Cozy inside, inviting outside. This apartment with a large private terrace and shared pool allows you to enjoy the outdoors in a comfortable and leisurely way. Its location close to the beach and all services, located in one of the best non-tourist areas of Lanzarote, and at the same time a strategic point of the island to visit it, makes it an incomparable refuge. The apartment is located in the area of Playa Honda, between Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen. The environment invites to tranquility and relaxation, to enjoy long walks or bike tours on the beach and in the surroundings. A two-minute walk to the beach and Honda Beach promenade. Five minutes walk to a nice shopping center with supermarket, shops, pharmacy, cafes and cinema. Parking available on the street and usually on the door of the apartment. Non-touristy area where you can mingle with locals and local restaurants.
