“For the full Block 15 menu experience, you will want to go here. No Reservations and could have a lengthy wait time. Really great food and rated as the #1 place to eat in Corvallis.”

“Open 11 am - 11 pm, Sunday - Wednesday; 11 am - 12 am, Thursday - Saturday. Grab a flight and watch the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Cornhole, open seating, and heaters turn this sky-high spot into the perfect place for conversation and casual fun. (And the indoor ambiance is just as enjoyable.)”

“This is our favorite upscale restaurant. Latin/Spanish food. Reservations recommended. Definitely more of a splurge, BUT you could go to the other side of the restaurant - Dulce del Alma - for tapas, drinks, and desserts for a more cost-friendly evening. Walk-in only on this side.”

“A funky, fusion restaurant with nachos, burritos, and a variety of other specialty dishes. While the owners have changed a few times, the restaurant has been around for years (my parents went there back when they were in college). It is one of our long time favorites. This is a great place to go listen to live music on the weekends. Just a warning, it can be very loud given the small space.”

Café
“The coffee and food are really good, though the service is a bit slow. Artists go there to paint and draw. There is also entertainment on most evenings. Check their Facebook page for more info.”

“If you're a fan of coffee and convenience, skip Starbucks and try one of the four Coffee Culture spots in Corvallis. Hours fluctuate depending on location, but this one's open from 6 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday; 7 am - 6 pm on Sundays. Try the Mexi Mocha for a taste of something sweet and spicy.”
