be used on the water, you could rent a scooter or have a massage too. We recommend it strongly!

  • Best Place to Stay in El Nido! Thank you Maam Myra for very responsive response if we have questions. And the staffs are great! Worth every penny! And worth the travel tho. Love you guys!💯❤️

Palawan Bayside Inn is located in Brgy. Tagumpay in the upper part of Coron town proper near the Coron Port with private rooms and beautiful sceneries, free wifi, TV, private and semi-private bathroom, amenities, free breakfast and very near to other establishments at lowest price. The price (P850) is per person and minimum of 2 persons and you will not be accommodated if you are just only 1. We also arrange island hopping tour and van transport from airport to hotel and vice versa.
We can also arrange island hopping as the owner of this inn is affiliated with a travel agency.
The place is beside Santino's grill and pasalubong center.
  • We enjoyed our stay - rooms were comfortable (although the one on the top floor was a little small), and a nice breakfast, which they made early so we could get to our tour on time. It's a fair way from the centre of town (which wasn't a surprise) - but an easy tricycle or a 20 minute walk. Worth it for a bit of a quieter area.

    Tim2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay, good location, friendly staff. We rented private tours (not from Dhie-Dhie, though she offers private tours as well and the boat is clean and well mantained and the crew very friendly). The tour operator took us with a van in the morning at the harbour and best part is that they left us at the private dock of the accomodation in the afternoon. Great experience! Go for the firefly tour in the evening if the weater is good, we had the most amazing experince! Santino's Grill is right next door, great if you need to eat something quick after a long day on the sea. :)

    Julian2019-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, access to the pier directly on the water, perfect place to watch the sunset! The employees are so nice, always there for anything !! We loved our stay <3 more, 2 min walk from the port, so great to take the ferry to El Nido afterwards!

    Amélie2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • This house is a water wooden house built on the beach, and the hotel is definitely not comparable, but wins at a higher cost. There are 3 floors, the second floor room is facing the sea, the scenery is beautiful, the sunset is super nice! This is the biggest surprise! Room: The room is good, the space is large, and there is a separate bathroom, the price is not bad. Location: Just beside santino's grill, take a taxi directly to santino's grill. Overall, the rooms have shortcomings and surprises, suitable for those who do not have too high a demand for accommodation.

  • It was a magnificent stay in this place. The view is so perfect and relaxing and the staff are all helpful, courteous and very honest. It was very convenient that they have also travel agency where I booked all our Coron Island tours. My experience was superb with the tour, tour guide, buffet food and their private cottage in an island. Thank you Ms. Dhie-dhie for great hosting.

  • It was my second time in Coron, Palawan and I booked this new listing in Airbnb. At first, I am very hesitant to book it because it do not any review to tell about the place. And it was not a bad choice. Indeed, I am extremely satisfied on my stay in this lodge. The lodge is located in front of the sea which may give you a beautiful view and relaxing ambiance. Plus factor is that they have travel agency who planned and arraged all my tours as well as our van transfer from airport to the lodge and vice versa. Also, if you will book for a private boat, you do not need to go the dock area of Coron because the private boat will dock on the private dock area of the lodge. Amazing! The place is also very near to pasalubong center and the best restaurant in Coron, the Santino’s grill. Please try their amazing baby back ribs. I would like also to commend the staff for showing great hospitality and honesty to our group. I actually left my wallet in the lodge but the host contacted us and rushed to the Coron airport just to give it back to me. It was a great act of your team and I will commend all of you for that. Thank you for everything Ms, Dhie-Dhie for great hosting and I would definitely stay once again next time visit in Coron, Palawan.

