Holiday Rentals in Cootamundra

Just booked in Cootamundra

Yarratahr is our 50 acre farm in Mundarlo, along the bank of the famous and beautiful Murrumbidgee River. We have a detached, private one bedroom flat (with futon in lounge for extras) with full kitchen and washing machine. Halfway stop for travelling between Sydney and Melbourne.
Yarratahr is a place for everyone. For those passing through, for those taking their time, for adventurers, for families, for artists, for children, for dreamers and for do-ers. For singles and couples. For taking pictures, for catching fish, for talking to animals and plants and flowers. Unplug at Yarratahr, relax and recharge. There is a double bed in the bedroom with lovely, 1000tc sunshine-dried sheets for you to rest after your travels. The king single futon in the lounge will be made up with equally sunshiney (Kip&Co) linens if you have children or adults who aren't fussy about needing an inner spring but are fussy about cool local prints for sleeping time. The futon is great for two children but really only suitable for one adult.
Yarratahr is perfect for those looking to explore the Riverina area. A short 20 minute drive from historic Gundagai and Wagga Wagga 45 minutes the other way. If you're travelling between Sydney and Melbourne, we're only 14km from the Hume Highway, a perfect stopover to rest and refresh before the next leg of your trip.
  • Simone, Mike and all their wonderful animals were such good hosts. Our Toddler had the time of his life playing with all the animals on the farm. It was so lovely to meet such awesome people and they treated us like family. We hope to see all of you again some day. A visit to Yarratahr is highly recommended!!!!

  • I can highly recommend a stay at Simone's airbnb. Fresh air, beautiful landscape, great to feed to animals and learn about their habits :) Very welcoming and friendly. Helped with any queries happily.

    Anne2015-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Oh my gosh. We had the most wonderful time with Simone. She waited up until midnight for out tired family of five to arrive and was so welcoming and loving and so funny. We loved being woken up by the pigs and chasing Blacky the dog. The accommodation was amazing and there were beautiful notes for us and fresh eggs. We will be heading back for sure!

    Jessie2015-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect place in the middle of Melbourne and Sydney, right on the old Hume high way, very easy to access if you are driving along Hume high way. Simone made it very clean and comfortable, we loved the moon rise there, and the dogs, piggies, horses, sheep...such a wonderful farmhouse and family! Highly recommended!

    Gavin2017-05-11T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay at the farm and will have to come back again next time we're out that way! The animals were so friendly, especially Blackie the dog. We had a lovely walk down to the river and fed the horses. The room is simple but so comfortable. It was great having a full kitchen. The bed is amazing and the decor suits the surrounds so well. Just make sure when you come not to click the "get directions" box on the air BnB app! It sends you a long way away! Follow Simone's instructions to the letter and you'll be totally fine!

    Belinda2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Simone was wonderful. We had to arrive very late, about 1am, and she was completely understanding. Despite the lateness she met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. She provided plenty to eat for breakfast and it was all delicious. She and Mick were both completely responsive to any and all requests and questions we had during our stay. All in all it was a lovely weekend away from the city.

    Elizabeth2016-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Simone and Mick are very good hosts, welcoming and open. The friendly dog Blacky and all the small and big animals (ducklings, piglets and lamb) fascinated our kids. Nicely arranged breakfast supplies (incl. eggs from own chicken) everything was nice, clean and with a good sense for detail, just as we needed it to wind down after a long drive. Very relaxing and quiet surrounding, go for a walk, have a look at the thousands of stars at night, the sunset and sunrise while you are there.

    Stefan2015-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our short stay are Yarratahr. The farm is not far at all from the highway and Simone provided directions so it was easy to find. She was very easy to contact and responds quickly. Simone and Mick are a lovely, friendly couple. We loved getting to meet all the animals and feed them in the evening. There was plenty of adorably-presented essentials provided in the flat, which was very clean and welcoming. It was such a lovely, quiet, and private way to end a busy week in Melbourne. We hope to be back one day! P.S. I have to mention the pillow I slept on - most comfortable pillow ever!!

