We are SO close to The beach, the airport, parks, the city centre. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Restaurants, cafes, bars, in both Kirra and Coolangatta all within 1-2 minute walk to either side. The beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs/walk way ramp. Across the street is the Community Cultural centre with the famous Kirra Hill look out/bbq area, & yoga classes etc. We also have SMART TV & a Garage space for 1 car :) .

Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
