  • What can I say, most, if not all is already said in all the positive reviews.... In short: We enjoyed our stay! Holly's place was great, clear and straight forward communication and the description of her place is accurate. Just one remark: don't forget to feed that adorable cat or you will find yourself collecting garbage in the front yard ;)

    Sven2014-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • We had a very nice stay at Holly's place. The house is comfortable and there si a very welcoming cat outside. I really recommend!

    Adeline2015-09-25T00:00:00Z
  • When we got there late at night the door wouldn't open because the lock ran out of batteries... Holly was very quick to come by and bring us a key even though it was late and she had to wake up to bring it to us. She was a great host. The place was great. It was clean and very spacious. We had a great overall stay.

    Justin2015-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • Holly was very quick in responding to text. We contacted her a few days prior to arrival and also on the day of. She provided access code to the home. Junction is a very small town, but is pretty central to the 2 parks we visited---Bryce (1 hour) and Capitol Reef (appr 1 hr 45 min).

    Jenny2016-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Good spot to layover for a night in between Capitol Reef and Bryce. I was looking for a place to rest in between the two parks. This place fit the bill, but was a little big for just me. Amazon streaming available with HBO and Netflix was great. No cell service (AT&T-iPhone) at all for me in town and for several miles in each direction. Just a tip to make sure you have the front door instructions written down or on a note in your phone so if you end up with no service, you can still get in without having to go track down a spot where you have a signal.

    Lauren2016-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Holly is a great host. There weren't any problems about comming to her place lately. The place is very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated - just like in the pictures. We had got everything that we needed. I would highly recommend Holly's place.

    Marlena2016-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Holly's place is cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We had a great time there and holly was very communicative and welcoming via messages.

  • We had a wonderful time!! The house was exactly as described, super clean, and had anything we needed to cook meals and have a great time! The hosts were great! The town was friendly! The only issue we had was the neighbor lady who lives behind the house got a bit cranky when we used the fire pit one night but other than that, everything was awesome!

    Natalie2017-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful home! This house was exactly as described, had everything you needed, and the some, including the NFL Package! Wifi worked great in all areas of the home, including the basement. House is within walking distance to town market and gas station and centrally located to the Pauite Trail. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The Hosts were great at responding quickly with any questions. I absolutely recommend staying here!

    Robin2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Nice quiet place to relax. We enjoyed the ATV/UTV trails in the area and had many memorable and beautiful rides.

    Robert2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • I just have to say that our stay was outstanding! Curtis and Brittany were very helpful in helping us plan things to do while we stayed in their home. This was our first time using AirBnB and I have to say we will be using this site from now on. Their home was clean and very comfortable. The beds were soft and towels fluffy. Check in and check out was easy. This is defiantly the place to stay when you want to get away from it all.

Newly renovated older home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a town so quiet you can hear the alfalfa growing. Walk out the door and you’re on US 89, the mellow brick road to all Southern Utah national parks and natural wonders. Features a large tree filled lot to stage and park ATVs. Fishing, hiking and sightseeing opportunities abound throughout the area. Sleeps 9 people in 7 beds (will sleep 11 people if two of you are brave enough to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room).
This is an approximately 1500 square foot home that has been recently remodeled. It feature three bedrooms with 7 beds and two baths, one, with tub/shower and one with just a standup shower. The kitchen has plenty of utensils for cooking your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is only one grocery store in town and you would be well advised to bring your own food if you intend to cook. Wifi is available as well as a HD TV with Roku so you can stream videos, TV shows and movies. There is newly planted grass surrounding the house. It is not ready to be walked on this year, but will be ready next year. There is an uncovered patio off the back porch that will eventually feature a pergola with barbecue grill. Sorry, the washer and dryer are not available yet, but we are working on it. Inquire if you absolutely need either one.
Junction is a small, quiet town with less than 180 inhabitants. It is surrounded by mountains to the east and west. Frankly, there is not much to do or see in Junction itself, but the five national parks are a couple hours away and this location is a great home base for anyone wishing to take in a couple of them during their visit. Junction is also adjacent to the world famous Paiute ATV Trail and the perfect place to stage trail rides. The nights are cool and peaceful. It is a true pleasure to sit on the front porch as the stars come out. There is a picnic campground 7 miles up City Creek canyon to the west that is free and beautiful. There is one gas station with snacks and drinks and a grocery store that offers the basics. There are restaurants 5 miles to the south in Circleville Utah and other restaurants in Marysvale Utah 14 miles north. The nearest pharmacy is in Panguitch 35 miles to the south or in Richfield 39 miles to the north.
  • We had a wonderful time. Andy is a great host and I heartily recommend staying here and enjoying the great outdoors. The people at the gas station and the general store were welcoming and helpful. I plan to come again.