Centrally located in Cootamundra. Presently under renovation so rooms and facilities very basic. We trade late on weekends so bring some earmuffs if your a light sleeper. Basic cooking facilities available. Pub meals and drinks available downstairs.
We are a family run pub that employs a lot of young backpackers. Our rooms are cheap and basic. We provide fresh linen for every stay. Love meeting visitors to the town and letting them know the places to visit.
  • We had a fantastic stay at the Globe, the chef was great company and served a fantastic breakfast!

  • A once grand Aussie hotel that the owner is turning into backpacker accommodation. Cheap and cheerful and the food was great. Value for money if you want to experience an Aussie pub and mingle in the bar and meet locals.

    Bill2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place to stay in the country! We were only staying one night and on arrival we were made to feel at home. Rooms were basic as mentioned, but exactly what we were after. The food and drinks downstairs were awesome - especially consumed outside in the beautiful, fairy light laced courtyard (fitted out with a projector and volleyball court). Would definitely consider staying again if I am ever in that neck of the woods!

  • Anne's home was well presented, comfortable and secluded....though not too far from towns such as Cootamundra & Young. Communication was great, and the added bonus of a home cooked treat, was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend travelers to consider this home, for their next getaway.

  • Great place if you want peace and quiet. Which we did. The Wifi is first class .but my Telstra mobiles don't really work here. So ladies if you want to get your man away from technology in the evenings this is the place

  • Annie made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed our stay and the time spent interacting with the family.

    Mike2015-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the school house. While it is a 'Work in Progress' it did not detract in any way from the ambiance, cleanliness or comfort. Annie is a perfect host, welcoming, friendly and respectful of your privacy. On departure we asked ourselves 2 questions; would we come back, and will we come back? The answer to both questions was Yes.

  • Our host Annie and family made us feel very welcomed at "Wallendbeen Park"

    Ian2016-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a really restful and enjoyable time at Annie's. The converted classroom was beautiful with a lot of thought given to the fitout and furnishing. The northern views were lovely. All the amenities were top class and we were given freshly laid eggs for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

    Matt2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • It was so nice to get into the peace of the country. After our wedding it was just what we needed. Our daughter loved all the animals as did we, especially when feeding them. Great friendly people and had some really good tips on whats nice around the country side. Highly recommend and as soon as we left Ella asked next holiday can we go back there. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything.

  • This homestead was a wonderful surprise - the photos just don't do it justice. It's a huge, modern home, with sweeping views, saltwater pool, and loads of space to laze around in. Albert and Gloria are wonderful caretakers of the farm and were fantastic hosts to us. We stayed here with two 6 year olds, my husband and my father and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. We will definitely be back to get our Carinyah fix!

    Georgie2017-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely views and a very spacious house. Gloria and Albert are great caretakers if you need help. Daniel was also always quick to respond to any questions we had. The pool was always clean and well maintained. Central heating works well and the kitchen is very modern. We would definitely recommend staying here. It is away from the busyness of the city but only 15mins from shops if you need anything. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Set under a beautiful hundred year-old Morton Bay fig tree, you will find Fig Tree Cottage. In the picturesque rural location of Nubba, this converted building was originally used as eight separate cabins for the workers on the Snowy Mountains scheme. It now offers a modern, open-plan kitchen, lounge & dining, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bathed in natural sunlight, our weatherboard cottage takes in lovely rural views of the surrounding farmland, making for the perfect country get-away.
Fig Tree Cottage has an outdoor lawned terrace with gorgeous views, great for alfresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with electric oven, cook top and fridge. We provide a complimentary commercial-grade, domestic-size coffee machine with a grinder of beans from our local artisan supplier. Enjoy the combustion fire in winter and the cool air-conditioning, swimming pool and pool house in summer. Fig Tree Cottage is perfect any time of year! Fig Tree Cottage is perfect for a couple, a small group of friends or a family-friendly experience, with eggs to collect from our free-range chooks, pigs to feed and sheep (and maybe some lambs!) to see as well as books, games, toys and dvds. We also have a complimentary port-a-cot with linen.
This property was the site of Nubba Public School from 1873 to 1956 when the school building was relocated 5km east of here. The late prime minister Harold Holt spent most of his childhood holidays at his grandfather’s farm in Nubba and attended Nubba Public School in 1915 when it was located on this property!
  • Amazing place, quiet and cozy equipped with everything you could dream off. It a little gem hidden in the higlands with amazing view. Debbie was absolutely great and started a fireplace for us so when we turned up, the cottage was nice and warm. Complimentary bottle of wine and home made bread was just a cherry on top. Thank you again.