The main shops, restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk or a short 10 piso tricycle ride to the center of town. There are many tourists from around the world to socialize with in the local establishments and, of course, beautiful scenery during tours. The apartment is in the middle of a friendly local Filipino community with many sari sari stores nearby for your needs and the street sounds of children playing outside, locals singing karaoke and street dogs barking.
  • Excellent location away from the busy main street which was still only a short walk away. Had everything we needed as per the listing which is entirely frank and honest. Upstairs apartment is comfortable and quiet with a separate airconditioned bedroom, living area with fan, couch/table and kitchenette with fridge, rice cooker, kettle and hot plate. No power cuts whilst we were there but wifi a little slow sometimes which was understandable given the location. Chrystelle who assists the hosts was outstanding in her services. She looked after all our tour bookings and made sure they catered well for our vegetarian needs. She even went to the Montenegro ferry office to get us discounted senior tickets to travel to El Nido. Also able to pay via Airbnb portal reducing our need to draw cash which was a real bonus. She did our laundry and even put it out on the lines to dry. Cheerful and friendly service, excellent value, warm and welcoming hosts. Highly recommended.

  • Full house for yourself, they were kind enough to leave us a tank of drinking water (tap water not drinkable in Philippines), coffees/teas and some suggestions even for restaurants and tours. You probably have everything you need to cook, fridge, kettle.. and the most important in such hot destination, air conditioning. They were very easy to communicate with and they also helped us getting a transfer back to the airport. Would definitely recommend for the price

    Vanessa2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • It was just perfect. Quite place close to busy city. Equipment of kitchen was good. Cheyne explain us where we can buy fresh food at local market and tell us many useful advices about island. It was nice to talk with Peter about diving. Unfortunately we didn't have good timing to try liveaboard diving which he provides with his diving school.

    Pavel2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent value for money. The place was cozy, clean, complete with the essentials, and exactly as advertised. Loved the location as it is very close to town proper but in a quiet spot away from the busy noisy street. It felt like home for us. Very accommodating and friendly hosts who are always ready to help. Thank you! Had an awesome stay in Coron.

  • We loved our stay here. It was only a few minutes walk to town. I’m so glad we booked peters place rather than right in town as it’s soooo noisy and busy on the Main Street. It was nice and quiet. Ac was perfect in the bedroom. Free water was a bonus for sure. We booked scooters through them. And tons more activities you can booked through them as well. Not having hot water or proper shower wasn’t an issue either. We love authentic experiences and are too fused about such things. Thanks for the hospitality:)

Organic farms, waterfalls, deserted islands, kayak trips, black island, calambuyan island, diving wrecks, akitsushima, Okinawa, dive shops, the jungle!!!!
  • You cannot really fail to be impressed by Brian's vision, hard work, hospitality and execution of this beautiful little resort. It was so stunning! Don't let the location put you off - it's nothing if not a bonus. Our 8 year old loved it and will be talking about it for years to come. My only comment is that if you are coming with a child much younger than 6/7, I would stay in the Hobbit house or cottage, as the tree tower ladder may be a bit precarious! Many thanks to you all for an awesome island experience.

    Deborah2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place with amazing views over the river/jungle. So beautiful and fun to stay in a treehouse. Very clean. Kayaks you can use. The communication was great and very helpful staff. Also the food is amazing with a little restaurant on site. Good if you like glamping. Also cold showers but not an issue as it was so hot.

  • This place is absolute magic!! Beautiful location lots of fun activities and an amazing staff!!

    Lacey2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Sanctuaria was exactly what we expected and a little bit more. From our initial communications with Bryan, everything was smooth sailing. I was having trouble communicating with their driver and Bryan immediately offered to pick us up from the airport. They had great tips for exploring the islands and even set up our own private tour. The tour was such a beautiful experience. The driver of the boat was super flexible with everything we wanted to do. That night we had dinner and let me tell you, these ladies cooked the most delicious home-cooked meal!!! And the most amazing coffee in the morning was the perfect touch to the jungle/ nature feels. This is the most natural jungle experience you could get. We stayed in the Hobbit room and we had no issues there, super cute. And of course, the views!!! Breathtaking and you even get the thousands of bats that come out of their caves at sunset to see. Thank you Bryan and your incredible staff!