  • Cute and clean place in a quiet little town along US 89. Plenty of space for groups of 2-8. Coordination, checkin and checkout were all a breeze. Good value!

  • If you need a quiet, out-of-the-way place, this is a great place to stay. We brought our three teenagers for a few days of games and movie watching and enjoyed the quiet time together. The only noise we heard were the cows far off in the distance, and the occasional vehicle driving by. Andy responded promptly to our queries and checked in with us by phone the first night to make sure we were settled in. Thanks again Andy!

    Matthew2017-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • Andy and Camille made me feel very welcome. Though they were not on site Andy made sure that we had everything set up and were taken care of. The house itself is compact and is in a quaint and remote location. We were going to Bryce so it was perfect for my family. For first time hosting both Andy and Camille did a fabulous job! They will make wonderful hosts!

  • Fantastic experience. It was perfectly clean, directions were easy to follow, and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again if in the area.

  • Debbie's little cabin was just perfect after a long day of travel and hiking. We found our host very pleasant and sweet, the bed incredibly comfortable and the location accessible as we made our way from Moab to Bryce Canyon. Debbie and her spouse had a nice arrangement of snacks, cold water in the frig. and even an offer of s'mores by the fire. Ultimately we were too worn out to partake but the friendliness was not lost. Take advantage of this great little place.

    Mickey2017-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • The little cabin in a tiny historic town was a lovely, quiet place to stay on our way from LA to CO. Owner is super friendly and kind.

    Bonnie2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie's is a great place to stay if you're traveling between Las Vegas and I-70. We wanted to see Zion and Bryce national parks but didn't want to drive all the way to Green River from there so Debbie's was a perfect place to stay the night and get a fresh start in the morning. Only sleeps one couple though. I don't think there would be enough room even for a very small child.

    Sue2016-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great place -- perfect for a quick night passing through Junction. Clean, comfortable, cozy. There were even some snacks available! Easy to find, and Debbie came over to greet us and told us to make ourselves at home. Welcoming host! Keep your eyes peeled for skunk friends when sitting on the porch at night, and keep your ears open for coyotes after the sun goes down

  • This home was just beautiful. It was fully stocked and upgraded beyond belief! It more than met my expectation and completely left me speechless. The amenities they offered were unbelievable. The house had a fulky stocked kitchen down to a waffle maker and smoothie maker. There were tons of towels to use in the bathrooms and it even came stocked with a blowdyer/diffuser! The beds were so comfy that I had to check the brand hahaha! Everything was perfect! I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to have a comfy getaway with your family or friends

The furnishing are first-class with high quality linens, bedding, furniture and a well-stocked kitchen. My place is close to Eagle Point Ski Resort. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. 2nd bedroom is a loft.
  • We took our teenagers skiing thurs-sun. The unit is clean and cozy and there are no stairs to climb to get to the front door (very nice when coming back from skiing with lots of gear). Thurs. eve, the kids had the hot tub at the lodge to themselves, which they could walk to. So much powder Friday morning! Loved the skiing with no lines. We bought our tickets on liftopia: two-day passes for $52. The location of snowflake #5 is perfect for ski-in, ski-out and access to the Canyonside Lodge. We ate at the Lodge sat. night. The food was ok (I'd give the steaks a 3 out of 10). The creme brule was great. The live music, bar, and fireplace made up for the food. There was no wi-fi in the unit or at the lodge. And not much cell phone service. The kids built ski jumps out back. Nice to have a washer and dryer. The kitchen has most everything (no blender, no mixer). Perfect weekend trip.

    Jill2017-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Our family had a great time. We've been going to this area camping for 50 years. 3 generations. Staying at John's condo elavated our experiences. From the balcony were deer in the meadow and beautiful sunsets. The condo had everything we needed including Direct TV and monopoly. The lodge bar and grill next door was open Friday and Saturday for food and table shuffle board, a fire pit and hot tubs. Added bonus was the washer and dryer. I did miss my wifi. Thank you John for always answering my questions on email promptly. Can't wait to come back.