    Ondrej2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie has made the most warming and comforting cottage available. It feels like home the moment you pull up at the front fence under the huge tree. She has thought of everything you could possibly want with your stay. We were welcomed with a well lit fire that had the place so warm and cozy as soon as we got there. The ANZAC biscuits were fantastic as was the home cooked bread. The couch and bed were wonderfully comfortable and myself and my partner had an amazing nights rest in the silence of Rural NSW. Debbie was great to chat to and was equally happy to engage with us as she was to leave us to have a private escape. Overall this airbnb was everything I expected and more. Wish we could have stayed longer!

    Michelle2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Debbie's and loved their place. They were fabulous hosts and lovely genuine people. The breakfast provisions and wine and all the little extras and attention to detail made our stay extra special. We even enjoyed a meal with the family.

    Libby2017-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • My friends and I spent the weekend at Debbie's place. It is really a nice place, with a wonderful organic garden. The breakfast materials all come from her garden. The view from the garden is fantastic, I really recommend that you enjoy the sunset. We would really recommend this place.

    Jiaojiao2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had the most wonderful weekend at Fig Tree cottage, I can't recommend it highly enough! Debbie has thought of everything you could possibly need, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for lots of cooking, there is a wonderful coffee machine, and great bikes. The Cottage itself is beautifully furnished and the views are great! The area is really scenic and there is plenty to see in the surrounding towns, including a pub in riding distance, as well as a lovely cafe and pub at Jugiong. We will definitely be back again!

    Sarah2017-04-24T00:00:00Z
  • Hi Deb and family. Where do we start? What an experience. From a gifted bottle of wine to freshly baked bread. The experience was laced with personal touches that made the experience a home from away from home. Fresh eggs, OJ in the fridge, crackling fire, an over flowing veggie garden and friendly hosts really topped it off. The family went above and behind to help us even though we were there just one night. Couldn't fault a thing, an absolute exceptional weekend. The only thing we thought as we drove out beneath the Moreton Bay Fig was 'wow, we could have stayed a Nubba night!'. Mitch and Kris x

    Kristen2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Our visit to FigTree Cottage exceeded our expectations and delighted us in every way. Easily accessible, and only a short drive from Cootamundra, Young, and Harden, all of which we visited during our stay. Our hosts were such lovely people, so thoughtful and attentive, and the perfect balance between being available to cater to our every need, but not intrusive, allowing us peace and privacy. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, with a country rustic feel, but practical and comfortable. Plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen items were supplied, with a generously stocked pantry and fridge. The delightful wood fire (with well stocked wood pile) was roaring on our arrival, and with the electric blankets and hot water bottles we were all warm and cosy despite the chill outside. Breakfast choices were numerous, catering to every taste, and the fresh home baked bread and bacon with farm fresh eggs was a favourite, perfectly paired with freshly ground coffee. Our kids loved playing with the hosts children and visiting the pigs, chickens and baby lamb and riding the push bikes provided.

  • Perched atop a rise with views all around of the rolling hills this is a beautiful part of the world. Convenient location close to Hume Hwy if it's a stop over on the long north/south drive. Arriving in the evening to a fridge with eggs, bacon, milk, cereal and coffee for the morning was an unexpected surprise, as was a cold beer in the fridge. Fire was set and the house was spotless, awaiting our arrival. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks.

Beautifully designed victorian styled boutique hotel with 11 rooms to cater for everyones needs. Our hotel also boasts a restaurant and a bar. We also have coffee for the non drinker. We have our beer garden out the back so you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the main street
  • The Valley B & B Hotel in Cootamundra was a country pub which has been restored, with many Art Deco features and a healthy dose of rustic charm. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with an ensuite for our second night as we are a bit past enjoying shared facilities when on holidays ! The owner - Starr - had only taken over a few weeks ago and was a very pleasant and courteous host. There is a restaurant available and bar menu as well and both are satisfactory. The all you can eat $10 Sunday breakfast was very good.

