Pretty vaulted studio of 20 m2, with small sunny terrace. At the foot of the castle tower and next to the garden with a panoramic view of the Mercantour. Sea view of the village terraces. Walking access, cobblestone streets and stairs, large parking. 3 restaurants; gastro, creperie, pizzeria, and just at the entrance of the village a supermarket and tourist office.
