Health and wellness in Cape Winelands

Spas

Italian Restaurant
“This place is wonderful. They have the most beautiful and creative gardens. My personal favorite place around Franschhoek. Its 20 min out of town, but worth the drive. There is a place where you can have lunch or just a coffee. They also do wine tastings, have a restaurant that is formal and they have a spa. The spa is amazing but very full and expensive! Maybe you are in town for a special occasion.... :)”

Trail
“his short, but intense, MTB trail is extremely popular (it takes just over two minutes, at a speed of 22 km/h to complete). Interestingly the track is shaped by a cyclist / skateboarder called Mark Gordon (you will find him at Mason's Bike Inn in Stellenbosch) who allegedly does this of his own free will (unfunded), in his own time (paying it forward in the true sense of the word).