  • This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! We stayed in the Hobbit House, which was really unique, looking out on to the swimming pool and jungle look out point! The Treehouses also looked really cool and other guests boasted of fab views from these! The accommodation is set away from Coron Town, which means that you feel like you are right in the remote area of Coron island - perfect for chilling! The food was all delicious, we had a BBQ on the Sunday which was put on by the lovely Filipino ladies who work at the accommodation! We also did a boat tour with other guests, which was well priced and took us out to beautiful beaches! We were also able to take lunch with us! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a unique experience, in a beautiful location away from the crowds!

  • The best place to stay at in Coron! Our host Ate Susan was super hospitable and recommended us places to go to, our boat tour, and even called trikes for us. As per our bnb, it was really homey, clean and most of all accessible to restaurants and shops. Clean water (showering and drinking) is provided as well as towels - and I think that’s pretty neat. 5 stars for the awesome stay!

We truly recommend her place because of that and cause the room is big, clean, peaceful, and near from town :)

  • Suzan was an amazing host ! She did everything possible to make us happy and comfortable. She helped us for the tickets and even came with us on our private boat tour. Of course the bungalow is a little bit out of the center so you will hear some roasters and dogs in the morning, it’s normal for the countryside. The WiFi is working on and off but it’s also normal on the island. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything Suzan !!

Duli Beach Resort is the first and only establishment that offers bungalows on Duli Beach. The bungalows are spacious and surrounded by nature. They all have a 12m2 balcony with sea view, big bathroom and big room with a comfortable king-size bed.
  • A paradise on earth! If you want to be unplugged from your stressful lifestyle and admire what life really is, dont think about it, you found your destination! The road to go there is not easy, but who cares? Duli and its host is worth the journey. This type of vacation is rare and for those who want to connect with themselves - we all need this much more now. Kudos to the amazingly friendly and down-to-earth, Max and Elma, for opening their home for man and nature to thrive in. Take this trip and be inspired :)

  • Exactly what you expect it to be, a nice place to stay and to enjoy the beauty of a nearly private beach, far away from the city and the crowd. Perfect hosts, very thoughtful. But maybe not the best place if you just wanna go on boat tours. We loved it.

  • A perfect place to disconnect and rest

    Luisa2019-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • Duli Beach was exactly what we didn't know we were looking for in our experience in Palawan! From the first night we arrived, with a full moon illuminating the mountains and beach, we were in love with the location. Max, Elma, and the staff at Duli Resort were fabulous. The entire staff was incredibly pleasant and always ready to help make our experience a little more special. The resort is certainly an oasis from El Nido, with a wide clean beach, the clearest, cleanest water, and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. Transportation to Duli Beach can be a bit tricky since the vans from Puerto Princesa do not drive directly to the resort (you'll likely need to rent a scooter or take a tricycle cabbie), but once you make it to Duli Resort there is plenty to do with lots of good food and company that its actually hard to leave. We highly recommend and look forward to returning!

  • It was very private and quiet resort, cuz it is a little bit harsh to go. (We fell from a motocycle once on the way back to airport lol) But it is very worth it. The resort is right in front of the beach, so we could swim anytime in beautiful clear water. There were not many people. Our favorite beach in Elnido was duli beach! The room was well organized and clean. The resort restaurant was also nice and convenient. I really want to recommend this place to everyone :)

  • Everything about Duli was perfect, from the Oceanside bungalows to the food to the friendly and helpful staff. After traveling around the chaos of populated Asian cities, the solitude of Duli Beach was just what I needed. Morning walks with not another soul around, surf lessons without the crowds, and more. The food at Duli was affordable, and delicious as well. Looking forward to coming back!

The Garden Of Eden is a cute little farm, nestled in the Dipuyai River valley. We try to live a very simple traditional farm life. Connect to nature, our animals and(a harmless wildlife like Geco spider beautiful birds) and gardens. Eden is a excellent cook, surprising you with authentic Filipino foods or anything you might like, cooked mostly on wood fire. The place is super relaxing, swim and refresh yourself in the river, stroll to the farm and forest. Enjoy the traditional country life.

