“Hands down, my FAVORITE place in the area. Take the back country roads (take the option for toll roads off your GPS). It's an extra 15 minutes at most, and TOTALLY worth it. You'll be driving down gorgeous rolling hills with farms and beautiful scenery. The gorges are amazing and you can walk through them, about .75 miles. Wear something that attaches to your feet (sneakers or velcro'ed sandals) with good treads, because the rocks are slippery. ”

“A great collection of outstanding American paintings in spectacular modern exhibition galleries. Also, a history of Beech-Nut foods, founded in Canajoharie by museum namesake, Bartlett Arkell.”