    Joni 2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • I went up to eagle point with a big group of friends to ski. Unfortunately eagle point wasn't open on the days we stayed there so we just enjoyed being on the mountain and in the snow. We were still able to drive about an hour to get to Brian head. Once in the cabin though we stayed in. It's a 30 minute drive to get down to town so make sure you have everything you need. The house itself was perfectly cozy. We had 9 of us staying there and there was plenty of sleeping room for all of us. There is no wifi and really bad service but some games in the cabin to keep you busy! Overall it was an amazing trip!

    Adelle2017-01-12T00:00:00Z

Welcome to Beaver Mountain Cabin, just minutes away from Eagle Point Ski Resort in Beaver, UT. SNOW SKIING: Eagle Point Resort in Beaver is Utah’s newest ski and snowboard resort, located just 1.25 hour drive from Cedar City, 2.5 from St. George, 3.5 hours from Las Vegas and Salt Lake City, and 6-9 hours from Arizona and Southern California. Eagle Point Ski Resort offers a wide ranging terrain, including the steepest runs in southern Utah, tree-lined groomers of beginner and intermediate variety, and renowned backcountry touring just outside of the resort boundaries. Beaver Mountain receives an average of 400 inches of the Greatest Snow on Earth™ each year, providing skiers with excellent skiing conditions. The resort offers five lifts with access to over 600 skiable acres and 40 runs ranging from tree-lined groomers to the most challenging runs in Southern Utah. Beyond the slopes, a progressive terrain park, snowshoeing trails and the backcountry will entertain the whole family. A full service resort, Eagle Point offers PSI-AASI certified instructors, children’s programs, and a full fleet of rental and demo equipment. ATV TRAILS: This cabin home is conveniently located along the 275-mile long Paiute ATV Trail, an incredibly scenic loop trail with no beginning and no end! It passes through several towns and has side trails leading to others. Dirt Wheels magazine rated the Paiute ATV Trail as one of the 15 best trails in the country. It has been rated as one of the top 5 trails in the country by ATV Illustrated magazine. Many riders consider the Paiute Trial to be the top US trail. Have all the comforts of home while on your next ATV adventure. RAFTING: Another great day excursion from our mountain cabin home is rafting on the Sevier River. Fed by two distinct headwaters to the south, the river flows north until it runs into the Paiute Reservoir. From Paiute Reservoir the water is dam released making the rafting and kayaking season consistently long. The river flows through scenic Marysvale valley, surrounded by mountain peaks rising up to 12,189 feet. It then enters Marysvale Canyon and begins a drop of 60 feet per mile. The steep canyon walls present a scenic backdrop with formations and sheer cliffs rising 500 feet above the rivers course. BRYCE CANYON: Bryce Canyon, famous for its worldly unique geology, consists of a series of horseshoe-shaped amphitheaters carved from the eastern edge of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. The erosional force of frost-wedging and the dissolving power of rainwater have shaped the colorful limestone rock of the Claron Formation into bizarre shapes, including slot canyons, windows, fins, and spires called "hoodoos" (an inspiration for Eagle Point’s most popular run). Bryce Canyon is under a two-hour drive from the cabin home, making it the perfect day excursion while staying at the resort. ZION NATIONAL PARK: Follow the paths where ancient native people and pioneers walked. Gaze up at massive sandstone cliffs of cream, pink, and red that soar into a brilliant blue sky. Challenge your courage in a narrow slot canyon. Zion’s unique array of plants and animals will enchant you as you absorb the rich history of the past and enjoy the excitement of present day adventures. Zion National Park is under a two-hour drive, making it the perfect day excursion. HISTORIC CITY OF BEAVER Just 18 miles down the canyon, the city of Beaver offers historical sites, restaurants, groceries, gas, golfing, swimming, and many local events including rodeos, horse racing, seasonal celebrations, and more....

  • Lance was great at communicating with us. He was very nice and responded to all inquires quickly. The condo had all the basics needed to live in the mountains. If you are intending on skiing (if the slopes are open) you will love the condo. In the off season you will have to drive down the mountain for any provisions you may need - this is important information to know since the town is located 19 miles down the mountain. Knowing the area and weather is important - in case of snow (in winter or in between seasons.) There is plenty of space for a large family on vacation. It's a comfortable place to get away from everything and everyone.

  • Really cool property if you're looking for something secluded and off the beaten path. The property is in a secluded small town but still less than an hour from Bryce Canyon National Park. The fire pit is a great touch. Stock up on food outside as the options in town are limited. Highly recommend for anyone looking for seclusion, peace, and quiet.

