Nous reviendrons ensuite dans le village en faisant un stop dans une parcelle très particulière pour vous présenter les différents cépages de notre appellation. Puis, pour que vous puissiez découvrir les dessous de la vinification et l'élevage de nos vins : je vous ouvrirai les portes de notre outil de production, notre cave. Nous finirons la visite par une dégustation de toute la gamme de vin de notre domaine en plein cœur des anciennes caves du château médiéval aujourd'hui restauré.