  • We stayed for 2 nights at Hacienda Paragua in Eden's garden and this was the highlight of our Palawan trip! Eden is so kind and always smiling, she made us feel like part of her family. The farm was relaxing and super beautiful, nestled in the mountains of Busuanga, and functioning according to permaculture. There are so many different animals, ranging from dogs, cats, horses, chicken and the list goes on. We were able to have great interactions with them. Günther, Eden's partner, has a diving center around 20 minutes away from the farm where you can book dives or just hang out at the resort for a swim by the bay. The food Eden cooked for us was absolutely delicious, everything was prepared from scratch and with only local ingredients. Eden even taught us how to make our own bread. The Airbnb is very spacious and clean, with an amazing outdoor shower where we were surrounded by the lush nature. We would highly recommend staying at Eden's garden and will try to come back!

  • This place is amazing especially if you enjoy nature and being away from the hustle and bustle. Eden was an excellent host and her farm is beautiful. The food she cooked was delicious and definitely worth the price. You have to be OK with animals and insects and nature when you come here. This farm is a unique experience and you have to respect and appreciate you won't have an experience like this elsewhere. I also loved the fact that every penny we spent was going back into the farm, the locals and Edens business. As there was bad connection and signal at times it provided an opportunity for me and my family to disconnect and really bond without all the social media noise. Id recommend this place to everybody and also ask any future guests to respect the land, the hard work of Eden and her staff and everything they provide. I was a little bit disappointed when I witnessed that some guests didn't appreciate all that the farm has to offer and how hard Eden works so please enter this place with good energy, an open mind and an open heart and by doing so you will leave this farm with beautiful and fond memories.

  • Travelling with 2 children I must say I was a little worried about what we would find at Eden’s place. We were picked up by a truck -the kids loved sitting at the back- and arrived at this little riverside corner of paradise. Within seconds all my worries had gone! Eden greeted us with a home-made limonade and introduced us to the animals on the farm. Eden is a modern Snowwhite, calling the animals with sounds they all recognise, and out they come from all 4 corners of the farm, including a few piglets and puppies! My son got to play fight with a male goat and my daughter helped to wash the puppies in the nearby river while I was relaxing in one of the few hammocks around the place. It was all perfect. The day closed with a delicious dinner out around the communal table. The shower was basic and quite cold but out in the jungle-like surroundings. What a very special place!

  • Eden is super nice, she treated us like a family, cooked delicious food for us everyday. She is such a good cook, I will miss her food definitely. The farm is very natural with lovely animals that our son Roland had an amazing experience that he could not have in his city life. Eden’s boyfriend Gunter told us what’s the eco farm meant and made us understand how to treat the nature correctly. It was really a n impressive experience we had in Eden’s farm. We want to come back in one day. P.S. Roland is missing Eden’s banana pie so much: )

  • We wished we stayed more days at Edenbird as it was all we needed after the extreme adventures before the farm. The hosts, Eden and Gunter, were very welcoming and made it really feel like a home, as it is their home! Meal times are intimate and Eden makes the yummiest, mouth-watering dishes and she caters to your dietary selection. The rooms were were a perfect setup around a bamboo jungle. The beds were incredibly spacious and the bathroom was an outdoor in the thick of trees with not much light, so if you’re scared of the dark, bring a headlight but you might see what wouldn’t have bothered you until you looked at it. My favorite part was just walking around the endless farm area mingling with the farm animals and taking strolls by the riverside with my partner. Edenbird was a true gem and worth it. Overall, this was a great ending to our time in Palawan. Thank you to the hosts!

  • We really loved all the animals here! The room is nice and private and Eden’s cooking was very good. Eden helped us with island hopping tours and getting around - the road to the farm is very bad but it didn’t stop us from doing anything apart from going out in the evening which we didn’t need to do as the food at the farm was good. Eden and Gunther were very welcoming.