And I must mention the beautiful interiors of the house - especially the amazing wood work and furniture throughout the property - very tasteful and warm. • Clare and Phil were lovely hosts, helping us out with a couple of requests we had for our young children. Close to town yet so quiet, the retreat was perfect for us - our toddler could even play safely in the garden. The bed was super comfy too!

    Joel2016-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • At the start, I was unsure about the stay, however booked it anyway. Nevertheless, the stay was far superior than it had described online. The host had made a lot of efforts in making the stay a better experience rather than just another night. For example: - lots of details in the designs - high quality materials - very clean and tidy - friendly + welcoming Additional notes: We had forgotten and left our clothes behind. The host notified us and had offered to pay the shipping at their cost. Also, the host was helpful by scanning food recipes and sharing with us on how they had made it. The place is great for memories and is good for: - family - couples - friends We are independent from the host. My whole family went and was extremely satisfied at the stays. If we have another chance we'll stay there again.

  • Had a lovely stay at Tarrabandra Fishing Retreat. Unfortunately the rivers were in flood so were unable to do any fishing. Nonetheless we had a great time - even managed to spot 2 platypus swimming by. Stayed with another family and our young (3&4 years old) kids had a ball! The house is spacious and was very clean. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

  • We had a fabulous stay! The house was perfect for a big group and was a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. The house had everything you needed. Sharon went out of her way to make it a special experience for the kids, with her son taking them on rides around the farm. Great getaway for fresh air an chilled weekend.

    Phoebe2016-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at this lovely property! Between relaxing on the porch while cooking our BBQ to strolling the river to see if we could catch a fish or two, it was a perfect place to unwind.

  • Absolutely loved staying at Tarrabandra Fishing Retreat. Our host Sharon, met us at the house and showed us around. With a beautiful log fire already lit for us, the house was cosy and homely. We loved being out of town on the river, and enjoyed morning strolls around the property. Nights were spent by the fire, listening to the many different records on the old radiogram and playing board games. A beautiful home away from home.

    Jennifer2017-11-19T00:00:00Z
  • Claire's place in Young, NSW called Papillon, aptly named after her little dog who sadly is no longer with her, is a cosy haven attached to the main house separated by lovely French doors. Claire's property has a combined space of a lounge/dining/kitchenette area and a separate bedroom with a super comfortable king bed that ensured a most restful sleep. The ensuite has a rainwater shower head that delivered a robust stream of water which was a welcome change from most showers I have encountered. We had full private use of the enclosed, spacious verandah and BBQ entertainment area that steps out onto the lovely, fruit laden trees and gardens. The Balinese styled serenity hut was an added bonus that gave me space to enjoy the sunshine and private space to read whilst my partner rested up. Claire is a jovial, charming host who made us feel welcome. Her warm nature and lively personality made for great conversation coupled with a few laughs. Ticked all the boxes for a most pleasant stay in a place that's like a home away from home.

  • Rosie's place was like being at home. Clean, cosy & very comfortable. Her recommendations on local restaurants was spot on too!!!

    John2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Rosie's house was quite nice with a warm country feel. Issues are that there is no washing machine or any reception, otherwise a great place to stay.

    O2016-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Would recommend staying at Rosie's place. The home was immaculately clean and spacious. Modern amenities, good location, comfortable beds. The place is nicely decorated and is very welcoming, feels like home.

    Bonnie2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Rosie's place is charming and tastefully renovated. Though we were only there for a few nights, we really felt at home and could've stayed for much longer. The location was perfect for our needs and within walking distance to shops and the local footy ground. The big TV was a plus with internet connectivity was a really bonus, too!

    Sean2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Rosie's house was perfect for our stay in Harden. Close to the showground where we were for the weekend. Beds were very comfortable - electric blankets were a bonus! The house was very clean, warm and spacious. Thoroughly met our expectations and needs as a family. We'd love to stay again. Thank you!

    Jenny2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Rosie's place was comfortable, quiet, clean and close to the main streets of Harden and Murrumburrah. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooked meals. I'd stay here again!