    Benjamin2017-06-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great cabin! The sunset views were absolutely breathtaking and we spent a lot of time on the back porch gazing out into the pastures and out at the mountains. The photos barely do the view justice. The location wasn't quite as secluded as we imagined, as the home is right off a highway. Granted, this area doesn't get a lot of traffic, but the ATV trail running next to the house is active and several ATVs woke us up at night. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the fire pit was so much fun at night! The home was beautiful and very clean. Though there was no air conditioning, the ceiling fans and plentiful windows kept us cool. We were about 45 min from Bryce Canyon NP, and there is no cell phone reception in the area (which was just fine with us!) Be sure to get groceries before arriving into town as this area has limited supplies! All-in-all, a great vacation spot with a BEAUTIFUL atmosphere!

  • Fantastic host and rental property - exactly what we were looking for to disconnect for vacation!

    Kathryn2017-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • This little cabin was the perfect get-away for couples and families. The view was absolutely amazing and we BBQ'd hot dogs and s'mores at night by the fire pit. The cows were also fun to listen to. : )

  • If you are looking for the perfect getaway but want to be able to experience the fantastic national & state parks of Utah, this is the place. This cabin was our home for 10 days, we were greeted by Marcia who welcomed us very warmly. The cabin is right off the main road but sit down on the back porch and complete tranquility will be yours. We used this as home base and went to Bryce, Zion, North Rim, Capital Reef, Escalante Grand Staircase, Kodachrome Basin, Red Canyon and a bunch more spots. The cabin is away from the hustle bustle but in reach. One note, there is no wifi and or cell connection. The Antimony Merc is a couple minutes away, great local place for food, Panguitch is a great town about 30 minutes but the drive to it is on beautiful scenic back roads. Cowboy Smokehouse & Flying M are really good eateries.

I love my home and you'll feel that the moment you walk through the door. The decor is welcoming; the location very serene and quiet. Queen bed in guest room, private bathroom and full access to the kitchen. Ski, hike, atv trails, golf, fishing, national parks and more. To maximize your stay in Beaver visit www.beavercountytravel.com for more information on all the exciting things to see and do in the Beaver Valley.
The clean, bright room has a very comfortable queen bed with a memory foam topper, two nightstands, and a reading lamp. The window looks out to the naturally landscaped backyard which is full of trees. Snuggle under the homemade quilts (many available for sale) and fall asleep to the sound of crickets and wake to the sound of birds. Feel free to leave the window open for cool, fresh night air but be warned that you just might hear the deer munching on the grass right outside your window. The full bathroom is right next to the room and comes with clean washcloths and towels. Extras are available if needed.
Beaver has local restaurants, fast food restaurants, a local grocery store and several local businesses downtown. Be sure to visit the Cache Valley Cheese Factory, Surewood Forest Candle, Busy Bee Pottery (seasonal), and Beaver Sport and Pawn during your visit.
  • Sandi was an excellent host. Her pictures and description online set the perfect expectations for her home, which is beautiful. House is spacious, yard has the mountains pouring into the front yard. She has a list of restaurants and local shops nearby if you're interested in doing some exploring. Her dog is hilarious and entirely friendly which is a bonus for animal lovers. And Sandi herself is incredibly welcoming and kind. Wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks so much for everything!

  • Our stay at Sandis place was just great. She was so kind and helpful. We had a great room and a very clean private bathroom. Sandi even allowed us to use her kitchen to cook dinner and every morning she offered us a delicious breakfast. The house is in a great location. We could watch deers from our window almost every day. Nature pure. Also her dog Milo is just adorable. The drive to the Bryce Canyon was a little long but it was definitely worth it. Thank you so much Sandi.

  • We had great stay at sandi's place. She accommodated at the last minute. She was very communicative and hospitable person. Her place was great and the bed was comfy. Loved staying at her place.. check out air bnb guests out there..