    Meg2020-01-21T00:00:00Z
  • Edens place was a gem. I really thought I would be inconvenienced by staying away from the town but it’s worth getting away for a relaxing stay. You can also book boat tours that leave nearby through the dive shop which was really cool. The room was more comfortable than I expected and the bed is huge. There are plenty of places to relax in the farm and the animals are all so cute. They make you feel like family when you stay here like cooking meals and eating together. The road getting to the place is quite the adventure but doable :) I would definitely come back if I’m back in Coron/ Busuanga

  • The bungalow was clean and mosquitos were not a really big problem because of the mosquito net. Only problem was the cold shower but apart from that I would totally recommend it for the price you pay.

  • Well, it was really bamboo-house so I didn’t expect too much. The host was helpful and very nice. Thanks for accommodation

  • A bit away from the busy area, which makes it a rather quiet place and nicely put in a local area. It is a short walk to "town". Room was more spacious than expected. Bathroom was nice and clean. As mentioned in other reviews, water pressure is very low (first evening/morning, none at all), perhaps the option of a bucket shower could be more efficient. The water issue is quite common in Coron though, friends that stayed in different places had the same experience. We had a great stay.

  • Great place, good price. Close enough to town center, but far enough to be quiet off the main streets. Helped with travel accommodations, transportation, laundry service reasonably priced and very fast. Very clean, one of the few places that had breakfast.

  • The hostel surpassed our expectations, it was super clean and we ended up having the dorm to ourselves which was great. The breakfast was nice and the staff were so helpful to organise all our trips for us as well as our ferry to El Nido. 100% recommend!

We can also arrange island hopping as the owner of this inn is also the owner of Palawan Island Travel Agency, one of the largest and most trusted travel agency in Coron, Palawan.
The inn is beside the 5-star hotels such as Sunlight hotel and Two Seasons and the most popular restaurant in Coron, the Santino's grill, famous for its baby back ribs.
  • We Love the hospitality, the location, food and easy to talk to them and all the people who works their are friendly and accommodating. The internet and cellular phones signal is good. Everything was so good. I will definitely recommend it.

  • Good location to the pier. Good breakfast food. Hot water is good. The water heater hose was not present on our last night in a different room but Nikki was fast on getting it fixed because my son and I can't take a shower without hot water. They have water dispenser for everyone to use. We used their kitchen refrigerator for our left overs and to cool our milk/juice. They heated our food and accommodated us with plates/utensils whenever we bought lunch or dinner from somewhere else. Their staff are funny and very hospitable. Though there was a hiccup during our check in where our reservation was not saved in their calendar, Donna's mother in law and "Jeff" (the gay guy wearing a white shirt all the time) were very fast in making sure my family and I got comfortable. They placed us in a temporary room for a few hours until the family room was available. Overall, I'm giving this place a 5 star because of their amazing and extreme hospitality. I don't mind hiccups if they make up for it fast and in a better away. P. S. It may not be at the center but it's less than a 10 minute walk and you're already at the center. And the walk isn't boring at all.

  • Such a cute little spot right on the water! Feels more authentic than other hotels and it is nice to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. Lovely spot to sit out with a drink and watch the sunset! Thanks!

  • Great place to sleep off a day of adventure. Good location, very welcoming host. Just. Beware the wifi is spotty.

    Ginger2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay! Close to the center of the city, very unique hotel and super friendly management. Will be looking forward to future stays.

    Christopher2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • For the price, this place is incredible. The location is about a 20 minute stroll into town. The tuk tuk bikes will run you into town for about 40 php. The team at the Inn were so great in organising our adventures, where to eat and even out pre-dawn airport transfers. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it is a beautiful and cute accomodation which allows you to keep to yourself or mix with other patrons. The only negative is that the walls are paper thin, but If you sleep with ear plugs, this place is great and so is the team who works there!
