Park
“Great place to "people watch" day or night. Especially fun and very active on weekends when "Tapatios" (people from Guadalajara) are in town with their families. Lots of times, there are live music events to celebrate local events. For Ex.On Sunday evening about 6:00 p.m. "Danzon" lessons given by a Guadalajara, well-know dance instructor, to anybody who shows up.”

“Perhaps one of the best Mexican places in town. You get the real deal. It is a favorite lunch spot and closes at 2:00pm so you may have to wait a bit for a table. But don't be surprised if someone offers to share theirs. This is a friendly place! Very budget friendly too!”

“A newly built, small version of a shopping mall with much more character than your average shopping mall. Find unique, beautifully crafted gifts from all over Mexico. Also enjoy a nice meal at Dharma Restaurant located within Casa Colon.”

“This place falls under the category of fair food, fair prices. But it gets high marks for plaza life and people watching. The molcajetes is good and says for two (which it is,) but I get it for one and take the rest even though it doesn't warm up well cuz it is my favorite on the menu and I'm sad alone doll. ”

“Once again I'm saying, go for the atmosphere but don't expect the best food ever. It is good food. It is fairly priced. But the draw is the place. Extensive garden with - yes - peacocks. And a rooster last time I was there. ”

“Affordable drinks, and a lively group. Karaoke on occasion. Overall it is one of the more lively nightclub spots in Ajijic. If you are lucky you'll get to see the Cowboy ride his horse into the bar....really.”