JR's EcoHut is nestled high on a hill with 360 degree views of the beautiful Murrambidgee river flats and of the stunning Kimo valley. Perfect for couples, this glamping experience is really something special. Totally off-grid it makes efficient use of solar power to provide light and water. The stunning shower even has a killer view and with no neighbours for several kilometers you are all on your own. Kimo is a working 7000 acre farm. Breakfast included.
The architecturally designed jut is made of local timber, steel and galvanised iron and stands out yet is at one with its surroundings. The view wraps around you and you are in the landscape day or night. There is nothing like this in the world.
Stunning part of the world where the flats of the west rise up to meet the mountains of the east.
  • Stunning, secluded, super clean, and it's probably hard to believe but the photos don't even do it justice! We ran out of hot water but the issue was rectified extremely quickly with no fuss!

  • Beautiful hut and super secluded. Loved the escape from technology, and delivered breakfast was a real treat!

  • A perfect location for a quiet and picturesque getaway. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to getaway from the daily grind.

  • What a spectacular treasure! Beautiful and romantic, the perfect place to get away and get present in nature. Highly recommend!

  • Beautiful property with a full 360 stunning view. Peaceful, quiet and private. Great place to unwind and unplug. The hut itself has been so well built and furnished, such care has been taken to piece everything together. Such a fantastic space, I'm sure I'll be back again.

    Katie2017-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • JR's Ecohut at Kimo estate was one of the most beautiful spaces I have ever spent a night. The hut itself it's immaculately beautiful and the views from every direction are absolutely breathtaking. Emelia was an amazingly helpful host and gave us the opportunity to get off the highway and unwind in this incredible hut. We will be back!

    Cailan2017-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing views in a rural setting is what we were looking for and Emelia's place certainly delivered. A very relaxing 3 nights allowed us to unwind from a hectic Sydney lifestyle.

  • Beautifully designed cosy hut that makes the most of the views and the big starry skies at night. Secluded and peaceful.

You'll love the ambience of Station Master's a 2 level classic Victorian home built for Gundagai's first Station Master in 1886 with great views across the Gundagai common & rolling hills. Ample space for 8 guests with 3 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms & 2 living areas, country kitchen & laundry facilities. Station Master's is just a short stroll from Gundagai's historic main street with coffee shops, cafes, specialty shops, restaurants, galleries & museum.
Station Master's offers a special experience for guests to spend time in a well appointed house with all the features of days gone by but with all mod cons.
Station Master's is situated in a quiet residential street & we ask guests to respect the ambience of our neighbours during your stay.
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Station Master's Residence. This beautiful house had stunning views, and all the home comforts needed for an enjoyable weekend in the lovely country town, Gundagai. Our favourite parts of the house were the newly renovated downstairs bathroom (massive shower and also a loo with a view!), and the full length glass bay window in the dining room - a great spot to sit and read. The deck out the back looked so inviting but for us, unfortunately, it was a tad too cold to enjoy it during August. The beds were comfortable, fitted with electric blankets, so climbing into bed was so cosy. We really enjoyed our dinner out at a pub in a nearby town Jugiong called The Sir George, recommended by Steph. We ended up having dinner there 2 out of the 3 nights despite it being a 25 minute drive - it was worth it! Steph was a great host, friendly and easy to contact if there were any questions. Overall, a great and very memorable stay. Thanks!

  • This is a great home for a group or family getaway. Four bedrooms, three toilets and two sitting rooms meant we all had room for privacy while on holiday together. Very easy to feel at home in the house. Great view. Thoughtful host, the house was well equipped/set up for visitors.

  • Beautiful historic house in the centre of Gundagai. Very comfortable and warm in winter. Would highly recommend staying here and great communication from the host Steph.

  • We had such a perfect stay at Steph's place in Gundagai. The house is simply gorgeous; homely, tasteful and comfortable. The house has stunning views from the dining and backyard porch of sweeping countryside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to assist in cooking. It really feels like you are home. Steph was so lovely to deal with and so easy to communicate with. She gave us great instructions and encouraged us to contact her with any questions. We hope to visit again. Absolutely perfect.

  • We would highly recommend staying at Steph's place if you are passing through Gundagai. It is a beautiful old large house with heaps of room and character! The linen was lovely, the beds were comfortable and it was so homely.

