Après un accueil dans la cour du château de Caussiniojouls, nous prendrons, en voiture, la direction du vignoble situé au sein même de la garrigue où je vous ferai découvrir les secrets et l'Histoire de notre terroir. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité d'admirer le panorama qui s'offre à nous. Nous reviendrons ensuite vers le village en faisant un stop dans une nouvelle parcelle pour vous expliquer l'implantation d'une vigne dans notre appellation. Puis, pour que vous puissiez découvrir les dessous de la vinification et l'élevage de nos vins : je vous ouvrirai les portes de notre outil de production, notre cave. Nous finirons la visite par une dégustation de toute la gamme de vin de notre domaine en plein cœur des anciennes caves du château médiéval aujourd'hui restauré.

Vous visiterez le chai de vinification où nous vous expliquerons le processus de vinification ... un exercice méticuleux et passionnant où le fruit se traduit en vin... Cette visite se terminera dans notre caveau de dégustation par une dégustation commentée des vins en Agriculture Biologique ou Biodynamie du domaine. Come and participate in an electric bike ride in Toulouse, along the water. The Garonne river and the Canal du Midi are two of the most major features in the Pink City, they will allow you to visit Toulouse differently. From the south, starting pedaling along the canal du midi, this bike tour will then lead you through St Aubin and Matabiau neighbourhood before joining the Twin Bridge area, the very end of the canal du midi. Up north you will ride along the wild the Garonne river banks and around Sesquière lake for a peaceful moment. The river will lead you back in the city center to wander around the former St Pierre harbour and la Daurade harbour, not to forget the magnificent Pont neuf (new bridge) and the enjoyable atmosphere along the quay.
