Place to eat
“very small medieval village.. stop for a short visit and a "bruschetta" (toasted bread with different toppings). Don't miss to drive on the unpaved easy road connecting Panzano to Volpaia”

“This is from our point of view, probably the most beautilful village close by our b&b. Is a tiny village in the middle of the Chianti region which is not mentioned on most of tourist guides. It is only 12 km away from our b&b. The allure comes from a picturesque medieval village, great views, a great bar, two restaurants and the winery Castello di Volpaia. A village that you can visit time and time again without getting bored. We highly recomend you to stop to eat at Bar Ucci at the main square of the village. You will have the greatest Tuscan lunch right behind the fountain which the old farmers took their cows, sheep and horses to drink. The bar was once a cattleshed, there is a big arch in it where horses were given shelter, while in the other small rooms were kept sheep, goats and poultry. ”

“It is very small authentic villages on the top of hill, surrounded by cypresses and vineyards. Reserve a table in the terrace of the restaurant "La Bottega" or at the Wine Bar, “Bar-Ucci” ”
