Spa
“One of Paris’s historic hotels, with two terrace bars where smokers are welcome. You’re bound to meet all sorts of aficionados here. They can get very busy at night, so midafternoon is the best time to enjoy. Inside, check out the floor-to-ceiling bookcase that’s actually a humidor stocked with some of the world’s best cigars. The Kleber Bar makes some terrific cocktails, and Mathieu will tailor-mix one for you if you ask. Try Le Suédois— The Swede—which was created for my friends and me. A whiskey-based, ruby-red drink, it’s one of a kind!”

Spa
“The Watsu water treatment at this spa inside the Royal Monceau hotel is pure bliss. A therapist submerges you in a pool of warm water where you float with your eyes closed and ears under water. Soon you forget about everything around you. It’s like being back in the womb. When you are waiting for your Watsu, relax on one of their big comfortable couches drinking fresh-squeezed fruit juice.”

Yoga Studio
“I created this studio with a concept straight from New York: one hour of heated yoga with music, a chance to clean your mind, sculpt your body, and experience good vibes. We offer many classes in English, plus an open-level community class where you can pay what you want! If you forgot your yoga wear while on the road, our shop sells mats, clothes, candles, essential oils, and eye cushions.”
