This house, which saw me grow up, is an old farm partly renovated. I come here from time to time and I've decided to give it to you. You'll find everything you need every day during your stay. The outdoors are numerous and appreciated by their qualities at different times of the day...a plancha corner in summer is welcome during hot weather in the off-season you can enjoy it while respecting the neighborhood. Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS to the LAKE : 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800m²). The beach is 50m from the house.

Stay in the countryside in an unpretentious private 50 m2 garden floor. Ideal for athletes in love with nature. Be careful, the owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located 5 min drive from Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does not allow pets. Hervé, astronomy enthusiast can make you observe the sun and the moon with dedicated instruments.