Freshly renovated three bedroom weatherboard home with pressed metal ceilings, comfortably accommodates six and up to eight people (inc sofa bed). Featuring a new kitchen, air conditioning and located just 1km from the main street of beautiful Temora. Great for a small family or group.
Three bedroom home with study Includes 1000 thread count sheets and towels
Temora is known as "The Friendly Town" and a short walk down the Main Street will soon show how nice the locals really are. We've been very fortunate to stumble upon Temora and to meet so many kind and lovely people. It's a great place to be.
  • We loved our stay and everything we could want was available. Loved the beds, heaters and having 3 equal sized bedrooms. Knowing the history of this house and that my uncle used to live next door, the boys have done an amazing job bringing this house to life.

  • Fabulous cottage which we spent 4 nights at, as a group of 4. You don't have to bring a thing as there are so many little touches and inclusions that made it the perfect stay, from oils for the BBQ to large fluffy bath towels. Beds were very comfortable and the cottage is located in a nice quiet street and close to town. We were there for a family wedding and would def stay at Bradford Cottage again on our next visit to Temora. Communication with Jason was excellent and prompt!

    Belinda2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Was very comfortable house for 7 of us and reasonably priced. One bathroom was a challenge however we managed. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again if in Temora.

    Brenda2016-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely loved our stay at Jason's place! Very clean, cosy, comfortable and was super warm on what was a cold weekend away. We had a group of 5 adults and had more than enough space. Highly recommend!

    Jade2016-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Jason was courteous, helpful and very prompt in his replies to my questions. Bradford Villa was comfortable, clean and an ideal amount of space for six people. I wish I could have met Jason in person and stayed longer - they are the only regrets I habe about staying here!

    joel2016-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • What a lovely house! Jason and Scott sent us all the info we needed and arriving and getting set up was very easy. It is quite close to everything and the dinner recommendations were excellent but it was also very comfortable and welcoming on a cold winter night when we got home. I can only imagine how nice it would be in summer to sit in the porch with a wine. We will definitely be back.

  • Fantastic accommodation for a great farmstay or an overnight stopover. The Studio is extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the outdoor deck with lovely views of the surrounding hills & countryside. Thank you Gaenor and Matt for your hospitality.

  • We were looking for a quick and easy stopover on our way from Melbourne to Sydney and Gaenor's place was the perfect fit. It was just right for our little family, a portacot was set up on our arrival, some toys, plus brekkie for the morning. Can't fault it! Will stay again

  • Our family had a great experience! We spent a night on our way through to Sydney and it was amazing! Gaenor went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kids loved the animals and the location was stunning (especially at sunset). For something unique couldn't recommend this place high enough!

    Haylie2017-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Everything was perfect with this place! Being able to wake up to the green scenery and quiet feel of the hills! Plus having a cuddle with the cats or dogs just made you feel like home!

    Suzie2017-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect little country escape. The studio is well appointed with lots of little thoughtful touches that make it feel very homely - eg. Fresh eggs and bread for brekky. A short drive to some very trendy spots to eat and drink and a lovely spot to sit and watch the beautiful view with a drink & the gorgeous pets!

    Ellen2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • From the moment I booked, I could tell this was going to be my best AiBnB experience so far. Gaenor began our booking with a warm welcome, and then sent detailed directions, so that there would be no concerns about finding our rest stop. We were greeted by Gaenor gorgeous dogs, Bella and Max, followed quickly by Gaenor, who offered to lock them away if were frightened of them, which we weee not, they are the MOST gorgeous golden retrievers! The small cottage is immaculately clean, but warm and inviting. Every comfort has been thoughtfully considered and though I did not notice that breakfast was provided, it was an incredibly generous one, with eggs, fresh from her chickens, raisin and whole grain breads, yogurts, fruit, juices, cereals, dried fruits, coffee, tea, milk..... There is also a large variety of electrical appliances, from a convection microwave to an egg cooker....oh I could go on and on..... I highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone ... Gaenor and Matt made My 82 year old Mother and myself feel so welcome, it was like visiting an old friend. I cannot wait to stay again Thankyou Gaenor and Matt, you exemplify what AirBnB is, or should be, about. XxXxX
