“At the bottom of 41st Ave is a little village called Pleasure Point. Here, you'll find a taqueria, Chinese, Greek, burgers, pizza, sushi, ramen, organic markets, Italian, 4 coffee houses, 4 surf shops, 3 gyms, a yoga studio, famous locally made Penny Ice Creamery, boutiques, salons, and world renown surf spots. Dont tell anyone but this is the best part of Santa Cruz. No crime, no problems, not over priced or full of tourists. It's still where the locals eat, surf, and watch waves.”