  • Sandi has a fine, open home in a wonderful remote setting. The house is spotless clean and works great for exploring the natural beauty of Utah. The bed is very comfortable, and the room and bathroom are quite pleasing. There is a nice window in the bedroom looking at Beaver River running through Sandi's backyard. Eagle Point ski resort is a gorgeous 20-30 minute drive. The hill is small and casual, but oh so beautiful. The deer browsed and played around Sandi's home and on the hillside out the front windows. It is a short drive to downtown Beaver, and Main Street was lit with festive pretty lights draped across. Sandi can fill you in on the local shops and restaurants. Sandi and Milo welcomed us and made us feel at home. She shared her homemade habanero-pomegranate jelly and goat cheese on Triscuits - Yummm!, and fed us a couple of evenings with homemade soup and fresh bread. We could not have had a better stay. We look forward to visiting again soon, Christian and Toni

  • I had a great time staying in beaver with sandi. She is a very friendly and accommodating host, and the room and house give off a very homely american feeling. It is a bit of a drive from beaver to zion and bryce national park, but Sandi's company, the relaxed atmosphere and the beautiful house completely made up for it!

    Martijn2016-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay with Sandi's Quilter's Cottage was wonderful. She is such an inviting and easy hostess. We so enjoyed our visit with her and my wife especially loved all the quilts...a hobby they share in common. The setting of her beautifully decorated home is at a peaceful lane's end and filled with wildlife. Saw lots of deer when we took an evening walk and met up with some friendly horses. If you are a golfer there is a unique course very close by that my husband played on the following morning. I can't say enough about this Airbnb. Thanks so much, Sandi. If we are ever in Beaver again we will definitely stay with you!

  • We love this little homey house. It was so much nicer than a motel room! There was plenty of room for eight people to spread out and feel comfortable. It has a yard for kids to run around and our grandchildren loved to see the cow over the back yard fence. Everything was nice and clean. The oven seemed to take longer than normal to cook and it would have been nice to have some better cookware. The beds were small if you are a huskier or tall person. If you are a light sleeper, there is an annoying dog in the neighborhood that barked most of the night. All in all we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks for providing it.

  • This rental is a perfect place to get away for a secluded weekend. No cell service (loved it!), in between two National Parks, gorgeous view, incredibly clean, cozy and fun. Full kitchen (if you don't know how to use a percolator bring your own coffee maker) and lots of clean towels. Make sure to bring all the food and personal items you want, not much near by in the means of shopping. The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating.

    Noelle2016-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for a place to get away from the city life, this cabin is perfect for you. We brought our quads and it was perfect. There are so many trails less than a mile away from the cabin. We spoke with a couple of people from here and the locals were very friendly and helpful. Otter creek is literally right down the road if you enjoy fishing. The cabin itself was warm and inviting and Marcia even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. You will not have any service, however if you go to Ottercreek RV and Marina cafe down the street, you can get wifi there but still no cell service. I suggest bringing your own ice chest with food as there isn't much other restaurant options besides the small cafes down the street. Bryce Canyon is about an hour away from the cabin. We really enjoyed ourselves here and the cows literally right behind the cabin are awesome.

    Brittney2016-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • The solitude is what this place is all about! Have a fire late at night and just...enjoy!

    donnie2017-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • This was a superb cabin with great views in a fantastic getaway location! It's very convenient to visit Bryce, Escalante, and Capitol Reef. Located within walking distance to Otter Creek State Park and a four wheeler trail for access to the Paiute Trail (PST 72) as well. We brought everything with us but there are a few places if you feel like skipping making a meal yourself. Recommended is the small diner-like kitchen at the RV Park across from the state park. They also have small things you may have forgotten as the "Merc" was never open when returned from visiting the national parks. The host was so very nice and welcomed us during check-in and we had the chance to chat again before we left. This is highly recommended to anyone who wishes to be without a phone signal or internet and just enjoy the views and outdoors; just take a map. We look forward to staying here again!

  • Loved this little house - Marcia was an excellent host and the house was perfect. Super off the grid, no phone no wifi which was great. The people of Antimony made us feel very welcome. Would love to come back! One warning - the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)maps link leads to an approx location only due to the remote nature of this home so get there in daylight. Thank you Marcia!!

    Jenna2016-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • We liked the place and its remoteness a lot - no phone nor Internet. Thank you!

    Simon2017-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • The location was isolated as described in many of the other reviews and this appealed to us for our short stay. The communication with the hostess was good and we had no issues finding the place. The cabin was stocked with the basic necessities (towels, bedding, kitchen items, ect.). We did not make use of the loft as it was a tight fit for by husband who is a big guy. We were able to utilize the pull-out couch instead.

Cute and clean place in a quiet little town along US 89. Plenty of space for groups of 2-8. Coordination, checkin and checkout were all a breeze. Good value!

We loved the location, just a scenic drive away from some of Utah's greatest scenery. The cottage was beyond reproach. I heartily recommend it to all.
